Always the best. Friendly, always helpful. Called about 8:30AM on a Friday for a battery, had it delivered VERY locally before 9. Even the delivery guy was great. This is the second battery I grabbed from em in about five years. I dont do any other mechanical work so I dont frequent the store much but theyre always there forya. The best.

Billy was extremely knowledgeable and kindly helped me figure out the problem I was having.He also came out to my car and helped me remedy the issue free of charge.I have been to Family Auto Parts quite a few times and each and every time the men there were so helpful and nice.I wont go to the bug chain auto parts, simply because of the treatment I received.

I try to fix my car myself as much as possible but sometimes I need to speak to a parts person who knows what they are talking about. When I went into Family the counter people were pleasant to deal with and when I explained my problem they were able to look up my car and find the part I needed right away. They gave me some options and explained the differences between the manufacturers. It fit perfect and I was back on the road in no time. It was nice to find an auto parts place which actually knows their buisness more than just looking up a part number on a computer. They really know what they are talking about and I will not hesitate to go back there again.

Known these guys for years. The best around here in my opinion. Competitive pricing with the big auto parts stores except they actually know auto parts. I started out doing side work and they gave me deals on parts when no one else would. Now Im in my own registered mobile auto repair business. Also they stand behind what they sell and have no problem taking back defects or returns. Out of the stores I deal with they get it right the first time more than anyone. Time is money in this business and getting the right parts fast is a huge part of working efficiently.
