I absolutely have never been more satisfied with an experience than I was when I returned a truck to this location. The staff was amazing from start to finish and everyone I interacted with was kind helpful and so courteous. From the first encounter with Lino checking in the truck to the awesome Arick who was beyond amazing... Marissa on the side providing a bit more cheer. The move was the hardest thing I had done in a long time and maybe once of the worst experiences in my moving history but this Uhaul experience helped restore my faith in humanity. Thank you all so much!!!

I was impressed both times I was there (pickup and return), in seeing a team of employees working together to clean and prepare equipment about to leave. The employee who hitched up my trailer was very polite, and did not hesitate to place stickers on areas of pre-existing damage without even being asked. Ive rented many, many times at other locations in and out of this area, including storage, trucks and trailers, and have never seen anything other than simply hitching your trailer, or handing you paperwork. I did call to let them know I would be returning the next day (still within the 24 hour rental period), and Arick (who answered) was very nice about making the change for me quickly over the phone. Although at drop off, the computer wanted to charge an extra 24 hours, Arick was in the store and quickly corrected it. Dont know if anyone else would have done the same, or if what I saw is what happens all the time, but overall it was a good experience and I will rent there again.

The experience involving 2 vehicles, moving supplies and equipment was handled very professionally by the entire staff. I was required to change the return dates several times and had no issues doing so. It was, as they say, a very satisfying operation. The only recommendation I would provide involves the after hours return. In this regard, I would ensure the returnee is made aware of the possible necessity to complete the return documents and provide various supplementary pictures on line prior to returning and depositing the keys in the local key drop box.

This physical location is great! The U-Haul company needs to smooth out there 24 pick-up process.Your 24 pickup needs improvements!!! I was stuck entering a bunch of useless information and no warning ahead of time that you needed extra contact information for people who were basically asleep and you made me force them to respond to you. Would not go thru that again. You should warn people who use that 24 pickup that you are going to put them thru hell!!!

Always wonderful and friendly staff and though the website lets you rent things they may not end up having in stock like two furniture dollys, they always try and figure out the best way to help you. I was even upgraded to a larger trailer because the one I needed was late being returned and were so gracious in helping me get what would be best for what I was moving and how far I was moving it. Thank you to the staff there! Many of the wonderful employees helped with a portion of my experience and everyone was amazing.

I have had great success renting from the Las Vegas U-Haul locations for 20+ years. Equipment always well maintained and safe. This particular trip was very good, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and really took care of us. Only one issue that lowered my review to four stars, they ran out of shipping blankets. This was not a major issue for me as I own a couple, but would have been had I really needed them. Otherwise a great experience, thank you.

Reservation booked a week in advance for a truck & a car dolly, one way - which is high demand. Went into my local storage uhaul facility where the reservation was made & confirmed again 24 hours in advance, and sent across town to the available facility 24 hours in advance.Upon arrival to this location, one of the owners said to me “your reservation isn’t here, it’s in Parump (well outside of Las Vegas the wrong direction completely)”. Actually no it’s not, here’s my confirmation number, here’s the text & the address - sent to me twice in fact.Without looking at my text, she couldn’t sort out the reservation & the other owner of the facility walked in & asked what the problem was. She stated to him “this customer CLAIMS that his reservation is here, but they have it listed as in Parump”...which I directly & not politely for the third time held up the phone to him, with the text message confirmation from Uhaul showing their address - stating “I didn’t CLAIM ANYTHING - HERE is the confirmation she refused to even look at”.In the end, they told me that Uhaul tried to call me that afternoon of the pickup to tell me the dolly was 1.5 hours away round trip - which what does that do or how does that help me, just because you call after a week to botch my one-way reservation booked a week ahead? Not a justification & not a solution the day of pickup!So, they had the truck at least, but no car dolly. Well, I can’t move one-way to another state without my car - which I need more than the truck at this point. I asked them to call around the valley & find me another one - the next morning - which they (as of tonight), said there was ONE being turned in for the morning in Mid-town.The only resolution came when the other owner figured out why the dolly wasn’t available- because it was turned in with bad tires. Ok, got it - but it doesn’t change finding me an alternate or solution, but I get it. I picked up the truck, and was on my way out of the lot when I saw the photo attached below: three (3) car dollies all sitting on the property?!. When I went back in to inquire : “they’re all down for tires or other problems”.So, with a shortage of dolly’s, car transports & high bookings throughout the valley - you would think that the tire replacement company contracted to Uhaul would make it a priority with not one, but three just sitting unusable on one property alone. And even better, only having ONE available, in ALL of Las Vegas, - and when it was unrentable, there was no other alternative at all? And a phone call was the solution ? That is never acceptable & a poor business practice to leave high demand broken equipment unavailable in disrepair.

