I grew up with JCPenny. My mom worked for them a couple times, she loved to shop there. My father loved shopping there. I bought many things there over the years. Were lucky to still have a JCPenny here in Las Vegas.

Good store. Clean, organized, good customer service. The parking lot is needing some maintenance. I think there is more selection online compared to what I saw on the store and better prices.

Very disappointed in jcpenney, the staff was horrible. Such a bad experience I went in to replace the battery for my watch and the worker must have been new because she broke my watch. Than they tell me to come back another day that they will try to fix it. Long story short I come back and now the manager is harassing me, being super rude like if it was my fault. I paid 400 when I purchased it and now they only want to give me 150 store credit or just take my broken watch back. By the way store credit like I dont even want to shop at their store with that kind of staff.

I generally live JC Penney but I cant find any clothes that I like. They are great for underwear and socks though.

I think this is one of the best stores around this area when it comes to the big and tall section. They usually have more stock and different varieties compared to other locations around. This is my go to place. Only complaint recently is the lack of open registers and cashiers.

One of the lost stores is back. Bargins galore, neatly stack items on display. The store houses Sephora cosmetics booth adding an upscale department store feel. I found customer service friendly and polite making this a good shopping experience. It may seem hidden but it is locate at the opposite end of the mall.

I really do like shopping at JCPenney as they have good deals. What I dont like are the cashiers. La Donna has been there about 25 years, Ive seen her pins on her name badge. In the last year she has rang me out at least 4 times. Shes always hesitant and gives you a hard time when using your coupons. She always makes uncomfortable comments about my spending. Like you would think she would be happy that Im spending money not looking at me like Im a thief. I once stopped coming here for over 6 months and recently started shopping here again. I dont know but that girl has a problem with Latina girls for sure.. Either that or she works on commission and refuses to take coupons. I literally told her to just scan the coupon and stop telling me I wont save. And after she was like oh look I guess you did save.. Shes the reason I might stop going there again.

You can find alot of cute stuff on sale with affordable prices along with (sort of) expensive clothes.

I was very disappointed with post covid JCPenney. Their advertisement for bathing suits were a bit disceptive. I ordered online a tankini bathing suit and found out that it only was the top part. I returned it because I wanted the whole suit with the bottom. First they charged me shipping to pick it up at the store, and they didnt refund me the shipping when I returned it. I was not satisfied with the chain at all when I broused around the store because their prices really went up while the quality remained the same. The good part was their employees were very nice and helpful.

I have always loved this JCP at Meadows Mall. But when I did an order online for the first time I went to pick up my Santa and Deon was at the counter and she was so kind and helpful. JCPenney was okay. It had a hand sanitizing station and most of the people were wearing their masks. It was safe and organized when it comes to their lines.

Lazetta at the jewelry area was extremely nice and helpful on our visit to repair my wifes wedding ring and to purchase a gift set for her birthday.

Pretty decent things sold here although some stuff can be just a little less costly in which some of those very things were a bit cheaper elsewhere. Overall nice either way.

We have bought birthday and Christmas gifts and have sent them to relatives in other states. We will continue to shop at JCPenney.

I would give this company no stars if I could! I’m a platinum card holder which means I’ve been with is company for about 6 years! I ordered a California king bed online and when it was delivered they only brought me HALF OF THE FOUNDATION! I called them the same day to let them know the issue and have been calling twice a week for a month! They just keep running me in circles with no progress being made. I told them I want the other half of my foundation or my money back and they tried to say that I already received the foundation!!!!! Even tho I called them the day my order came in wrong! This company has horrible customer service and I would Never recommend it to anyone. I will be canceling my card and I suggest that you all do the same !
