I ordered these amazing shoes from Nike.com. I did call the Nike store in Caesars to verify sizing (as they are mens shoes). The person was very helpful, offered to place the order and stated I could return them to the store if they did not fit once they arrived. When I received them, not only did they fit perfectly, I was blown away by how cool they are. All I could say was WOW!
Drew helped me tonight and I highly recommend having him help you with shoes. Hes also hip on all Nike t-shirts. He helped me with running, lifestyle and hi-tops shoes. My experience has been extremely fulfilling. Tera went beyond customer satisfaction with her positive and warm nature. She was attentive, even in the midst of how busy the store was. She took her time and helped me make a better shoe selection than originally planned, and even helped me out with the sign up for Nike Plus. Tera was a gem, and I appreciate Nike for having knowledgeable team members like that and creating positive and lasting impressions. KEEP IT UP!! This experience totally saved my trip.
I enjoyed my visit to this store. I got a pair of Jordan 1s and their staff were very helpful during my visit. I took my time to check out the whole store because this place is huge. They have a good collection of products. I really loved the wall they have to showcase all the Jordan sneakers thats been released. You can check it out from the videos Ive added. If you are a fan or a customer of their brand, I would definitely recommend this store.
Beautiful store, pretty limited selection, given the sheer size of the store. But it’s a fun store to walk through.

I made a online purchase for me to pick up a the Forum shops. The customer service cancelled my sale but the associate at the forum shops told me they had plenty in stock. She told me that they couldn’t hold the shoes because of the policy. She assured me they had plenty in stock. I arrived at the store and asked for the specific shoe and size and the associate told me they didn’t had the size. I told her someone from that store told me they had plenty. The supervisor Phill lied and told me again that they didn’t had the size and shoe!! I felt discriminated because they were lying after someone told me they had the size. Phill the manager went to the back and like a miracle he came out with the shoe!! Never again will I purchase something from this store!!

This store used to be organized with shoes on display. Now its a open box disaster with little to none organization. Nearly impossible to find a certain style or size. Proceed with caution
Was looking forward to pair of running shoes which was an online but in-store purchase. The clerk who helped me must have assumed the address was a resident because the carrier rejected the order though the address was correct!! The address was correct!!! I am not sure who to be mad at BUT Nike will get the grunt of this anger just because they promised to resolve the issue by communicating with Fedex(who also dropped the ball) AND adding the business name to the delivery. No Nike did not!!! My shoes were returned!!! As polite as the customer service was over the phone, they did not get the job done; so, everyone gets 1 star.
A really amazing store with so much to see. You may need to rob a bank to shop here first. it is so expensive you would need at least Five Thousand Dollars just to buy 3 items. My eyeballs nearly fell out of there sockets when I saw there prices here. I really did enjoy having a look around 👀 🤯
This location is at the Forum which is Connected to Caesars Palace. Kind of hard to locate but once your inside its noticeable. This store was a really a great help though! Honestly I called last minute on cyber Monday and asked if they had the shoe I needed, they asked if I need BOTH sizes put to the side which was great because I wasn’t exactly sure if “I” would fit them. When I showed up later that day there was no hassles walked in was guided to the back I to try on the shoes and paid for them all within 10 minutes.

Store turns away shoppers 20 or more minutes before they close. If employees want to leave at a certain time then store hours for shoppers needs to be changed. But great deals

Google my business and Google Maps states Saturday closes 10pm. Drove from across town to go just to Nike. It was 8:45pm and the Nike door keeper said sorry we close at 9pm and we close the door 15 mins prior. Very disappointed with management of store hours and lack of customer service from Nike. I have always gone to this store for over 10 years, I will not be coming back now.

Worst experience. I was with my wife looking for shoes and the sales attendant told my wife and I. That she doesn’t need to answer our questions. That nikes sale themselves. Never again will we buy nikes!

The cashier didnt know how to process my online order. Rather than admit she obviously had no clue how to process my online order, she fumbled and asked me stupid questions until I signaled for another cashier to assist her. Geez get help of you dont know what youre doing!

