I am not a person who puts icing on the cake: I love to say it like it is and be truthful about things. Who (?) doesnt what to know what the truth is (?). There is no reason for B...S... However!, that might be true at times; things are perpendicular : not on point... at times!Anyways, this a good liquor store. I have history with place since I was old enough to go to the liquor store byself.

The most friendly Walmart I have ever been to. Everything is very clean, well stocked and organized. Had a great experience with the customer service they provide.

Not happy at all with their delivery service. For some reason, half of the items I wanted didn’t get in the cart and I have no idea why.The strawberries were moldy the next day (they did refund for that item). I paid 10 extra for express delivery that I did not need. I had to reorder half of my items which came the next morning.I don’t think the website is easy to navigate easily from the mistakes that were made. They also refunded the delivery fee but I had to pay for the second delivery.Bottom line? I will not use this service anymore.

I had the battery in my car die and I lost my receipt. So, expecting to bite the bullet and pay another $100 for a battery, I headed to this Walmart to pick up a new battery. I brought the old one with me to get the exchange credit on the core, and it was lucky that I did because John in the auto department saw that the battery was still under warranty and that instead of having to buy a new one I could get a free exchange. This was excellent customer service! Im so happy that he took the time to tell me this when he really didnt have to. Ill be coming here for my car batteries from now on and probably a lot of my auto service because I trust them to do the right thing, even if it doesnt benefit them financially. Thank you so much, John!

I am more convinced than ever that Walmart is trying to drive away their store customers and force them to use the online service. I went shopping last week and when I went to pay for my purchases, none of the checkouts were open. When I asked an assistant manager why, he informed me that at a half hour before closing they close down all the cashiers and that I would have to use the self checkout. After trying it, I have concluded that it was a cluster___k and I will never do that again, Ill just abandon my cart and go somewhere else to make my purchases and if I have to use an online service, it will be Amazon. They had all the stands open and only one person to help if you have any problems, which meant a long wait for that person to help you. I told the assistant manager they should announce this new policy, then I could gave chosen if I wanted to go or stay. I did tell him I plan to never to return to that Walmart again, which only got me an insincere smile and a sorry about that. It must be nice to be so big you dont have to worry about customer service anymore.

Another spot we stopped at on an unusual trip, but its a typical though larger SoCal superstore, but still nothing like the ones in Palm Springs or Vegas... Needs to have a larger food section to compare.It was a typical grocery run for a trip to Tecopa Hot Springs, and we also hit the Sams Club at the opposite side of the same shopping center, so we got everything we needed in 2 stores.

Two cashiers and one line for self checkout. Terrible. Deodorant is locked up and you need to ring for service to get one. No one came. Deodorant? Really? This store is in Long Beach on the border of Lakewood. Makes me really appreciate our small WalMart in Ventura.

I almost always find what I need there but this time I met an elderly man named Jack (83 yrs young). He was in a scooter behind me at the checkout line and needed a dollar or so to add to his money to buy a bag of T-shirts. I bought it for him and, to make a long story interesting ( not short lol), he was a doctor and shared all kinds of health tips. I had a basket full of fruits & Veggies because Ive changed my eating lifestyle and just started a Jucing feast. He confirmed a lot and shared more info about how were supposed to eat and what we eat does to our bodies. That was a divine appt from heaven for me to me Mr. Jack. I am forever grateful for that moment. God bless Mr. Jack🙌🏾🤗❤

I purchased a battery for my F150. The employees were helpful, and Walmart had several batteries for me to choose from. They installed the battery in about 20 minutes. Great service.

There are Vision Center, Burgerking, and Garden Center etc....inside the Walmart.It is also next to Sams club.You can shop in two places in the same place

I went for some action figures which I collect. I dont believe Ill find any here. I moved from Los Angeles to Moreno Valley. Collectable figures are hard to come by. I scanned the store for other necessities. I think every town needs a Superstore. Its missing tiny things but, it is loaded and I love it. I hope they restock their toy sections. Or else Ill find a new place for visit for my Hobby and my Daily needs

Every time I come to this walmart, its clean. Its clean, the shelves are stocked, and the lines are short. What more could you ask for? Walmart always has the best produce.the door greeters are really nice and always interact with my toddler and give him a sticker. I like the clothes there too! I come here almost every Sunday. And its just always a great experience.

