Unattentive and lazy staff almost to the point of being rude. They refuse to show you fragrances even if they have them like they couldnt care about making a sale

Ok its a bit of a hard sell. I went in prepared to be unimpressed. I have the beauty needs of a hobo. Woe, what a difference in my face. Even those weird bumps people get at my age are half as noticeable after less than 12 hours. I ordered the insanely expensive diamond flawless stuff. Holy cow, it made a difference in less than 12 hours. I will not vouch for long term use, but already, it has made a big difference.

While walking by I was asked to go inside and have an eye treatment. Maya was very friendly and explained the process to me. My husband purchased eye serum and facial peeling gel for me and we scheduled a facial for the next day. That evening I developed a reaction to the serum. My husband returned the following morning and we were given a refund. Maya insisted I keep the facial peeling gel as a sign of good will and good customer service.

Fun place. 25% restocking fee. Advice: think about your purchase opportunity for a day or two first, look at retail prices online.

Insanely aggressive sales people who resorted to borderline nasty rhetoric about my appearance (‘you’ll regret walking out looking like that...’) and the amount of money I must have in my bank account (uh, really?) when I didn’t go for the products they were pushing. In front of my 12 year old daughter, no less. Shameful. They were wrong on both counts and we laugh about it now - although at the time I was absolutely stunned. I gladly spent my money elsewhere. And you should too. Avoid.

I have been to Skins 62 on two different occasions. The first time, I was in the Cospolitan and happened to pass by the store & I went in - on this occasion, the customer service was great! The woman that helped me was very knowledgable about the products I was asking about & had great recommendations. The second time I visited the store was not by chance, I went back to the cosmopolitan particularly to go to Skins 62. If you havent been there, I urge you to go. The decor is amazing & the staff are very friendly!

They get you in by offering you a free packet of lotion then push you into going in to try an eye treatment. I usually dont fall for this but I was distracted and ended up in a chaor with a young male sales rep. He was aggresive and rude. I told him I need to talk this over with my partner and he said Why? Its your skin not his. I told him I need to think about it he says is it because you dont have money in the bank? He also kept referring to a bit of damage to my undereye from a car accident as this thing she has here in a rude manner. The whole experience was so ridiculous all we could do was shake our heads and laugh. The Cosmopolitan should not have this type of store in their beutiful hotel. The staff in this store are low class and do not match the rest of the Cosmos 5 star customer service.

First time in this store. Didn’t buy anything due to the aggressive sales tactics. Products were first offered at $400 then $199 then $99. My advice is to avoid it at all costs. I refused to buy any of their products, because of the dishonest prices . For any skin care needs please just go to Sephora and avoid this scam.

One of my friends told me that his wife asked him for an anniverseary gift from this store, he mentioned that its not going to be cheap but he earned some husby points... :-), a few days ago i took my wife to dinner at the cosmopolitan and went by this store, without knowing she dragged me in just for a quick look (you call it browsing i call it spending), she kind of ruined my surprise cause i called in advance and set up a beauty treatment with this european skin care product and order this beauty package but she kind of bugged me about this perfume that is the latest brand bla bla bla, anyway, the manager was super nice and quickly enough he got the idea and replace the gift package with the perfume she wanted without her knowing, so when we got to the register he already had that gift wraped and ready for her, left happy with a couple of hundred dollars short in my pocket but what the heck? Some smart guy once said you only live once, thank god for the credit system :-) just got me 3 more months of peace of mind and the prefume actually smell not so bad... :-)

Company with not honest sales tactics, exaggeratedly high prices, they promise gift items and it is not so, they deliver products in poor condition and still charge 25% of the sale value for their return, pathetic shopping experience in this site, when making claims for deteriorated products they get annoyed and yell at the customer, I will never come back and nobody will recommend this place, since it is the only bad thing that Las Vegas has.
