I had a couple of issues with my phone and the manager fixed every last one of them! She was so nice and sweet! She went beyond her job to try to make sure I left the store satisfied! She also helped me pick out the perfect phone case for protection! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service!

Went to upgrade my phone. The sales clerk was knowledgeable and very helpful. Even though it was close to closing time, she did not try to rush me. It was past closing time when the transaction was completed. The manager had locked the door, but my sales clerk seemed unbothered by the time, and stayed focused on the job at hand.

While I was at this location.. I was activating a new line of service. However, while I was there, Meme was so helpful and very polite. She was also very informative. She was very patient with all the questions I had. She gave 100++ service! Would definitely recommend this location. She cared more about pleasing the customer and making sure they left satisfied and happy

I purchased some phones. The manager assist me with the best plan. Customer services was great.I cant wait to tell family and, friends about this place.

OMG I came into the store and it was a very long wait, the store was flooded with customers. when Meme finally helped me she was fantastic not only did she assist me but she was setting up another gentlemans phone at the same time. She was amazing, courteous, and so very helpful Cricket couldnt have asked for a better employee.

I recently switched over to cricket wireless!! I ve been with my previous carrier for 7 years. Meme made the transition so easy!! She was very knowledgeable in her craft!!! Wish I had made the switch a lot sooner!!! Store was neat and clean. The atmosphere was very nice!!! I was greeted upon entering the store. Meyata was such a freakin delight!!!! I came in today to upgrade my daughters phone and she is in a wheel chair. The young lady held the door open for us and she helped me not just set up the phone but she helped us to transfer the pics and contact. Meme was wonderful and very helpful.

The experience was amazing. Manager is very knowledgeable as well as her team. They were willing to help and not only the customer service but cricket phone service and prices are great!

The employee i dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, Ive had nothing but good experiences with this company. Phone plan is much cheaper than my previous contract plan through Verizon. The phones are comparable in quality. I have never had an issue with the service.

Been with cricket for years before they open a store in Laurens and I am still happy about my service. Very kind staff. If I have any problems with my phone they would always try to fix it, especially the Hispanic girl. She is very smart and knows what she is talking about. Very great customer service and every time I go in there makes me feel like home.

Price is good. Need more selections of phones . Employees need to be more ready to help customers were not there to have fun were there to establish a phone service and purchase things and sometimes have question about our phones and they just done know! This is Newberry store Im talking about . Laurens is a little better. In Newberry they will literally go in the back room and close the door on you. I have 5 lines with this company an their service is awadul at this tire not the phone lines the store service . Theyre great getting you to get a phone and after that theyre done! Wont answer questions and wont help with a device and not enough stock for phones . Could improve the store and employees.

Going back next month (June 2019)... I REALLY Dislike Boost Mobile! Always lose signal & the free phone for porting your # may seem nice but if it doesnt work, why not go to a place with the same free phone that Service WILL work! My money was taken in by someone else bc I was very sick & he was ONLY trying to help bc hes never had Service there until now either. But, I NOW KNOW better than to do MY Business here & Just MY Opinion is ALL. Ive tried to get help from Boost but in my Opinion, they dont care once you pay the money oh well... Thats NOT a Good Business in my eyes... Just saying... Cricket has GREAT Service... Always has for me Anyway & wont leave you phoneless! Ty Cricket Wireless

Was the best store .To go to but they have some of the dumbest and slowest people in there now. Yes its hard to beat the price had it for five years but leaving and going back to verison yes will cost more but the hell with a head ache over simple changes
