Not to be trusted. They cancelled my order through their delivery company after reassuring me for 3 hours it would be arriving. Why in the world would someone start a delivery service and not have backup drivers? Theres millions of drivers in LA, these people cant run a business for beans. They advertise a 90 minute delivery schedule (says nothing about estimates) and they couldnt even make it happen in 3 hours.

Ive been coming here since I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago, always been a great experience. The budtenders are always super friendly, lots of selection and good range for every budget. Frances helped me out today, I knew exactly what I was getting, but they were really sweet and outgoing which made my brief experience so much more enjoyable. Frances also let me know I had points to use and walked out saving $15, and that definitely doesnt hurt, either. Thanks for the help and kindness!

This place was awesome! Everyone was friendly/helpful/suggestive. Tina did a great job of getting us the strain that fit our criteria and it was a smooth experience. Upon leaving I realized we were rang up incorrectly and went back in but they immediately corrected it and sent us with extra goodies! Love the atmosphere too, super cool10/10. *it was the colorful blowup see-through furniture out front for me😜*

Great store -- recently moved across town and have been looking for a dispensary that I enjoy as much as Herbarium. Good prices, great staff who is willing to talk you through things over the phone, cool vibes, cool products. Thank you for not shaming me as I asked every dumb question under the sun!Only issues are that I once had a delivery order accepted and they canceled due to the distance late in the evening, which was kind of annoying, and their parking lot was designed by Satan himself, but overall, I adore this place.

First time at a dispensary and it was a great experience! The lovely and knowledgeable Hayley helped us figure out every single thing we wanted. And not for nothing we were both red headed Haley/Hayleys with a triple dot finger tattoo so it felt like fate!

Totally unprofessional. Herbarium works with a delivery service called Pot Valet. This company is a total SCAM. They falsely advertise 90 minute delivery from Herbarium, in fact they have 1 driver who called me 4 hours after confirming my order to tell me they were canceling as they were too busy. They seem to have not learned rule number 1 of delivery: HAVE BACKUP DRIVERS... on speed dial, lots of them.

Absolutely terrible. Herbarium runs a company called Pot Valet. They CANCELLED my order 3 and a half hours after advertising it would be at my door within 90 minutes. They reassured my on hour 2 it would be arriving and only called to inform me around 10:15pm after everything was already closed. Very unhappy customer. I will keep posting about this every day until they make it right and remove their false misleading advertisements from their website.

We stopped by this location being that we were in LA for a few days. This review is based on the employee named STAR that helped us ! She made my experience at this location perfect ! STAR was very knowledgeable of all of the products and she knew her stuff ! She’s is very friendly and outgoing ! I hope that she will be promoted to a manager/supervisor soon because she is a great salesperson. I digress ;Herbarium‘s atmosphere and products Rock!!!!

Very cool place and set up. Music was loud and hard to talk/hear, especially with masks on. As a first time customer here; usually shops explain their deals without having to ask or ask the exact details of them. Also, looked like you could only buy grams of their own flower and not of other growers but maybe that was explained incorrectly. Otherwise, had good looking product; very modern/hip vibe. Great deal for first time buyers. But could turn the music down a tad, although good music, can’t hurt to be able to have a conversation without lots of “what’s”. oh yeah, if a customer asks about a few different strains and the only response you get is “it’s good!”.😂 An “it wasn’t my favorite” would have been more helpful than 5 “it’s real good”

Came to LA on vacation and this happen to be the closest dispensary to me, BOY HOW LUCKY I WAS. has parking, the employees are super nice and chill, the pre rolls are packed well and the flavors are amazing I recommend buying one of each flavor. Affordable and good dispensary.

Come during the evening-night it’s honestly a great vibe, they had a food stand outside and parking. The people are super chill and have great knowledge on their items. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.Today I went to Herbarium on December 5, 2020 this is the second time Ive seen the customer service that wasnt up to par. For example: asking questions about product and the associate looks num ! I understand its a dispensary marijuana business, but Im spending money in retail environment. A lot attitude, I ask questions just to see whats new and better. I believe you should have a meeting on who wants to work there and Create and inviting energy to drive business

I came into this shop last night for the first time since I moved out here and Aileen(I think it was spelled) was able to get me a nice deal on a quarter of some wedding cake. I was also amazed at how well-orchestrated the Christmas decorations were, they really gave me a Christmas themed vibe. Overall I recommend this shop, and I will continue to purchase from there. Excellent service and workers.

EDIT: As you can see, the business responded to rectify my situation and gave me an email to reach out to. I did exactly that three days ago and got zero response. So at this point I’m just going to assume that customer service is at the bottom of the priorities list.Sold my fiancée and I gummies that were 20:1 CBD:THC—meaning that there is 10x more CBD than THC and will have no effect. We were not informed, were and considering we were carded TWICE it should’ve been taken into consideration that we are from Texas as tourists, where we obviously don’t even have dispensaries. We don’t know to look out for these things. Called this facility and little was done to rectify the situation because the package was opened.Offering a “good deal” for an exchange when we already spent our money simply is not good enough. It’ll actually be cheaper for us to pay full price down the street rather than commute to this location for whatever deal was being offered. Whether this policy is company or law based does not matter, train your employees better. Do better. This could’ve been completely avoided if we would’ve been educated or AT LEAST asked exactly what kind of effects we were looking for.

Do NOT come here if you have medical. You’ll never get the right taxes and when it’s clear you’ve been overcharged they will try to convince you that despite what it says in the receipt that you received a “discount” (or the correct tax bracket). Don’t expect to receive an apology or the right price. Weed isn’t any better than you would get anywhere else. I recommend going to zen for better prices with the same selection