UHaul had moved my reservation to a different location and time without notifying me. Dan the General Manager at this locations made my already bad UHaul experience worse by being nothing but condescending and rude. He acted like this was my fault and I should be happy to be able to rent anything from UHAUL at all. A little apologizing or at least compassion would go a long way but the General manager lacks both of these skills.

We have always used this location. Last time we used it we were picking up furniture from Home Depot. Also, they are always well stocked of packing materials. And more! But it is important that they give us all important information. I haven’t needed uhaul in quite awhile and was not aware that if checking in after hours I needed to check my vehicle in on my phone. I wasn’t told that at the desk. Although it was in my contract I do feel that is a very important piece of information to hear. Just as important as bringing the vehicle back with the same amount of gas that was in it when I took the vehicle. Seems this is a new feature I do believe it should be stressed at the desk. I was charged 2 days instead of one. The staff took great care of me and corrected my bill. Also I was told a different mileage. After speaking with the second lady I’m assuming the First Lady (lol) just got her numbers mixed up. Overall, this is not only the best place to rent a vehicle but if you only need packing materials go to a uhaul! They have everything! From mattress bags, tv packing boxes to those corner sponge things for your frames or mirrors. We have often chosen uhaul for any sort of packing items instead of Walmart/Target. Thanks Uhaul!!

I only ever come here to fill up propane but whenever i do, everyone is very friendly and may even approach you to introduce themselves if nobody is talking to you.The parking is very limited and maneuvering with large vehicles is cramped but not impossible. Anyone in the area, staff or not, will usually help guide you through if you seem to hesitate or look unsure.Paul was the first person to approach me today and he was not only friendly but quick to help and answer any questions I had.Ill be coming here to fill up no matter what side of town Im on.

This particular location was not the issue. U-haul is the issue. We had a reservation for about a month for 2, 26’ trucks and 2 10x20’ storage units at the destination. U-haul called us the night before we were supposed to pick up our two 26’ trucks and said there were no long distance trucks in the area. We had to use a smaller truck and trailer. Then when we got to the destination, U-haul gave our storage units away to someone else. We had to frantically call all over and we were able to secure storage at a non u-haul facility. I hope u-haul rots in hell. They took an already stressful experience and multiplied it by 10.

The treatment and attention I received here was truly outstanding and noteworthy, which is why I am posting this review. Each and every individual i had contact with (and in my my case there were atleast 5 different individuals over two separate visits) were helpful, friendly, and patient. I got all my questions answered. I got the equipment I needed. I got my vehicle checked out for the equipment I required. And I needed a few parts replaced on my vehicle which they had and which were very reasonably priced (cheaper there infact than the so called auto parts discount stores I looked at). Quite above and beyond. Fully a Five Stars experience.

After running my credit card and being approved for a rental, returning the rental perfectly, I received a harassing email and text combo a week later saying they had a promissory note stating I still owed the full rental amount because the credit card had been declined, that it was going to collections, and late fees were pending.After checking with my credit card company and confirming IT WAS INDEED CHARGED, 4 phone calls to Uhaul later and being on hold for over 20 minutes, first denying and transferring me to someone else twice, and being put on hold for another 5 minutes, they admitted they didnt know why it was marked down as a promissory note. They were semi-apologetic but I really didnt appreciate the hassle. Id like my half-hour back. Could so easily be avoided by due diligence on their part rather than mine.

First, I was uncomfortable with the customer service agent who checked me in that used what appeared to be their personal phone to take a photo of my ID. Second, upon returning the truck I asked if I could get a refund on the blankets since they were still in the bag unused. I was told no by the guy that checked me in. If it is obvious that the item was unused you should be willing to refund the item.

