Swapped out my CENTER diamond ( not a tiny) chip!!! Slightly smaller and dirty! My center diamond was bright and beautiful. Glad we have the certs and picture before ring went in for the tiny chip repair. Weird huh??!!I have been told since that ALMOST all pawn shops will do this.

I love these guys from the moment I walked into the shop until today. I find them to be professional, fair and trustworthy YES I said trustworthy. Its hard to go into a pawnshop when youre desperate but they were respectful and loaned me the money I needed in an emergency situation. So, if you need a place to pawn or obtain a loan, I definitely recommend this establishment for all your business needs not just a pawnshop.

I took 3 rings in there and he was only going to offer me $100 for the 3. These rings were bought a few months ago from Kay and they have never been worn. I told him I could sell them for $100 a piece on my own. What a crook. Never do business here. They try to take advantage of low income people.

Like I get it, you are in the rare section of business where the customer has to sell to you so you don’t care about that stuff, but I stand by my rating. He will buy a compressor that doesnt run but not even look at my silver, cant see how this place is in business when all you buy and sell are power tools. I called on a Sunday they informed they could only buy today so I drove a long ways then as soon as I walk in the young rude kid says “only buying gold today” and turned around to continue what he was doing. How about you tell people that when they call and ask. Always scummy dirt bags with attitudes behind the counter. AVOID

Good three month loan options, however, they could be a little more knowledgeable of the items brought in and offer more for their loans, and even more so when they look up the item(s) when you come in and they clearly see that the item(s) are worth a lot more than what they will offer you. Especially for brand new items, in original boxes/packaging.They should also have security due to the area that the buisness is located in and do something about the people that hang out outside their business asking you for money, beer, and drugs. On four separate occasionsfour people were robbed at gunpoint coming out of there due to knowing people usually have cash on them.Edited for a note to the owner who replied to my review ~ ~I was not here to post a review to be ridiculed and you trying to call me out on lies. Since you have been in buisness for that long, then you must know about the robberies. If you need proof, look at archived news paper reports and news clips.I remember when two of the four occurred.I wouldnt state something that isnt true first of all, and second of all, it wasnt meant to be a mean or hurtful comment about your business, and Im sorry only for you taking it so personally, it was more or less for awareness for people to watch coming out of there and the area. Many, many, Google reviewers suggest things to buisness (asI did about maybe having security) and they take their suggestions, not as insults like you have apparently done, but they take them as simple customer feedback and some even take into consideration.And I have done buisness with you several times over the years, I have even recommended people there. Im not the only one on Google who uses a different screen name, other than their full real name. And now Im happy I do that, especially after today with receiving my first negative response from an owner after several years on Google. Its kind of creepy youre looking up my name simply because I made a few suggestions.Maybe thats a red flag that I shouldnt do buisness with you any longer and maybe my nice staff comment was too nice afterall.

These people were extremely kind. We had just gotten yelled at and accused at 14k gold and pawn in Southgate that we were trying to sell a 100% Pandora bracelet and the people at 14k said it was fake. When we came here they said it was 100% real and helped us with a lot. Theyre the reason our family gets to eat tonight and I will never go anywhere else. This is your goto shop. Wow read some reviews and seems like if customers are not happy they get tore down on their reviews. well i took a gold coin in there a few days ago and the clerk obviously dont know how to handle gold coins. he tryed to take this very expensive gold coin out of its government sealed casing. anyone who knows about coins knows that coins should not be touched let alone rubbed to test the gold content. i took my coin back and went to people who know how to handle coins. if he would of opened that coin it would of lost all value expect the low price they offer for gold. since they dont know how to handle coins i wonder how many coins they destroy and try to sell for full price. now i could care less if the owner gets on here to justifiy why they miss handle coins but its plain and simple they dont know the business. also it really dont sound professional when you trash people for being honest about their reviews. poor management. crappy pawnbroker.