I have never seen a store so cluttered with boxes from the warehouse. While I am happy that you received your deliveries, the aisles were nearly impossible to access and hardly anyone was stocking shelves. Is the clutter that necessary in the middle if the day when everyone is shopping? It seems the majority if this could have been done after hours if the boxes were simply going to sit in the aisles and cause shoppers to knock into each other.

The experience was good it just the store is in a far back corner of the strip mall and a little hard to find.

I havent been to a Walmart in over a year. I figured going to the bigger one would be better. I was wrong 😤 everything is locked up and it takes forever for someone to come help you. And your check is the worst!! No registers open you have to use self check out. Which everyone was having a problem with, so the lines were all the way backed up in the clothes aisle. This will be my last trip to Walmart unfortunately.

Did an order pickup. Systems are down. Sat in the hot sun for almost 30 mins before someone used their initiative to take customer names and grab orders. Meanwhile, my kid in the car is seriously losing her patience and mine isn’t far off. Did a pickup in the first place because I have children and not feeling well. Management needs to be more proactive

I went to get an oil change and the service department was amazing! They put original equipment manufacturer parts and the ex-vet that helped me, ensured that the job was done correctly.

Very little help from employees to help cashiers. Saturday at 12 pm with only 2 registers open and the Garden Center cashier closed. Unacceptable! I know businesses have little to no help these days, but this was mismanagement!I saw about 6 employees in yellow vests chatting and joking around the store as I was leaving in distgust. Absolutely the worst store on the face if the Earth.

Great value just need more people to help on the scan and go lines many people were being help up cause they needed assistance and there were no bags.

I went directly to the Electronics Dept. I picked up what I came in to get which was these 2 Portable Battery Phone Chargers. I Paid for my items & was on my way out the doorBefore turning around to find a half of dozen customers standing in what I call A Soul Train Line. So Glad I Was In & Out The Door within less than 45min.

This place is nice and can be busy. I didnt go through the whole store but where i walked to buy things was nice and one staff was helpful when i asked. They dont have McDonalds anymore now it is Burger King.

I can usually find what I need through the sea of people. Some of my time was spent waiting for the clear glass vaults being unlocked by an employee to get Tylenol. Too much shoplifting so they had to go to these preventative measures. Lines are ALWAYS slow. I dont know what it is. No matter what line you choose, expect to be there 15-20 before getting waited on. Everyone is still Covid safe. I dont like showing receipt as you leave. Its not Sams. No contract signed here.

This is a great WalMart. The stop is vast. There is a super large grocery section thats very well stocked and you cant beat the prices. So many great sections in this store and a good nursery as well. The staff are great. They are friendly and they go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. I drive past a lot of other Walmarts to come here and its always worth it.

Not what it used to be. Ive noticed the food quality has gone down in the past few years, this was go to for chile verde but not any more. Cmon Super Mex, get it together.

The center is friendly and clean. Its truly a one-stop-shop for all of your groceries and household items 🤣. If you are hungry, be sure to pick up your rotisserie chicken 🍗...Yummy and freshly roasted daily! Oh while you are at it, dont forget to buy your red big strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐....

This store has way more self checkouts open than regular checkouts and by doing that they of course push to have a bunch of eldery and INSANELY SLOW -yet very capable- ADULTS, ring themselves up therefore creating a ridiculously long lines and wait times. The staff does nothing about it besides pretending to look at the self check outs and talk amongst themselves. I literally spent almost 25 minutes in the store and 15 of those minutes was just waiting in line to checkout. Unfortunately this is my neighborhood Walmart, I come here often, have at different times of the day, and its always the same issue. Its ridiculous.

My mom is not doing great. My step dad came into this Wal-Mart to send me money to come visit. I live in North Carolina. They refused to send it because Travel the reason given sounded fishy?? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am very upset about my mother. They thought travel sounded to suspect to send the money from one Wal-Mart to the other? This Man should be Fired!

We had great help in the electronics department and were able to actually check out with our carts back there, saving us standing in line up in the front. As good as any Walmart! I had not been there in a couple of years. Its nice and clean, well stocked and the food section has great choices too.

