I love Bath & Body Works. They have those buy & get free sales. Wonderful nice, fragrances. Lots of Travel sizes, to take along. Those shower & bath fragrances, makes you really feel so clean & alive! And you can get coupons in the mail for another time..

I always love B&BW but today was really awesome! Kid and hubby free and the ladies that were working were all amazing super nice and helpful!!! Thank you ladies for keep us all safe and helping us get our B&BW fix! You are much appreciated!!!!

Could audibly hear and see staff talking about me. Spent over $60. Next time I will be traveling elsewhere for my holiday shopping.

The gals working at customer service seemed annoyed i was taking too long looking thru the different wall flower plug ins. There probably was 3 or 4 on the clock, yet they all stood at front when i was only kne of two or three customers at the time and they didnt offer me any help. When others checked out they offered assist when customer got to cash register, not before. When i was the only one in there, they made me feel like i was either suspected of stealing or really putting a damper on their parade because they were SO RUDE

One of two stores keeping people coming to the Mason City mall. Otherwise very nice store.

The current manager is very rude, and unknowledgeable about products. I went in looking for a scent of Vanilla Birch. She told me theyre done making it. I asked even online? She said no just for Mason City location. She then handed me Vanilla Cinnamon and said its almost the same thing. I smelt it and told her it didnt smell anywhere close. She then walked away. I rounded up other scents because the wallflowers were on sale and I had a coupon for $10 off of $30. I get to the register and another gal rang me up. I handed her the coupon and she instantly told me I cant use my coupon with the wallflowers being on sale. I told her that thats strange because we do that every year to stock up. She then handed me a printed paper that said dont accept coupons with sale and told me it was in the fine print of my email. I asked here where in the fine print does my coupon or email say that. She then grabbed my phone and said I dont know and called her manager over. She told her manager that I didnt believe the paper and I said that wasnt the case. I explained that my email of the sale and my coupon does NOT state that you cant use it. She then got very rude when I was remaining calm, she asked to see my phone for the email, I held it for her and she literally read everything in the fine print and couldnt find anything that says I couldnt use my coupon. She then grabbed her printed page and said Yea we have to follow this paper no matter what and she walked away without saying anything. I told the cashier I didnt want the items and I left. I have been a customer at bath and body for over 10 years and I was an employee for 3 years before I moved. I couldnt believe the new management and staff.
