Absolutely thrilled with the experience of buying a bike from here. Chris my sales guy was top notch! I came into the store with a good idea of what I wanted. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He was NOT a typical pushy sales person ( I tend to hate these) . He didn’t try to up-sell me or try to pressure me to do add-on packages or upgrades. All he wanted was to make sure I was happy and was getting my dream bike. Ryan in financing was amazing as well. I am a small business owner and banks can be weird about giving out loans. He worked really hard to make sure I had no difficulties getting the loan and made sure it was a great one as well! Erik the general sales manager also reached out to make sure that I was completely happy with my experience. They all went above and beyond to make me feel like family. This is now my go to place for bikes & accessories. I also was not comfortable riding the bike on the freeway home for my first time on it. So no problem they delivered it right to my door free of charge! I highly recommend checking this place out and seeing if any of these beautiful bikes could be your dream bike. The team there will take good care of you!

As an older woman, with not a lot of riding experience it’s intimidating to shop for a bike in most dealerships. From the moment I walked in the door at Sin City Ducati I was treated with respect. Cody and all the staff were very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. They took the time to find out what I really wanted and help me overcome some of my concerns. I love my Ducati Scrambler Icon and look forward to many good days on the bike.

These guys are top notch! My bike was damaged in our move, and X worked quickly to make sure my bike returned better than it came in. He processed quotes and information flowed to the insurance agent while making sure parts were in place for a quick repair. Not only did they repair the damage, but also went over the whole bike making sure recalls and service was updated. These guys care about Ducati and care about the customer! Cody worked out virtually all the details over the phone with me, so when I got there, it was essentially a sign-and-drive experience. This was huge for us, as we were coming from 2.5 hours away, and had to leave by a specific time. Cody was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire process, and was very helpful in getting me my dream bike. “X” did the most complete walk through over the controls/menus/operation I’ve ever experienced, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially these 2 gentlemen to anyone who’s interested, especially those looking for a friendly and helpful atmosphere!
Had a few great experiences with the team over here at Ducati the past month. Although the first 2-3 visits I didnt buy a bike and just a few parts for my 749R, Cody and Xavier seemed more focused on building a relationship with me than selling me something since I was already a Ducati owner. I got the feeling that they just wanted me to know they were there for me if I needed anything Ducati related.A little bit later I was shopping for a new Ducati and I felt as if they wanted the business more than another local dealer as Cody was very prompt to answer my questions without any pressure and even offered a test ride. I did end up buying a bike on my fourth visit to the store. Armed with a competitive quote from another dealer, I walked in and told Cody I wanted to buy if we could make it work. Within 30mins we had a deal worked out, the numbers were clear cut and laid out simply showing all the details of the exact price breakdown. Other dealers tend to hide these numbers from you as long as they can.I appreciated them being upfront as it saves time. The only downside I will mention with this is I did not want the battery protection plan as Ill replace it with a Shorai anyways. If Ride Now corporate is listening, STOP FORCING this on your customers. Yamaha lost $40k on a sale to me last year because I didnt want the battery protection. This deal was so good though, I let it slide this time around although its money lost to me as Ill never use the plan as its a pain to use anyways. Its easier for me to just buy a new battery and install it myself.Anyways, they were quick to get the bike back to service for the inspection, and Cody was quick to get me the paperwork and I liked that we did it in the open on the floor and not in some office and there was no pressure to buy add-ons I didnt need/want but Cody was great at explaining them to me when I had questions. Although I will say, they do need more comfortable seating. Most dealers have a small lounge area with a couch or comfortable chairs. For a high-end dealer, they need this. Xavier did my walkthrough and accurately described the bikes features and answered my questions quickly.Xavier and Cody definitely know the Ducati product well and the small differences between the years and models, which is important to me. Im happy to say I have a relationship with both of them now and I know they will take care of me and my bikes well into the future. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again. Overall a very personalized white glove experience. Eric, the GM even dropped by before I left to make sure everything was good and that I was happy a nice touch. Thanks again boys!
5 of us took a road trip from Richmond VA to Vegas this past week. One of our number was on a 16 Multistrada and he wound up needing a new chain. Ducati Las Vegas had literally just sold the last one they had in stock. What did they do, throw us out like a typical Euro dealer? Nope. The manager/owner/messiah went out of his way and contacted no fewer than 3 other bike dealers in town and found the correct chain for our pal. Yes, they did. For Ducati Las Vegas, it was more important that a rider stay on the road safely than the store make a sale. And the rest of us, those riding Triumphs or Yamahas or a Moto Guzzi (me)? We were made to feel at home and one of the salesman spent time asking us about what we were riding while also discussing some Motogp. If I were in the market for a Ducati, would I make the trip across the country to grab one from Ducati Las Vegas? Yes and I would not hesitate to do so. These guys earned my business the moment they took the red off and treated our friend like a fellow rider instead of a fellow owner. Props.
This was a fantastic buying experience I had at Ducati Las Vegas.Cody at Ducati has been the greatest help throughout buying my new Diavel 1260! Every time I visited the shop he was there to answer any questions I had. Cody made sure everything went smoothly throughout the whole experience! Even after I received the bike he made it very clear that if I had any questions or concerns, to contact him and believe me, I’ve asked questions. He has answered each question I’ve had within 20 minutes!“X” has also been a huge help. He helped me with the proper sizes while keeping the experience fun. Took my Multistrada in for service. Great experience. “X” handle everything like a true professional. My bike is back to brand new condition on performance and looks because they detailed it before returning it to me. But best of all, I called yesterday and they scheduled me for 9 am this morning!! Took my wife’s 2015 Ducati Scrambler in after it had sat in the garage for 4 years. Needless to say it needed a lot of work. Xavier “X” was able to get it all turned around in 24 hours so I could give it back to her for Christmas! He even power washed it so this bike looks totally New and is deserving of a beautiful bow! All I can say about this dealership WOW!!!From the moment we walk in to buy a bike to the first service appointment we had with the service Dept. Cody in sales is so knowledgeable about every bike on the sale floor and help me find the right two bikes for me.Of course I wanted speed that’s why we came to Ducati in the first place but also wanted a cruiser which lead me to the other side of the store as well . My buddy and I felt this was the place for us to buy our bikes just based off how well Cody and Xavier (X) treated us and the overall experience they had with the bikes they sell at this store.Xavier and Cody explain to us so many things that made us feel comfortable and confident in buying the bikes we bought, if we still have questions we still call them and they answered any questions about the bikes we have thrown there way, That kind of service is hard to find.We also had gotten service done on a bike I bought outside of the dealership. Which that experience was fantastic as well . Xavier (x) follow thru was above our expectations. Saved my skin!!!! Cross country trip from Chicago left me with a failed wheel bearing and stranded in Beaver, Utah...a town as bad as it sounds. After speaking with the shop and explaining the situation...I u-hauled the bike 4hrs to the shop where they took me in just in time (shop was closing for the night) and threw the wheel bearing in. This place was an oasis and everyone was suuuuper cool. So...I really have to thank Thomas (technician), Beer (parts), Phil and Xaviar for saving my trip. Thanks again fellas!