Lost of issues with the store being badly organized and not well stocked. When trying to get assistance with items that are locked up there is usually a 5-10 minute wait for someone to arrive and assist. Never has any baseball or pokemon cards stocked and the toy section is also poorly stocked the vast majority of the time. Check produce very carefully as more than once weve gone home and found mold or bad fruit in what weve bought.

I like Walmart. Im ver happy that they have expanded their Gluten Free products.

Its a Walmart. I cant complain but what I dont understand is why the largest retailer in the country doesnt accept Google or Samsung Pay and they promote their own mobile payment app. I wouldnt even be posting a bad review if I could just tap my phone like I can anywhere else.

We waited for 20-25 minutes in fabric for about 10 employees to walk by and asked if we were helped. One very nice cashier finally paged the overhead for help. After 5 calls we went to customer service where the girl said “the fabric associate was over there in her department”. She wouldn’t help us either. The cashier was very thoughtful and clearly had been well trained in customer service- thank you Donna

I actually drive a half and hour to a full hour depending on traffic just to come here from near downtown LA. Its on a nicer part of the city and people are really respectful. A lot of more items are stocked. However I am a gamer and do notice they dont really stock their pokemom cards and games when they run out. Been going there weeks and its always the same box.

Overcharged on a pair of slides, says 12.93 ..paid 14.97 .... No chashiers ..I dont work for Walmart, Im a customer. Ohh and Everytime I asked a group of employees on the floor a question that acted like a wasnt standing 2 feet away from them ...twice today

Sad to say but starting out at this Walmart was a miss why? Well the greater was fine however and yes they do provide hand sanitizer but they didnt have anything to wipe the carts down with so what was the point and I asked the greeter and the manager this question of having hand sanitizer but nothing to wipe down the cartwheels it defeats the purpose she looked puzzled and said well hey this hand sanitizer and one asked him he didnt let him be in the manager He didnt come out of the office to bother to check He just said oh well theres some at the front door I said no Sir theres not and then he said we have some in the cart outside well my point is this this is what Im saying afterwards Youre the manager Im a concerned customer about health and safety especially with code going around I would think you at least come out and check to make sure and see why there was no hand sanitizer or hand wipes for the cart when a concerned customer brings your attention. The only thing that he said was and I say quote well the company makes us wipe them down in a quote My response was how do I know this and this is what I said to myself I dont know that young manager from Adam He can tell me there were wipe down but yet I didnt see it all Im asking is for something to wipe it down myself Thats all I ask is a concern customer I dont think thats too much to ask.The rest of my time at Walmart was recently fine The customer service is a hole from the from the staff was great found what I needed other than the one issue with management I think his name was Michael and the wife they to wipe in the carts down and lack of showing concern for the customers health and well-being I was fine.

Always friendly staff...from the entry to the cash registers....and the managers are always ready to help...Ive been going there for over 10 years...and they always have what I need...I buy from toys to food to work out equipment at walmart...they take care of me with their pharmacy and have great stock in vitamins,and minerals for the weekend warrior...I work out alot so they have weights at a relatively cheap price...I use them daily...LATELY I BOUGHT A PAIR OF ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS BY NORDITRAK/ LOVED THEM...THEY COMPLETE MY SET...COMPARABLE ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT SET WOULD HAVE COST OVER $300...AT WALMART I BOUGHT THIS PAIR FOR UNDER $250...thanx to my local walmart ill be in tremendous shape by summer...they also have a decent selection of supplements like whey protein and EFAs for a comparatively low price...I buy blurays and dvds from here all the time...and I always nuy my headphones...right next to the freeway, in the same huge CENTER with Lowes, Edwards 26 Cinema, Carls jr, Del Taco, Fridays, OshKosh, Carters, Justice and other cool highly visited popular businesses:Inn&Out and Chick-fil-a can also be found there...great parking...security...great hours...great selection...and you can order for delivery to this site from home...great pharmacy as well...

Horrible. Went to have keys made & dont have cash register working there any longer so I had 2 stand in long line to check out (10 minutes). No registers with cashiers, had to g o to self checkout which I dont use. All you are doing I taking jobs away from people. Never can find anyone to help you
