Well you go to jiffy on the basis that your oil change will be $39 or 49 bucks. However when they show you the recommended type of oil to be used in your mfg year vehicle the number is twice that, which is your 1st surprise, then you are presented with do you want the air filter replace, then cabin (A/C) filter then your anti freeze level is low, do want to top it off? Now, if you did all of those you be well over $100. My point is you are shocked and maybe you are not happy about all of this. It’s good they check these things to help but basically you came just to change the oil. I would recommend that they help set the expectations right by indicating that the lesser price oil change is for car which are 15 to 20 years old and car which are from 2015 or newer the recommend oil change price is more like $80 bucks.

Friendly staff and gets you out quickly. Easy to do business with. Will be returning in the future.

Fast and complete. Lexus dealer did a poor job. Jiffy lube did it all and you dont have to worry about anything being missed.

I went into this location 9/28/21 to get an oil change they then told me I got two filters that needed to be changed. I told them okay Change both but once I got home I realized it was a brand new air filter laying on my passenger seat. I went back in next morning and the manager name was NEAL S. THEY put it in but he never once apologized or tried to make right of there mistake. He seemed as if he didn’t care. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want your air filter on your passenger seat. I’ll leave two pics one of you the air filter on seat and second one of the names of the people whoPerformed services.

The guys that work at this location are awesome. They were busy and said it might be an hour. My car was done within that time frame. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I will recommend this location. Of course I will be back!!

The place is so nice and I can’t believe how quick they are, I pulled up with no expectations of what happened. They took my car in 20 minutes later my oil was changed and fluids were topped off and they were super nice to me and 2004 Mini Cooper S

It was a quick and inexpensive price for my oil change. I have a 200,000.00 + miles on my vehicle. The tech explained the difference on high mileage and synthetic oil. Explained why I should be using the correct oil on my car.

I stopped in on a saturday to get my tire patched because of a nail that was in there. They were pretty busy so I thought i was going to be there for a while. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. gentleman named Pedro assisted me and he was very nice and informed me of exactly what was going on and fixed my immediate concern. Definitely will be returning.

The service here was top notch! The workers were friendly and they went above and beyond. Some other auto repair shops have sketchy workers, but Jiffy Lube was very open and honest. I brought my car in for an a/c recharge and oil change. My a/c blows out cold air now! On top of that, they vacuumed my car, put air in my tires, and added brake fluid at no extra charge. I’m definitely coming back here!

This particular Jiffy Lube right off of Cactus in Las Vegas, has in my experience the best customer service of any lube oil filter place I have visited. And that includes other Jiffy Lube, where they are pretty awesome, but this one they went above and beyond. I am now going to make this my go to Jiffy Lube station. Many kudos to Drew the assistant manager, who is extremely professional and courteous. Congratulations Jiffy Lube!

Been to this location a few times for an oil change. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with JL in other locations, but this Cactus location has always been great. Never pushy, quick and efficient. Good experiences here.

These guys were top notch today. I stopped in with my son and they treated us very well. They let my son watch them work on my Jeep which was a very big deal to him and he loved it. All of the employees here were very nice and courteous. The assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure me and my son felt welcome.

Awesome customer service. Quick service. They were 5 cars in front of me. I expected over an hour wait for an oil change. I was in and out in 40min. They also cleaned my windows and vacuumed the inside of my car. So far, so good.

Service was fast and friendly, with the employees getting me in and out of there MUCH more quickly than I though, and more quickly than they originally estimated me, which was awesome. I watched the employees handle some rough customers happily, and I was more than impressed by their ability to tolerate Karen behavior!

Went in to get my oil changed and brakes replaced. I was in and out within an hour or so. Andrew was very kind and thorough in explaining some additional repairs I’ll be needing in the near future. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for any future needs.

This is a great place for fast and efficient service. Not only did they change the oil, top off the fluids and check over the everything under the hood, the sweep out the inside of the car and cleaned the windows! Who does that? I’ll be back there for future auto service.

Highly recommended! First time at a Jiffy Lube with the alignment inspection and the ability to do an alignment. Seeing the alignment inspection machine at work was awesome! Neal and Anthony were very helpful and professional! After the inspections, Anthony went over the recommendations and not once did we feel pressured to tack on more services at this visit. Anthony showed us our air filters and they are noticably overdue for a change, but Anthony knew we were heading to California and said it would be best to wait until we get to our final destination to change them. We appreciate his honesty and not trying to upsell us on unnecessary services for this visit!

First time ever going to jiffy lube and I was very impressed. They weren’t that expensive compared to other mechanics and they were all very nice. I also had no idea that they topped off all your fluids for free and vacuumed your car, so that was a nice surprise!

Extremely friendly and helpful! Car was saying it needed an oil change before the standard mileage mark, the guys checked it and said it was still good, no need for a change, and then they went a step further to top up my fluids and tire pressure for free while I was there! They also cleaned the oxidation off my headlights and explained to me how to do it myself in the future. The shop was clean, staff friendly & professional, and the whole thing took 5 mins. What an awesome visit!

This is the BEST Jiffy location in the Las Vegas area! I have been to several, and had a terrible experience. I have been to this location for service multiple times this year. They are clean, friendly, HONEST, they do good work. Mr. Smith is kind and patient and honest. I will not take my car elsewhere. I am glad they are close by, convenient, open, honest and have AMAZING customer service!

I needed my tires just aired up. I went to 3 different gas stations and they charged me and deflated my tires instead stopped by here and he instantly told me he would do it for me. So greatful. Thank you guys so much.

Got my oil changed today, first I called for a quote and neo was very informative and professional over the phone and when I got there (8:30am) I was fortunate enough to be the 2nd person in line so they pulled me into a open bay (3 bays) and the awesome crew there worked on my vehicle fast and efficiently.I highly recommend this place if you live in the area, they don’t let you sit for a whole hour and wait they get you in and out quickly. The literal definition of “Jiffy Lube”. I’ve never had a faster oil change in my life. And they were fairly busy. Not only quick they didn’t try to upsell me and get me to pay an arm and a leg.

Drew and the guys down at jiffy lube on Cactus were absolutely great. They were thorough and took time to explain what they thought was best for my car. Their input helped me make a good decision for my car.

This was my second visit. The employees are always prompt, professional and finish the services quickly. I brought my best friend to get an oil change on her car - they finished in roughly 10 minutes. While we were there we observed the manager spend extra time with a deaf customer to make sure she properly understood what they found.As we waited for my friends car, I asked if they did alignments, and they quoted me $79 for my Lexus IS350. They completed the alignment in 20 minutes. Tire Works next door quoted me $159 and 1-1.5 hours, and another mechanic quoted me $139.My friend was very pleased with the customer service and efficiency. As a bonus, they even vacuumed her car, which was an unexpected treat! We both left with smiles on our faces and will definitely be back.