I recently purchased a new Supersport S from Cody at Ducati Las Vegas. Cody was amazing. Always professional and gracious with his time. The transaction was smooth and easy and very quick. In all my visits to Ducati Las Vegas prior to me purchasing a bike here I’ve always been treated by all the staff with a friendly professionalism that has been top notch.
My dad and I wanted matching bikes. We called ahead, spoke with Steve and they had one in stock of the bike we wanted and one in the next size up. My dads been riding for years and I’m fairly new. So we decided he’d take the next size up and I would take the other. About an hour after we got off the phone, he had called us to let us know they did actually have another of the one we originally wanted but it was their demo with very little miles on it. To me that’s the definition of customer service. We already agreed to take the larger bike, which cost more obviously. But they went out of their way to call us back which could potentially cause them to lose a little in the end. They wanted to help us get EXACTLY what we wanted even if it hurt them in the end.I just had my first service there and it went so smoothly. I dropped it off in the morning, and I asked about 100 questions and X didn’t get annoyed once. He answered every question quickly and informatively! He gave me the exact price of what it was going to cost, even before handing the keys over. I work at a car dealership and I’ve purchased multiple vehicles before. This experience was way above and beyond my expectations. When I went to pick up my bike another salesperson even gave me some tips to help me break in my bike properly. As a first time Ducati owner, I don’t think I’ll ever purchase any other brand again. Ducati Las Vegas just set the bar way to high for anyone else to top! Thank you again to your whole entire team! Both my dad and myself appreciate everything!

I had a couple interactions prior to purchasing a new bike. X was very helpful in getting some minor pieces I needed for my Diavel. I met Cody when I came in to check out the closest Ducati dealer from my location. He answered plenty of questions and showed me the stable. I waited a bit before I got the bug to buy a new bike. I communicated with Cody throughout the whole process which was effortless and easy. I came in, did a trade assessment, and I went for a test ride. Both Cody and X made sure I was well informed throughout the whole process. I was sold the instant I walked in the store. While yes, business is important, the sense of belonging and family is apparent. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this store and the professional staff. They know their stuff and will help you get whatever you’re looking for! I’m very pleased with my 2020 Streetfighter v4 purchase. I look forward to coming back just hang out... They ended up needing to replace a crankcase sensor. They provided transportation for picking up and dropping the bike off (I live an 1hr 45mins away). It was done quickly and efficiently while keeping me updated along the way. Bike is running perfectly as I’m 450 miles in during the break in. I am very happy to have purchased from this dealership.Update again - Had my bike in for the 1000k break in service. Worked with my schedule as I had to move appointment. Everything is as it should be. Bike is at 800+ miles and cannot wait to ride more. Cannot say enough about the employees here. Great place, give them a shot!!!
Cody was knowledgeable about everything I asked and if he didn’t know, he was able to get me an answer in minutes. He worked with me for many weeks to get me settled on a bike that I wanted.
By far, best vehicle purchase experience I have had. Cody is an amazing salesman. No pressure, very laid back and extremely helpful. He simply always did the right thing by me. You can tell X and him are one in the same. X helped me with some mods and was just like Cody, very knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful. As long as those guys are there, they will always have my business. I can not say enough good things about this place. Trust me, if you are looking for a bike - even if it is not Ducati, at least let them set the bar for how you should be treated. As a side note, before I even bought my Ducati... I was riding a Yamaha around Lake Mead. I was riding along and stopped to take some pics. Cody and two others went past and noticed I was pulled over and alone. Not a minute later, they came back to make sure I was ok. The people at this store are good people, not just friendly when they are trying to sell you something.

Ducati Las Vegas was by far one of the most easy going experiences buying a vehicle I have ever had. The facility was very appealing to look at as well as the showroom floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful, One of the employees named Cody went above and beyond to help me get on my brand new V4S by keeping me updated on anything that went on regarding my purchase and giving me everything I needed to be on my way with that gorgeous bike.
I recently picked up a Panigale V4 S from these guys. The evening before my appointment I told Steve that I would be buying the base model V4. However, by the next morning I had changed my mind. Even though they had already begun to prepare first bike these guys were accommodating and got me hooked up with the S at a great price. They also offered me more than I anticipated for my trade. Good experience top to bottom.

