My go-to game stop since the other closed down. Friendly and great people but it is a small store so things can get chaotic during sale dates.

I visited this shop to learn something about gaming and how it could be used to teach drone flying.I knew nothing about gaming when I got there and the staff were very helpful, spending a lot of time with me.I left with a ps4 and the Drone Challenge Leagues drone trainer.

I love the location of my GameStop dont go very often but when I do its a good experience especially today May 20thAround 4:19 when in paid for my purchases the cashier that was there she did a great job taking care of me and the rest of the people that were inside GameStop.Not but two or three or four people in the store it was fast and easy to get to the registry didnt have to wait in line too long.Also have social distancing and always wear a mask inside GameStop thanks to the staff at GameStop for helping me practice my purchases.

I go to here every time I buy a game because it is close to my house and the employees are really nice. I have yet to have one bad experience coming here.

This is probably the best Gamestop I have been to. I travel a lot. I always check out the nearest Gamestop to me. Let me tell the staff are very friendly. They are knowledgeable about almost everything. I have gone a few times now and I am never disappointed with my purchase. The 2 guys that work there do a great job at keeping the store clean and Stocked. Honestly 100% customer satisfaction. This location is definitely there top Gamestop in my opinion.

Came in here asking about a preorder mishap with GameStops website and protocols. Kacee was very informative and beyond helpful with finally getting my sought out item. I will be returning due to Kacee & Tim!

Great staff, knowledgeable about the games and they play a good variety of them. They have a good stock of games for all consoles. The store isnt as large as some of the others but they do have good stock.

The employees in the store are really nice and they treat you with respect.

It should not take 9 calls and 20 minutes to get through to an employee when in store shopping isn’t even available. Without any other customers present, whatever the employee was doing when I called the first 8 times is beyond me.

All these stores that are closed and have a lot of people money from preorders . I’m sure all these employees have transferred to other stores in the good areas that are still open while the inner city ones will stay closed and not get their money back I’m so glad I didn’t pay full price like I’m sure many have

There is so many different games to choose from on the playstation side they have different categories like xbox playstation and Nintendo switch etc I probably go back to getting new games as soon they open

To be perfectly honest I dont shop here all that often because Amazon usually has games cheaper, but the guys/gals working here are always great! I mostly buy physical copies of games so I can trade them in for some credit and I come here to do that. Ill pre-order games here also because they sometimes get cool pre-order bonuses.

I am always looking for a good deal on video games and collectables,and most of all,the MARVEL UNIVERSE. The store has a GOOD selection of games,but they DO NOT Refurbish systems like they say they do,and the companies policies are not on par with the stores staff and they dont offer an honest service of trade ins,and discounts on other merchandise due to all these extra fees that just come up after the fact,and I and ALOT of personal friends and acquaintances have caught the staff at this location trying to give back the same merchandise that had problems and returned,just to be sold immediately back to the person next to me on this last visit. Management was rude and preoccupied with other things other than the family that was interested in A WHOLE PS4 BUNDLE,and me and another asking a question about a game that wasnt even in their stock, but the case was......This store is a MESS,and needs Corporate to come straighten those BAD APPLE OUT.I love the stores,but not this one,and some of there shady policies.

Trash. Tried to trade in Uncharted 4 BRAND NEW WITH THE PLASTIC. That I got with the brand new PS4 that came in the box . They said they would give me 3 dollars for it. Go to gameplay on spring . Took it there and I go hooked up f***ing fat . 20 dollars . Dont fall for the scam . Have a blessed day.

Went on Black Friday for a long line which wasn’t there fault but cashier kept talking about a game to customer for 30 min and when came home with madden 19 pre owned game with no disc please don’t go on Black Friday

Very poor service! I was told my store credit was no good and they tried to force me to buy a video game and I already have all the games I need there is nothing to reserve.

Ignore the shill reviews below, this place sucks. Worse than the average GameStop selection, normal high GameStop prices, and the salespeople wont let you look around for longer than 30 seconds at a time without badgering you or trying to sell you preorders or a store credit card. I literally had to put headphones on just so that I could look at their selection. Go anywhere else, dont shop here.