We reserved the truck online, selecting a truck at the Seven Hills Beasley location right next to us. Two days later I get a text to call about my reservation- to find out there is no truck at that location. I had to drive 12 miles out of the way to pick up a truck in Las Vegas Blvd AND was charged for the extra 12 miles both ways. My $19.99 truck rental ended up being $95. I will NEVER use U-Haul again!

Huge U-Haul facility. Definitely have a huge selection. Nice enough staff, although, they should ALL be wearing masks! some did, some (mine) didnt. I used a car hauler trailer and this is the way to go. This is my second time using one of these are they are perfect. Easy to load and strap down, I did bring my own 2 inch straps for the rear with we crossed and the car didnt move (67 Chevelle). The fenders swing away to allow the car door to open so you can get out.

This place is horrible. I booked a 20ft van 3 weeks prior. I confirmed with this facility twice. As I was driving to Las Vegas to arrange to the truck, the manager informed me the only U Haul site that had the truck was 45 min away in North Las Vegas. So I called that site to confirm they had it and drove there. When I arrived, they told me that the truck was gone and was given to another customer. And then they sent me back to a different Uhaul site in Seven Hills. Just know when you book with these guys, there is absolutely no guarantee you will have the truck on the day you book it, they will send you on a wild goose chase, not apologize and just waste your time. I’ll never use this storage site or Uhaul again. I highly recommend you rent a truck from ANYONE else. The truck they gave me also had been trashed.

Truck was running, with the heater turned on, and music playing when we came out of the office to get it. Everyone was polite and friendly. The cab and back had been cleaned out thoroughly, you could still smell the cleaner. Drop off was quick and easy as well.

U-Haul promotes that scheduling a rental is faster online when it is not. It is A tedious process and takes longer than doing it in person. The customer service representative also called my two emergency contacts/references at 7 AM in the morning which is ridiculous for a rental car/truck. I may never use U-Haul service in the future. You guys wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary issues and concerns from the individuals you contacted. Thanks for nothing!

This location is absolutely terrible!Very inconsistent & the employees are condescending.I just rented a truck last week from the same location had no problems with who I was helped with. Today I was helped by a gentleman & an older lady with short blonde hair. The man wasnt rude. I left my license, which he asked to see in person - which last week I wasnt asked for that because I have an account & its on file .. but thats besides the point. I left & got my license but not before I explained to them how inconsistent their service is. I get back, now the lady beside him that I described above was available. As soon I give my first & last name she turns to the gentleman that I had seen before & says Are we still renting to her as if Im not there. I say nothing, because whatever I just want to get in & get out. We continue with the rest of the process. My INITIAL hold just like last week when I did it online was no more than 45$ this lady did I dont even know what & took 15 mins before she gives me the quote of 71$ I asked her why it was that high because when I did it last week & even online it was much less than that. Here she goes & starts ARGUING with me about how Im wrong & shes just doing her job MEANWHILE I have receipts from last week I was willing to show her. It was like she was doing it on purpose to make things difficult for me because I told them they were inconsistent. This location is terrible. Im not going to say THE ENTIRE STAFF but particularly this woman for sure

Attempting to do business with U-Haul in the past week has made me become a PENSKE customer for life. They bait and switched their prices and raised my reservation by $1000 after my original price quote, employees left me on hold on the phone for 20 minutes, and finally I got a confirmed reservation. After my reservation was confirmed, I canceled my Penske reservation. But then the day of my move I get a call from U-Haul that they have no truck for me, that the nearest truck is in St George Utah 2 hours away, and all they will give me in compensation is a $50 credit. Luckily I was able to reconfirm my Penske truck and Penske saved the day. Thanks to U-Hauls garbage customer service, I will now be a Penske customer for life!!!

Rented a pickup truck from them for a simple in-town move. Turned it in the next day. They over charged me by 50 miles, an additional $25 or so. Emailed them the complaint never heard back. If you’re going to use them, check every damn detail before driving off and dropping off.

Had good customer service here. I picked up a trailer in Omaha NE and they did my contract wrong. The owner waived some of the fees (which resulted in another $1000), and helped get it to a much more acceptable rate. Would recommend.

