Worst customer service I have ever had. The young girl that helped me was nice but I can’t say the same thing about her manager or she may have been the owner, I wouldn’t know the older women’s position because she would not come around to speak to me. I went in to pick up an order we had placed the day before and I saw three employees walking back and forth because they could not find my order, all of a sudden they told me I couldn’t pick it up because I was not the one who placed the order although my name was on the email/order for pick up. Come to find out they did not have it ready and made the order right in front of me all while giggling in the back. Not one person apologized. I’m from out of town but I am in Vegas all the time, I would NEVER recommend this place!

We specifically worked with Amy, and felt she was very understanding and friendly with the assistance she gave. We look forward to using DiBella in the future for local flower needs in Las Vegas.

I didn’t have a good experience. I commissioned 6 centerpieces from Di Bella for an event. The process of ordering was fine because the girl helping me was friendly and I liked dealing with her, but the place has a weird vibe (to me). Not one person came out to greet me when I walked in although two people were just standing around. Anyway we went over the flowers I wanted, my budget etc... It was essential for each bouquet to be at least 16” in diameter to fill a wide centerpiece area. Once we were finished we went over the order; the color-combo I wanted; the 16” minimum size requirement (they claim I didn’t specify in their reply but I MOST CERTAINLY DID because it was very important to me and the first thing I said, and 16” is certainly not too big for a centerpiece, apparently you think your clients are morons), and my flower choices which ended up being below budget so I had room for the designer to add to the bouquet which I entrusted to their professional taste. I walked out of there feeling so good. Now here is where things started getting shady: I asked if they would send me a picture so I would know what to expect. They said they would absolutely not send any photos of what I was getting and that the only way I could preview my order was to purchase an extra one early. Well mind you I had reached my max, and $65 per bouquet is not cheap. I had to settle for trusting them to meet the requirements. What could go wrong? So come the day of the event and the bouquets are ready on time and I’m very happy with that. That is until they brought the first bouquet out. I’m going to try to start this nicely: The bouquet was cute and the designer did a decent job with the colors and arrangement. However: the bouquet was tiny. It was 10” in diameter, and they put leaves that reached 12”. I paid for 16”. Also the bouquet ratio was in bigger part filler flowers and less my main ones. I was so disappointed and felt ripped off. I told them I was very upset because I had specified the diameter the arrangement needed to be. At no point did they call or text or left a message to notify me if something had gone wrong to ask if I was willing to compromise or discuss any aspect of it. When I expressed my disappointment with the size and said that it was clearly not what I had asked for, they did nothing to make it up to me and didn’t offer any reparation even though they did not meet their end of our agreement. I couldn’t stay to argue my disapproval and demand a refund. While the boy took the flowers to my car not one employee tried to talk to me. I drove out of there crying because I felt so ripped off and knew the flowers would look embarrassingly cheap because of their size. Each bouquet was $65 + taxes but looked like it was worth $12. As I looked at my six, tiny pathetic bouquets, I swore I would never use Di Bella again or send anyone their way. I’m probably going to try another place for my next event. I’m even considering making my own bouquet from flowers I’ll get from the grocery store. (Thanks for the credit offer BUT I WOULDN’T RETURN IF YOU PAID ME.)

Amazing service! I wanted to send an arrangement for a friend getting married in Vegas, but with all the Covid changes was skeptical of who is open and the delivery times. I googled DiBella and called, and right off the bat, they made me feel at ease. They took all the details down and even gave suggestions. And assured me that same day delivery would happen! The arrangement came out gorgeous and my bestie and her fiancée were so happy! Thank you for such quick and wonderful service!

This is my FAVORITE Flower shop in town! It is family owned and they are wonderful people. All the employees are nice, attentive and helpful. The arrangements are absolutely gorgeous and they even have already made arrangements that you can just walk in and pick up!

I came from Salt Lake to my brothers wedding in Vegas. His wedding was in December and all the flowers were fresh and bloomed. The woman that worked with us was very knowledgeable and professional. Would absolutely use them again.

I am SO irritated with this shop. I placed and order to be picked up today for my mother, it is the anniversary of my grandmothers passing and I wanted to do something nice. I placed the order AND paid for it online. i went to pick up my flowers and was told I needed the physical card because they needed an imprint of the card. I unfortunately did not have the card, as my husband had it. IT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING OF THE SORT ON THE WEBSITE OR ON MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. I then asked for a refund and I would pay for it with my credit card. What I dont understand is how she could have refunded the card without it being present but couldnt give me my order after it was already PAID for. I was NOT given a receipt for the refund, I was told Id get an email stating it was refunded, because it was immediately refunded to ths debit card, also hasnt happened so I will be calling tomorrow. I could get flowers delivered without having to show any type of proof of anything, but can not get my order I paid for earlier. I do not recommend this place, the blonde woman was extremely rude and couldnt answer the questions I was asking her, she went and hid in the back.

These wonderful people did my wedding flowers and they were the most beautiful flowers I could have asked for. My wedding day was so perfect and once I saw the flowers I cried. They were PERFECT!!!

Ive used DiBella Flowers a few times and theyve always been terrific! The times which impressed me most were for two funerals. One was in Sun Valley for a friend and another in Salt Lake City for my own mother. I didnt need to be concerned about the quality or price, I knew John and his staff would do me proud, and in both instances they exceeded my expectations. We ordered flowers to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff was very helpful and came up with an arragment that met our budget and was spectacular. The flowers were very fresh and lasted almost 2 weeks and still looked great. We are very happy with the value and service DiBella provided. I will definitely use them again.

I just received a dozen roses for Valentines and they look horrible. The roses look like grocery store, sick roses and they stuffed so much green in the vase I cant position them in anyway that doesnt show a mess of green with sick roses popping out in the middle!! Such a let down for today and for the money. My 6 year old could have arranged this and it looks like she did. Ive made sure the sender knows not to use this place again.

I am VERY content with my experience. I called more than a pair of local florists to see if they could help me with my problem. Problem: Needed a funeral arraignment in less than 24 hours. I was told that I could come in a choose something and that it could also be delivered. When I came in it was busy but I was acknowledged and that means a lot to me. I was allowed to walk around or look at the book. When I chose something I liked, I was even offered a few more flowers to make my bouquet a bit more pronounced. I wanted another vase and was told that it did need to be a particular size and was shown the alternative. A little hectic, but all around very attentive. I felt very welcome and I felt very secure with this business. A good friend told me that the arrangement I sent was very lovely. Thank you all @ Di Bella!

Red roses for mothers day lasted 11 days. The leaves actually died before the flowers. I found that unbelievable. Most roses dont last a week. I highly recommend Di Bella Flowers.

Flowers received were not as nice as model shown on website. For the amount paid I was extremely disappointed. Recommend asking for photo after arrangement has been made and before delivery. I will not order from this establishment again.

I was in dire need of a lovely bouquet in a very short amount of time for my gf on Valentine’s Day. The customer service I experienced was top-notch.
