A very good experience. Monte Ebeling was my service advisor and I appreciate his customer service style and demeanor. I arrived a little early but he was able to meet with me immediately anyway. He did a great job communicating what would be done, didnt pressure me to do more, and also let me know the ballpark of what the charges would be, which was nice to know ahead of time. I recently moved into the panhandle and wasnt sure where to go for service. Based on my experience, this is my new go-to place.

My experience was great!!! Monte Ebeling got me right in. I was expecting to be there longer but I was out sooner. I was offered shuttle transport on multiple occasions which I declined because my car was ready before I needed shuttle transport. All in all everything was great!!! I would recommend this service department to anyone because the service is professional and personable. Above and beyond what’s expected!!!

Took a cla in for electrical wiring issue and after over5k they released it to me with dead batteries they never could of properly ran a diagnosis without fixing that issue first and the vehicle be sat in their storage yard dead for over a month when I picked up the vehicle they released it without proper battery power check engine light was on could of cause a accident they should know better releasing a unsafe vehicle I drove over200 miles like that! Terrible service!

Februartlt 3, 2021.Service was for the 50k mile service on our GLC 300. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Monte Eberling, our dedicated service advisor. He provided an overview of what would be done to the vehicle with a cost estimate. Due to the length of time the service would take a loaner car was provided. Upon examination a problem beyond the 50k mile service was detected. We were immediately notified, problem discussed and instructed to take the loaner car home and to return the following day. When repairs were completed Monte called advising car repairs were completed and ready for pickup. We have recently relocated from the Pacific Northwest, where driving a Mercedes is about as common as putting your shirt on every morning. Buyer beware! At first I had a great experience, until they had my money that is, but when I needed this dealership to refund me on products I had purchased the story completely changed. A few weeks ago I purchased the new 2021 G Wagon. Unfortunately, the color combination I wanted was unavailable in Florida so I ordered the car from the Texas dealership. I received the car but I unfortunately did not like it. I sold the car locally here in Florida a few days after receiving it. I contacted the dealership to get a refund for the tire protection plan and pre paid maintenance and they basically said since I sold the car they were done dealing with me. I was also supposed to be already getting a refund for the windshield protection plan which they added to my contract erroneously but they said they would send me a check for the refund afterward to avoid having to rewrite the contract and take more time mailing a new one— apparently that was a lie. My salesperson Daylan Flowers and the finance manger have Kayleb have been of no help to resolve my issue and I have not been able to get through to the general manager. I never received a contract for this products I purchased so there is no phone number to call or fine print to read. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL AND WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I did not purchase my Mercedes directly from Alderson, there have been a couple of times I have felt like they dont really care about my business or care to help. That ALL changed yesterday, I actually said out loud that I FINALLY felt like I was special and that I mattered. I know that sounds a little funny, but I feel when you are paying for something that is a couple of steps above all of the others, you should be treated accordingly. I am in customer service, it means everything to me. Rainey (I hope I spelled that correctly) literally jumped the second I called, she was here with a loaner car within 30 minutes, she went above and beyond for me. The weather was horrible, I didnt expect her to even be able to get me in for the battery issues, but within two hours my car was ready to rock and roll. Thank you Rainey, for being so awesome, and making me feel like I got the white glove treatment.

Have been getting my vehicle serviced here for 8 years and they always do an amazing job and wash and vacuum the vehicle for me! Very great service from Monte and the woman at the service desk! The shuttle driver gets me to the location I need to in a timely manner, although they have been late only a couple of times over 8 years which is still a great ratio in my book! First time customer using Alderson’s’ Mercedes service. Last time too. Diagnostics team is either not trained or they do not have the diagnostic equipment or both.The experience I had: they wanted to change out parts, on my nickel, until they found the issue. I have this on my voicemail (good keep sake of what not to do). My service advisor tried his best to sell me a bill of goods. In 25 years of dealing with mercedes service advisors I have never experienced one who would try to convince me to let them change parts until they corrected the problem. I set my foot down after calling my service advisor in Dallas. He agreed Mercedes technicians are not glorified parts changers.Alderson’s advisor called and said my car was ready. I arrived to retrieve my car expecting a charge of $600 and to my unpleasant surprise they added another part without my approval. My bill was almost $1200 and they did not fix the problem. The cashier was the only person I spoke to (super nice and courteous). Service advisor was nowhere to be found to explain what they had been done (again foreign to me). I paid the $1200 in disgust, got in my car and as I drove off I noticed-NOTHING WAS REPAIRED! Check engine light still glowing and sluggish acceleration still persisted. I Drove around the block and came right back. The cashier waited on my again, took a ride with me so she could explain to the service team what the problem was. She took my car back and asked I wait in their lobby. The service advisor finally came out and said; “we found the problem, let me show you - come on back to the shop with me”. He showed me a air boost hose that was split and asked me if I wanted them to repair it. I was speechless that he would even asked. I looked at him and said; “yes please“. He walked me back to lobby area and said he would call me once they ordered the part so I knew how much it would be. I immediately said I was done paying for their inexperience and he could credit me back for the $1200 in parts/labor that were obviously not needed. He said he couldn’t do that. I asked him to get with whomever he needed to that could make that decision OR have them call me.As a business owner I appreciate knowing when employees are not acting in my best interest so I called David Alderson (President). His admin returned my call while I was at the dealership and I explained the situation. I requested to meet with him - he wasn’t available. I asked if he was available the next day and she said; “no”. I asked if he was available any day the following week and she said she would have to check. Note: The dealerships were empty. I then chuckled and asked her to please have him call me at his earliest convenience if he was interested in learning the detail from his customers’ perspective. She said she would have him return my call. This was 19 days ago. I’ve heard nothing.My service advisor called me a few hours after leaving their shop and said his manager approved them placing all the old parts back on my car and refunding me my money. Again - I was SHOCKED and DISTURBED since I did not ask for this. I told him the entire experience was foreign to me and needed him to do nothing until I spoke with one of his superiors or David Alderson. I asked him if this was him going through this experience if this would be acceptable to him. He said; “no” and stated he would have his manager call me. His manager never called either.My service advisor called back within the hour and said his manager agreed to change the hoses at no additional cost to me because he explained my experience and long customer history with the MB brand. I thanked him.This entire experience is nothing like I’ve ever witnessed with a Mercedes dealership. I have a new found level of respect for Park Place in Dallas who in 25 years they have always done an outstanding job (customer service and technical service).