Awful service and poor customer service at check-in and checkout. Very rude! I left my keys in the truck with their keys by accident. 15 minutes later after I arrived home, I realize that I left my keys with them. I called them back on the phone they were rude. They said that they were looking the keys and they didn’t see my keys attached to their keys. It was impossible to me. The keys could not have been anywhere else. I told her to please check again. Then she told me “oh never mind I found your keys.” Why did they wait for me to call them when the right thing Would have been to call me immediately when they detached my keys from their keychain. Very rude when I talked to them. Very rude when I came back to pick up my keys. I left another thing in the truck, but willing to replace it with something else than dealing with them again. Have done business with U-Haul in the past. Had always had good experience and enjoyed their professionalism. This place is ........ (You fill in the blank).

This review is in relation to a service called U-box. I wish I opted for the higher priced competitor, given the headache of dealing with this company’s customer service. Scheduling access to my U-box has been a nightmare. Even when you call the location’s number directly it doesn’t guarantee you’ll speak to staff at the location. Rather it re-directs your call to people that have no idea what’s going on. Starting with “we can’t find you reservation” despite you giving them specific order numbers, names, phone numbers. Then, after being placed on hold for some time, they finally tell you they’ve scheduled access for you, only to find out from the location the next day that they were never told about staging the access to the U-box. Finally, they won’t give you any reminders for when the month is up. They just use the card used to make the reservation and put it on auto-pay without considering if you still want to continue using the service. All the customer service reps give you the run-around and throw generic responses at you, then another second someone will tell you something completely different. Communication is severely lacking so stay away from this service.

I visited this location earlier this month to get prices on a 10X10 storage unit . Upon walking in two employees we near the entrance having a loud personal discussion which included profanity. Normally that wouldnt bother me but I had my 14 year old son with me and I have been talking to him about professionalism in the workforce. The two employees walked in the location ahead of us and continued the conversation with the other two employees behind the counter. I had to wait until they were done with the conversation still including profanity ( F-word was dropped a few times). After asking about the price I quickly left. I found a storage facility down the street a few blocks that was 100% better. Please work on the customer service and professionalism at this location.

I have used uhaul many times. Also worked for uhaul. Charles and Tony very smart, they both understand customer service. Now Cheri the storage manager was ridiculous. Everytime myself and my sons were in storage unit she would come take the big trash can away so we could not use it. Then she tries to charge me for someone else leaving trash in the bathroom. She called 3 times to tell me I will be charged for anything left in storage unit with myself still having 3 days on my contract. I believe Cheri is unfit to be in that position .It is already hard moving .extra stress for a paying customer is not necessary .

Staff were friendly. U-haul lost my reservation. I did save a screenprint on my phone. So they set me up with what must have been a trailer scheduled to be scrapped. Both fenders were severely damaged. Wires hanging from them. Damage to the roof. The guy from uhaul checked lights after he hooked it up and cleared me to go. After loading it and taking off at night I found none of the lights to be working. Now Im waiting for a call back from customer service.

Went there for propane. Service for propane seems ok. Just pull up, have your tank filled and go inside to pay. The only problem I had was when I wanted to purchase a new propane tank and the attendant started to fill it with propane as I asked but then I asked if the tank was pre-purged before filling and he knew nothing about purging tanks. I then pointed out the sticker on the tank that said new tanks MUST BE PURGED BEFORE FILLING. At that point I didnt purchase the tank. It appears many or most people dont know that new propane tanks usually need to be purged before filling. This U-haul appears to be selling and filling tanks without purging them 1st.

This uhaul has had my wifes credit card information for about two weeks now and has continuously charged us $400-$700+ at a time. Theyve totaled almost $2,300 in total charges and we are having to do battle with our bank on a daily basis because we are on vacation in Asia. Thanks a lot for ruining so many aspects of our once every three years vacation. Never rent from here!

We recently had a poor customer service experience at U-Haul. They hadn’t filled the truck fully up with gas and said it was full for us. We trusted them and only drove 14 miles and when we filled it up, expecting less than a gallon it was actually 10 gallons. We filled the rest documented the miles and let them know of the situation. Both associates were annoyed and very rude and explained they couldn’t make it right.We won’t be doing business with U-Haul again!! Very disappointed in how they handled the situation.

