Had taken my vehicle in for a tune up and that went okay from what I noticed. The thing about a tuneup is you don’t really actually see anything with your eyes. Had my car for 3 days cost around a grand. About 3 months later my check engine light came on so I took it back to them to have them check it. They had it a couple days and finally got back to me and said it was a computer in the engine that needed to be replaced. Told me it would cost 2000 to fix.I told them to do it since it was my everyday driver and I would need it. Took them 17 days for them to get my car fixed so I was without my car for that time. Had to rent a vehicle during the time. When I finally told it was fixed I ask if they could help me out on the cost at all since they had my car for so long and it didn’t help that I had to rent a car. I spoke with the front desk guy and the mechanic who is the owner he was rude and pretty much told me tough. I told them I would not be back I had literally had spent $3000 plus at there shop in a year and a half. Won’t be back

Took an hour and 1/2 to change oil and find they didnt know how to turn off the change oil lite. Nobody was wearing a mask in a pandemic indicating they really did not care for the health and well being of their customers or employees

These guys are great. Took in the ole F-150 to get my steering shaft looked at/adjusted and they gave me a great price and were extremely helpful. Customer service was very impressive too. Communication regarding issues that arose were brought to my attention before extra work was performed. A great experience overall. Les Schwab sent me their way and I’m glad they did. I appreciate the professionalism guys.

Curt is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and has always worked hard to save us money and keep us informed with honesty and options. He diagnosed an issue with my truck many years ago that other mechanics were unable to find, and Ive been loyal ever since. Ive trusted the guys at Pro Service Center with all of my cars for almost a decade now. They were referred to me after having lived in the Rogue Valley for a couple of years, Id had a some less than satisfying experiences at other shops. I know that when I drop off my vehicle now, that I leave it in good hands. They always try to find the best way to make a repair in the most affordable manner. I highly recommend these folks.

I have had my heater core replaced in 2013 and my alternator replaced in 2014, and my fuel regulator done just a week or two ago, next is my water pump next month. I love the service, the communication is good, the work is always outstanding. The first alternator wound up being defective and they stood behind their work. If I dont do the work on my truck, they do. I wont go anywhere else.

Friendly place, good service, helpful employees, 2nd cheapest in labor prices in all of Medford (that Ive found). Took my truck in for quite a few repairs and still havent had any issues with what they replaced and if I remember correctly they give a 1 year warranty on their work and parts. Recommended to friends and family based of my experience here.

These guys are awesome! I had a terrible experience with a shop in Ashland and the local tow company referred me to Pro Service. They were professional, friendly and have a wonderful reputation. They fixed everything my previous mechanic had done wrong and their bill was half the price! Ive been taking all my vehicles here since. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this shop.

I stopped in on a road trip cause my car was making a strange noise. The staff went out of their way to help diagnose the problem. These guys definitely know what they are doing!

Bring your vehicle here if you want them to not communicate with you, take forever with minor repairs oh and best is to speed while they drive your vehicle when they make personal trips to the store.

I have had both my vehicles worked on by Pro Service Center in Medford. Each time the work was done quickly and professionally. They took time to explain things to me that could have been confusing. They are simply great to work with.

I’m not sure, there was a lot of bad reviews on here. Not sure how they disappeard. Can’t trust the review process on google.
