Great experience, Extremely professional - After getting into a car accident I needed to find a reliable auto body shop that I could trust since this was a new obstacle for me. After reading many reviews, I called Gerry who immediately offered to take a look at my car. Gerry answered all of my questions, phone calls, and gave me advice on my car situation. He is trustworthy (especially for someone who knows little about cars) and provides excellent customer service. I am grateful to have found a great auto-body shop in Malden and I highly recommend to others.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to come here several times with different cars over the years, due to people hitting me.But as soon as the accident occurs I know Exactly where I’m bringing it every time. I have recommended all of my friends and family members to go here after they’ve had an accident and they are always more than satisfied.

Had my 2000 SL500 fender dent removed and painted and it came out great. What great work I cant even tell which fender got painted. I recommended him to my coworkers and they all have had a positive experience. A lot of body shops are shady, but, This one is professional, courteous, and, honest.

Got a price from a few body shops to have my 2002 f250 resprayed. Three doors need replacement due to rust. The other body shops priced my truck for used doors and were not helpful at all. Gerry on the other hand gave me the same price, only with new doors. He was professional kind clean cut and assisted all my needs with a strategy best suited for myself. He also has intricate knowledge of how products tie in and transition with each other. I had the same experience with his staff, his shop is also mint well looked after and maintained. I look forward to doing the work with Jerry and i will post a later review.

I was recently in an accident and brought my vehicle to Malden Brodaway Auto Body Shop for Repair, I cannot say enough about how professional they handled everything. I am usually ready for the typical no calls back, and run around of the Body Shops I have dealt with in the past, but I was referred to this one by a friend, and I was glad he referred me. Juan handled everything from start to finish with the Insurance Company, and kept me in the loop, calling me. I did not have to call him to see what was going on with my vehicle. I could not believe how clean the shop was. When I went to pickup my vehicle, I had asked if they offered detailing services which they do. So when I picked up the vehicle it was like a Brand New Car. The owner Jerry even introduced himself to me and thanked me for my business, a very classy gesture. I was very impressed with this business.