The owner of this location does not care about the customer!I rented a Uhaul for the day and made the mistake of not checking that the fuel level on the contract matched what was in the car. I didn’t realize until I refueled that I had to put 13 gallons of gas to refuel back to the level on the contract...I only drove 16 miles total...at worst I used 2 to 3 gallons. I brought this to the owner’s attention when returning the vehicle and he didn’t do anything about it. He basically just said you should have verified it when you took the vehicle. He was right that I should have verified but it’s really disappointing to feel like the owner wouldn’t do anything to help the customer when it’s obvious the contract didn’t have the right fuel level to start.I have used Uhaul for a couple of moves before and always had a great experience. After this disappointing experience, I’ll go elsewhere.

Staff was friendly enough. i opted for the insurance because I didnt wanna be nickel and dimed for scratches. Can they charge you scratches when ever inch of that truck has some sort of damage? In the future Ill go to enterprise. Their trucks are more than a decade newer, minimal damage, usually 100k less miles, and have air brakes. Also enterprise get better gas mileage.

Every time you see a rental trailer with a blown out Tire or a broken down moving truck on the side of the freeway its a U-Haul. Well now theyre unreliability spans to their computers as I had a reservation and all computers and telephones for all of Uhaul were shut down for the day. So when its absolutely necessary to rent something to avoid incurring late fees storage charges or anything of the sorts Uhaul is not the place to go. The worst is they didnt even try to make it up to me. And thats the real difference, budget and Enterprise, are always online, on price and in stock. Tried to save a couple of bucks and it cost me hundreds. Thanks uhaul. #usuck.

Called two times to see if they fill rv propane tanks and was told yes. After driving there, the serviceman said “We do not service Mercedes, only Ford.” I didn’t realize Mercedes made the propane tank! (They don’t) It would be courtesy to let the customer know that they ONLY refill Ford rv propane tanks when a customer asks. Waste of time, energy, and diesel.

They always had everything in stock. Truck was ready when they said it would be. The rate was exactly what they quoted me no surprises. Rate was more than I wanted to pay but was lowest rate in town.

I have refilled my RV with propane several times at that location. Today they refused to fill it, claiming it needed to be recertified since it was 12 years old. There are two problems with that:1. My tank passed the 12 year point one month ago. The staff is required to check on certification, and never notified me of the reququirement, or that it was coming up. When I talked to the management about this, they said telling customers that certification was about to be needed was not their obligation, although they knew it. Just let them run up against a gotcha. Good fun! But not good customer service.2. IT IS NOT TRUE that permanently mounted, horizontal tanks in RVs need to be certified. That requirement applies ONLY to DOT tanks, and RV tanks are ASME tanks which have no certification requirement. Despite the fact that I am leaving tomorrow and need propane, they took the parts is parts defense and insisted on applying a law that does not apply to ASME tanks. This is a training problem on top of their miserable idea of what customer service means.

Checked in a truck and trailer after one way from LA. Grumpy old man wrote me up for going 154 miles over my allowance when the truck odo was in km. He admitted he knew it was km, actually was very rude. I had done 490 km on a contract rate of 355 miles. Either he intentionally tries it on or is unable to convert I dont know but he even continued to assert I owed extra over the radio link while the office staff sorted it out for me.

Really nice people, but they made so many elementary mistakes with our move that I will never, ever use U-haul again. The biggest error was that our U-Box was mistakenly shipped out to Virginia 19 days early, when we werent even done packing it! It caused us untold headaches and loss of time, money, and nearly my sanity when I got to VA and was denied access to my boxes (long story). To do justice to the GM Dan, he was very responsive to our very bitter complaints and I feel we were given fair compensation in the end.I should also add that U-Haul headquarters should carry just as much blame due to their very poor policy of not allowing you to call a facility directly (you will get a call center almost every time, and that call center person will tell you they are at the facility physically when 99% of the time, theyre not. Its aggravating beyond belief)Learn a lesson from me: never take for granted what they are telling you verbally. Get everything and I mean EVERYTHING in writing. Do not walk away without that backup of what you were promised.
