Found one item the other they said they no longer carried. Should have called ahead. Staff very helpful. But they havent started there Christmas hours yet.

They could be more helpful, I thought one black lady was rude.

Going out of business in lufkin now I have to drive an hour to go there

The Lufkin store did not have a very good selection on anything. I was very disappointed.

Satisfying experience when returning items today. Both ladies were so patient and most helpful with my purchases ar the store.

We needed to return an item purchased from another store. The staff was fantastic and made sure that the replaced item was damage free. We didnt walk through the store but truly loved the customer service here.

If you sigh up for emails.. use those coupons on top of specials.. it really worth it..I love the soaps leave you refreshed.. not greasy not clammy. .. and lotions are GREAT. CANDLES HAND SANTIZERS TOO

They plug the stores web site to get coupons in stead of having a loyalty card so I dont have to add something else to my phone.

Awesome shopping time at the Lufkin, TX store! The associates throughout the store were extremely attentive. Several asked if we needed assistance and were always knowledgeable of all questions asked. The associate at checkout was very friendly and assisted us in a professional manner. We will definitely visit again and again.

Mom would only have white sheets. Nothing else would work. I couldnt find and plain white cotton sheets anywhere. I walked in and needed help. The managers themself helped me find what mom wanted.Mom was beginning a scary journey in life. On hospice care. This was an emotional shopping experience. And the employees was very caring.Thank you b.b.&b.

Deloris runs a private pet grooming & boarding business from a building just outside her home. She is very personable & does a great job grooming my poodle to my preferences, & her fees are more affordable than other groomers in the area. I enjoy supporting local small business owners, & shes one Ill continue to recommend & take my business to.

Top notch home goods. I dont visit often because of the strong floral smells but this place has some of the most luxurious towels and bedding in town. Most of their kitchen appliances are on the higher end of mid-grade and I would say their prices are fair for what they stock.

The curtain selections were great for one size and basically non-existent for all the others. However the staff was awesome!

Sure hope this neat store never closes..!

Bed Bath and Beyond is closing the Lufkin store. Closest one is in Tyler.

Just awful. This store is closing, and it is so bare. Just a few assorted items. Sorry to see this store close.

Decent place. Customer service is hit or miss though. Lots of stuff and random products

Overstocked. Tight isles, traffic cannot pass in opposite direction at the same time in most areas. In many areas it is difficult to avoid knocking things over. It is a difficult shopping experience at any age or size. And very pricey...

Lovely, organized store. Happy staff, Manager is usually available. Clean Store. Have ordered, and shopped there. Always find useful and fun items there. BP

Great store. Plenty of variety of pretty well anything you need for bedrooms or bathrooms. Staff here are always helpful and friendly.

Id rate this one higher if it wasnt overpriced. Id also rate it higher if the store wasnt an absolute assault on the olfactory senses. If youre asthmatic, be careful. They have some horrid scent at the front of the store. Not sure if it is candles or a spray.

I was looking for split king adjustable fitted sheets for a new bed. I got someone to help me and she said Twin XL would work and so far they have. The selection of colors is not very good; only about 4 or 5 and not the one I really wanted.

This place is dirty and disorganized, not much to choose from. Trash outside as we walked inside.

They have lovely products. However; there was not one lady working in the entire store. It was all men. One of the employees told me they dont hire women to work with the customer but only for things such as janitorial. Such a shame considering I would love to shop there but refuse to do so when they shut out potential employees based on their gender. I really hope this employee was wrong about their hiring practices but between what he said and what I saw it appeared to be true. Sad.