I went to Nike to get some workout gear and shoes. They did not have a great selection I was able to find me 2 pair of very comfortable workout tennis shoes. They didnt have much of selection on workout gear. There was hardly anyone around to assist you either. Its OK but could of been a better experience since this is the NIKE Store our tourist go to.
I got my shoes in a timely fashion and they fit perfectly....

Wish they had a clearance section
For the last two years this has been a must visit for us in Vegas. It’s close to a great dessert food destination and a fun walk/adventure for us. They have great staff, which is a great sign of amazing management as things are light in the store from having to deal with travellers all day long. I love the computer checkout and look up system by phone that saves the walking to the back to check for stock. My only criticism is that they MUST HAVE STOCK on site. They are the biggest Nike store in Vegas. It is not acceptable to say they have to ship it in. In a world of online shopping from your couch...especially Nike shoes... you must have stock for customers to try and buy! Lastly, good for you Nike company for taking a stand with your company (last year)! Shows integrity #nikecustomer4life

Spectacular experience last night on 8-29-14. Jonas really knows his shoes! Give this man a raise! If you go, I recommend him! He is very comfortable, very intelligent, very patient, and an ideal expert who knows his stuff! He listens! Refreshing to have a sales rep that doesnt constantly push you, rebuttal you, annoy you, and judge your finance taste, while you make a decision.
As if my review is of much significance, I will pretend to be influential. The store is big, but seemed to lack the variety I would have expected given its location and size. It is chic, though Im not into that scene, and there are even higher prices than a normal overpriced piece of Nike wear. There is, however, a great shoe selection, and it is worth a stop if you are passing through. Plus celebrities and Vegas and all that.

Nu veniti aici daca sunteti in cautarea de chilipiruri,dragi compatioti!I enjoyed my visit to the Nike shop at the Caesars Palace.The staff was really,really helpful with my inquiry:I asked them what was the cheapestT-shirt,and they kindly showed me around the shop,checking each tag to see the prices.They had a huuuge variety of sports Tees,ranging from football,american football to baseball and basketball.In the end,I ended up buying a very nice Air Jordan Las Vegas T-shirt,which had a funny looking character on the front.We even unwillingly ended up with a discount,as the cashier gave us more change :))))In the end,it was quite a nice shop,I just did not like the fact that the fitting rooms were closed,and I had to ask for the key every time I wanted to try something on.

Great customer service both in the store and by phone. After purchasing pants in the store (they checked the back room stock to find the right size), I decided I did not like the fit (on me) of this new style.Called to ask if I could exchange for my old favorite style -- and they took the time to search carefully for the hard to find tall sizes I was looking for (both on the phone, and earlier in the store).Fast and Friendly customer service, and they know the products well.. And the price was about half of the retail -- a bargain for my favorite style yoga pant.
If youre a Nike fan, youll love this placeI am an avid runner and I really liked the fact that there is a treadmill you can use to test out the shoes that they offer.Helpful staff and great layout makes this place a winnerThe only thing I didnt like about it was that it was tough to find - you have to go through the mall next to Caesars Palace(I think its called Caesars forum) and its at the very end on the second floor. It would be better if they had a storefront like Adidas does further down the strip.
Very cool experience to see a full Nike store
Customer service was good but I reserved some white air force 1s. I went to pick them up and the guy at the counter returns with no shoes. He said that they reserved the wrong shoe and that they were sold out of the shoe I reserved. Its disappointing that I got the confirmation that they were ready to be picked up and someones screw up made me loose time and money. ($12.00) to park at Caesars palace casino)
I am a diehard Nike fan but this store doesnt have a tennis department so a little disappointing to me.
Ive been here multiple times. The last two times (April 2017 and June 2018) the employees completely ignored us. The store was not busy and we were inside for 15 minutes, with not even a hello. We were interested in some foamposites, and one employee just leaned on a display, looked at us, and didnt say a word. Well gladly spend our money somewhere else.
