So I bought a car through this dealership the car looked amazing, the only issue is it has smoke from the pipes coming out. It was a bmw I advised them of my concerns. I was told that its normal. Now Im also a dealer, so drove the car back took it to bmw and they advised me it needs a new engine. Im all about being honest if a car has a major issue that should be said. Dont say a car had no issues, when you know it has major issues

Theyve been very detailed on helping me with any little thing that I need. Then after 2 an half weeks, after I brought the car to BMW and had all the recalls taken care of they came and confiscated my car saying that I owe them another thousand dollars that we had agreed on. which was never the truthI should put the paperwork of my contract on here. needless to say dont buy from them.

Dont buy from them they are a shady dealership. False advertising on price of vehicle and salesperson and owner Diana are very bad business owners. She said she would honor advertise price and I guess her husband or part owner was very unprofessional to me and tried to shove price of 7495 even after Diana or Donna and said they would honor price. Husband wouldnt fix anything and tried to get higher price. Kept telling me you buy as is, windshield and broken fender clips missing headhead rests repairs under 250.00 and owners and her staff false claiming that there was another buyer and wouldnt fix anything. Buyer beware dont buy. They even said fee with placing on CC with fee and than said they dont take cc and wanted another form of payment. They false advertised vehicle for price. Dont do business with them. Than owner called me after I left and acted very unprofessional over the phone over the loss of sale and she was not clear on facts of her staff or husband and made false remarks towards me and when I called her out on the carpet of the events that happened because she was not there she became very defensive. Reporting to the BBB and the business and industry division. This dealership needs it licence look into for deceptive selling practices NRS 597. Buyer beware

Went in to get a car with my mom and at first everything was going fine. The nephew Adrian is very unreliable and has no idea what he’s talking about or doing. Diane didn’t want to do the deal because my mom was quoted by Adrian that the car would be one price but when it was time to sign the papers the car was a different price. My mom simply asked why was I quoted one price and now being told a different price. Diane was so rude and completely just didn’t want to do the deal anymore. I don’t understand how you get upset about being asked one question because your employee gave out wrong info. There was no need for the attitude or bad blood but I do believe God works in mysterious ways and clearly this was not the car lot or the right people we should have been associating with.

Lionel was very nice and provided excellent customer service, he was quick and didn’t waste anytime helping us get exactly what we wanted a an reasonable price.
