I had been researching Q7s for over 6 months and I finally pulled the trigger and leased one at Circle Audi. I contacted at least 8 dealers and the one that was willing to help from the start was Robert at Circle Audi. As soon as I entered my info into truecar.com, I got a call minutes later. I told him all the details I was looking for and he went to work for me. Pete the manager stepped in and sealed the deal with the numbers. They worked with my credit which isnt perfect. I thought for sure it wouldnt be a deal, but it worked out. Robert & Pete were quick, responsive and honest. When we got to the dealer, Robert brought us straight to my new Q7 and it was gorgeous. He showed us all the details of the car and how it works and answered all our questions. When it came down to signing the paper work with Sergio, that went great as well. He is very personable and thorough. I realized later that night there was a small issue with the door light (factory issue) and contacted Robert. He was on it first thing in the morning and the service guy called me later the same day. Everyone in the dealership that we had contact with was very professional. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a very rare, certified pre-owned, six-speed manual 2016 S5 from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing but positive from almost everyone I have dealt with here. I had originally visited here to purchase a similar but different vehicle, and I expressed my initial dissatisfaction on being unable to find my preferred vehicle. However, somehow, I walked out purchasing the CPO vehicle that almost exactly matched my requirements and preferences.The Audi brand specialist who worked with me was Jeff Peck, and I was truly impressed by his sales approach. From the very first email, I could feel the transparency and honesty in his communication. Since the vehicle I was looking to purchase was very rare and in-demand, he immediately suggested to come take a look at it before its too late, and I complied. After having driven over 6 hours from my place of residence to reach the dealership, I was treated with utmost respect, and my time was valued. His communication was always prompt, and his respectful sales approach never changed, even after the sale was final and delivery was made. I felt no sales pressure from him, ever. I have to mention that he has the most unique test drive route, that I enjoyed thoroughly while test driving the vehicles.The next person I would like to mention was the used car sales manager at the time, Matt Goodwin. Upon establishing clearly my preferences of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase, he realized that I wouldnt be truly content with the vehicle that I had initially came to test drive. Somehow, he managed to find a vehicle that had almost all of the options I was looking for, and although having recently been turned in from lease, he prepped the car in a timely manner to have it ready to be test driven before I left the dealership. And needless to say, this is the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Although the vehicle needed some maintenance and cosmetic items that needed to be addressed before final sale, he wrote all of my requests on a signed and approved due bill sheet, and personally made sure that they were addressed before the vehicle was finally delivered.Finally, the last person I would like to make a noteworthy mention of, is the general manger, Chris Prodromides. Upon Matt Goodwins departure from the dealership, Chris was the person who addressed all of my concerns and requests in a very timely manner. From pricing the vehicle fairly, to completing all of my additional service requests, to rescheduling the delivery of the vehicle to my doorstep, Chris made sure everything went by as smoothly as possible. Funny story, I live blocks from this place. Pass it every day on my way to work. Since Ive lived here, Ive walked in the showroom at least 6 times and have never had one salesman say hello. LZ had an A7 loaner brought to me quickly and my s5 was repaired within a few days and brought back to me in the same week they took it. LZ delivered on his word. The initial sales transaction was a breeze and they were easy to work with.

Keith Lewis was prompt to return to my request I submitted online, quickly followed up on a phone call, set up the appointment, and when I arrived at the dealership, he took care of very quickly and professionally. The entire staff I encountered through the process was courteous and friendly, and they strictly followed the distance rules, making the experience feel really safe.

I had a great deal offered from Ricky six years ago, and I have my car maintained by Charles since the time I purchased. Ricky is very nice and try his best to match what you need. Charles always gives me great suggestions for maintenance and never claim any unnecessary repairs or replacements. I always get noticed by Charles for a great deal of maintenance package and incentives for repairs and parts. Loaner car is always available every time my car get serviced. Strongly recommended if you need a honest dealer.

Although there are Audi dealers closer to home, nobody beats the professional, clear and straight-forward way this dealership does business. Highly recommend dealing with Rainer Stiller. Gives great advice - like why would I need a costly navigation system when the Audi Multi Media System now supports having the navigation from your phone showing on your Audi Media Screen. Explains all the set-up clearly and is there for you to answer any questions after the sale/ lease. Ill be back there in another 3 years. Highly recommend!

He took care of my Audi Connect issue with a reset, explained the fix and installed my new Q5 mats. Came to Circle Audi to purchase some all weather mats for my new Q5, I presented a coupon THEY sent me for 20% off Audi accessories and 15% off Audi Collections. The fine print states must present at time of write up. The service guy told me its 20% off only if I bring it in for service and the write up apply at service but will give me 15%off though. Thats BS! I told him it does not state must bring in for service but at time of write up, which to my understanding is the writing up of the bill of sale for the purchase.I refuse for them to mislead me and cheat me out of a promotion they sent me in order for them to gain a few bucks in sales! Buyers be aware of this and the service departments trying to cheat you. I will make sure they honor my coupons if not, then do not send me the promotions. That is falsifying and misleading with advertisement to bring in customers to gain in sales! Horrible service!

Danny was a well informed and honest salesperson to work with. Was able to negotiate a price $1500 under a Car Gurus average price on a used Q5.Danny took the time to answer all our questions all with no pressure.Will visit Circle Audi again due to Danny, the rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful too.

Had a very positive experience with my sales associate Joseph Hunter. He did a great job of following up with me quickly from my online inquiry, he found out the answers to every question that I had, and even sent me photos of the vehicle before they were posted. We had a smooth negotiation process and he took care of me every step of the way. After everything was done we found out about an extra set of keys for my vehicle that he promptly sent in the mail. Good work and I would go with Joseph and Circle Audi for my car buying experience again if given the opportunity.

Went to Circle Audi to trade in my A6 and after test driving the Q5 and much contemplation, ended up with another A6! Mike Burns was great, he had the cars I was interested in all ready when we arrived. He gave us good info on both models during our test drive and was patient as I deliberated on which car and then what color I wanted. When it came time to negotiate and crunch numbers, Mike did a great job making it an efficient process and we ended up with a competitive deal! Aside from the wait to get into Finance (it was crowded on that Saturday afternoon) the while experience with Mike and Circle Audi was very good; I would definitely recommend 👍🏼

I came in here to look at A4 Quattros and the dealers were very nice and not super pushy. They also knew a lot about the cars and were able to answer my specific questions because I’m an engineering student being overly curious. They also offered me a loyalty discount because a family member has had tons of Audis

The smoothest transition I have ever experienced in getting a new car. I personally thank Rainer for his honesty and kindness in getting me set up for my new lease without any stress or issues. This facility is worlds apart from the original facility I leased my first Audi at. The service department, particularly Charles, took very good care of my first S3.
