One of the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with was Brandon, he was amazing and super kind, made me feel welcomed and made small talk with me, unfortunately I threw away the receipt with the survey he told me about when I purchased my new shoes but I wanted to write a review since I wasn’t able to do the survey. Amazing service and I definitely would go back. All the employees working on the 18th of October around 2:30 PM were incredible made me feel like I was friends with them. Hundreds of dollars later we keep coming back. Hands down the best converse store in Southbay LA. I have three closer to my house and my family still drives to this store anytime we need shoes. I was not a converse person until I started coming to this store. Today I was helped by the manager (I forgot to get his name) and Angel and they both are on point! Keep up the great work and tell your Regional Manger they need to give you two a raise!

Found 3 pair l loved 2 rainbow shoes and a nice side brown. Employees were helpful. Had a great salew5% off then 50 % off 2nd pair. Shoutout to Spencer!!

The nicest sales staff I have met at any shopping destination. Their collection of designs was amazing and the staff was really great in helping me pick something that would look good on me and provide me the sizes that I need. Located in Pike Outlet Mall so parking is a unified structure.

They have every converse ever made or never seen. I was so happy to see this place i bought 5 pair of shoes. The people are always happy to help you if you can not find what your looking for and they have sales almost everyday

They have a large variety of shoes that have never been seen in other stores, and you cant find them anywhere, as for customer service, its pretty good, not bad and will help you with anything in the store, and allot of the shoes are quite affordable too, and Ill definitely be coming back

I give this specific location 5 Chucks out of 5 Chucks. I work at the convention center across the street from the Pike so Ive copped a pair or 4on lunch break. But last night I called and was informed of the great 50% off clearance and even though it was raining like a busted hydrant in Downtown Long Beach, Ca I can not turn down 10 dollar Converse (50% off 19.99). So I get there and the shelves are stocked and the staff member I spoke to was the one helping me, which i do prefer cause I like dealing with one person. He was more than helpful by checking the backroom for a new style that just came in. Burgundy plad 70s style high tops, I had to have self-control not to spend all my money due to the fact I got my girls shoes not bad 3 pairs for 60 and change but had to mention the one that got away. 98% of our shoes are from this store. For 6 people including a toddler we get a few pairs for under 150 that last about 4 months but those kids run them down like their Tommy Lee Jones chasin Fugitives. I love it cause as a kid I always wanted Chucks but got Chunks instead, wanted High tops but got flip flops instead. Anyhoo we love this store and by we I mean my wallet and I. If you drop in tell them Rusty sent you and you get a blank face cause they dont know who your talking about. Always a great time and in a great location.