To be completely honest, dealing with any sort of “dealership” has always been one, huge, dreadful hassle. I don’t think I have ever enjoyed being at a dealership. That changed with my recent purchase at Ducati Las Vegas. There was no pressure, it was easy and best of all the staff was exceptional. My experience doing business with Ducati Las Vegas has been nothing short of spectactular. I wish I could get a fraction of the customer service that X(Xavier) provided me from my local dealerships. He helped me out in a pinch before a two week road trip to get some essential parts for my Multistrada. He made sure the parts were packaged(thoroughly) and shipped out same day. He was extremely patient with me through multiple phone calls and payment issues because of a snafu with my bank and another merchant. Then, the icing on this delicious Italian cake is that he was able to fix the muddled payment situation weeks later after I received a new card that wasnt compromised by identity theives. He put me first at every turn, and for that I am extremely gracious. Ducati LV will get my first call, my referrals, and should consider themselves extremely lucky to have someone like Xavier answering their phones.
Great shop! I stopped in Saturday for a quick repair on my ‘16 Enduro. I met Xavier & told him my issue and that I could make an appointment and come back later if they were too booked to accommodate me, “No, hang on a sec.” he said... He went and got the tools and did it himself. Didn’t take long, service was excellent and price was right. I’ll be back! Thanks X!

These guys are awesome. I just moved to Vegas and came in this week for a new chain. Xavier in parts was super helpful and knew what he was talking about. I lost my chain tension guide so he looked up the proper slack for me while I was there. Cody took me over to his monitor and hooked me up with the rides I need to do here. I’m a happy customer. Good start.

Acquired 2015 Monster 821 true private party, took the bike for its first service and head pleasure to work with X ., yea i know first service on 2015, bike head 465 miles on it ..... He took his time to explain what needs to be done on the bike do to low miles, suggested to change the tiers as well, they were new miles wise but over 5 years old .... first class bike shop, thank you for your help ....
I recently bought a monster 1200S and I cant be more pleased with my decision. Cody helped out a lot as he is very knowledgeable on all the bikes in the showroom. He assisted in putting me on the bike that was best for my wants and needs. Xavier was also super helpful when discussing the parts and maintenance side of things. I can’t say enough about my experiences at this shop.“X” and Cody are amazing.I wanted a jacket that was being discontinued and there was only one left my size and it was in Italy.X” was able to track down and get me the jacket. Of course this was in the middle of the pandemic.As far as the Service side goes, I am also Very pleased. I brought in my 2010 Multistrada for a fuel sensor issue. They took the time to sort out all my issues and finished the bike while I waited.Then, they cleaned up my bike before they gave it back to me.I was blown away by passion for the customer as well as the service.JB

The bike was even cleaned when I picked it up and after riding on a dirt road after it rained well let’s just say it was a little embarrassing to leave it at such a beautiful dealership. This place is awesome. Super clean shop with friendly educated staff. I worked with Xavier (he goes by X) in purchasing tires for my newly acquired vintage Monster. They even helped by storing and then loading my bike when I needed to ship it across the country shortly thereafter. World Class Service coming from someone who would know!
My son and wife like to visit all the Ducati dealers we pass close by when traveling. My wife and I have 4 Ducatis and from western Colorado. My son and I were traveling back from California and stopped in at the Las Vegas Ducati store to meet the Ducati service manager and sales team. They are definitely the Ducati spirit we expected!! Great people. Honest/hardworking. Large selection. All kinds of accessories. I’m extremely grateful because I know nothing about motorcycles and could have easily been up sold or taken advantage of. These guys are not that way.This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve ever made! They had the exact motorcycle that fit my husbands dual sport dreams- the desert sled. The sales floor rep Xavier didn’t try to sell me at all- he answered my questions knowledgeably and gave the exact advice I needed.The owner Steve was chill and polite. He found the color of bike I wanted in the warehouse which was different then they had on display in their shop. He sent Thomas to get it, make sure it was ready, and personally deliver it the same day!!! Thomas worked after hours to bring it over as a surprise gift for my husband and then stayed to explain the functions and settings. Steve really worked with me to make this all happen and was very accommodating and kind. This was all such a great experience.

Big shout out to X and the team at Ducati Las Vegas.My entire experience with this dealership has been outstanding, with multiple people going above and beyond.Rode a multistrada down from British Columbia and left it in a storage unit for the winter.Flew in to get it serviced and head out on a ride.Although we disconnected the battery while in storage the bike was 100% dead.Eddy from Ducati showed up in 15 minutes after I called asking for help.Pro job of loading the bike in the trailer and getting me to the dealership.From step one forward everything was dealt with high level pro.Mario the mechanic did some outstanding work--20K major on the bike, replaced the chain and sprockets, installed new rubber etc etc.Bike was meticulously washedX deal with a couple of things that he got covered by Ducati policyCan with out hesitation say that this entire team is 100% pro and that I will return to support them with any and all work I can put their way in the futureThanks X, Eddy and Mario for going above and beyond and all being super pro

X (Xavier) was great! We have a hard to find part and he worked endlessly searching for it. Unfortunately our part is discontinued :-(We would go back anytime to get great customer service like that!When we are ready for another bike we will defiantly go see X!
I just got in to town and I was in bad need of an oil change. I had the pleasure of dealing with X who is awesome! I had no appointment but they helped me unload the bike and they got it right in. They were super polite and got it done as soon as possible. This did mean at the end of the day but their tech Will was so dedicated that he stayed over time to get it done. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend!
This dealer has super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I walked in with the the intent of just looking...well, one thing let to another and a week later I walked out with a Multistrada! I was going through a 4000 mile long ride and, realizing my chain had lost a lot of tension, stopped at LV Ducati to see if they could help me out so that I could do the last 1000 miles of the ride safely and without worry. Xavier jumped to the rescue and took the bike to the back where their mechanic quickly tightened my bike and sent me on my way!I really appreciate their sense of urgency when they saw a long distance traveler on a Ducati and how well they took care to get the bike back to me ASAP even though, clearly, I hadnt made an appointment. Thanks Xavier and the rest of the crew!

Just wanted to say that I was so happy to get my new Ducati Supersport S from this place!!Xavier was our salesperson. He as very friendly and knew what he was talking about when discussing bikes. My bike was shipped directly from Italy so we had to wait and Xavier made sure we were fully informed of the entire process.We initially spoke to Steve regarding financing but when the bike I wanted actually came in, Steve wasnt available; so, Erik got us the financing we needed. The process itself was very simple and my husband and I were VERY glad to see that the original numbers we discussed with Steve were honored. To be honest, we expected the worst given our experience with car dealers in the area. But, they were very informative and extremely honest with their numbers for the new purchase, as well as my possible trade in.Lastly, Thomas prepped our bike and spent a lot of time with my husband answering all of his questions about how to maintain the bike going forward.Oh, and when I took a test ride the guy who took me around was great too. Very encouraging and patient (I was a little nervous taking out a bike that I didnt own). I cant remember his name - so sorry about that!Ive ridden the bike and I am giddy with excitement! Looking for a Ducati or Indian motorcycle? This is the place to go! Great group of people!

FINALLY!!! Ducati in the Desert! I have waited my entire life to get a Ducati Dealership here in Vegas. Make sure to talk with Professor X, he is very knowledgeable and will hook you up with all your cycling needs. Dont forget to sit on the new Ducati Panigale V4 thats on display. I bought my Ducati here and they all work very hard to take care of you. Love this place.
Xavier was great, he got my bike into service right away. He also advised me of some in need of maintenance without pressuring me to purchase anything. The mechanic will also informed me of my low tire pressure and filled it up, also informed me about the new rear tire. Great guys and will continue to do business with them.
Excellent service experience.Was in Vegas for a few days as part of a longer ride, had some maintenance I needed attended to in a hurry. Called them up, Xavier found some time to slot the work in and got me back on the road with the kind of sharp attention that gives one real confidence.

I want to say thanks for the great service and attitude I received at Ducati Las Vegas. I was on a 3 day out of state ride when I had rear tire issue. Pulled in just prior to closing on a Saturday afternoon. They had a tire and the tech stuck around to install - otherwise I was dead in the water until Monday. Beer and Shelby and the service department were fantastic. Back on the road within the hour. Customer service at its finest. Thanks
