I was in town for a few days with my family & 2012 Town & Country, began having issues with threatened overheating.A dear long time friend suggested In & OUT to me.Replaced the thermostat and had a coolant flush as I requested. Thermostat was a bit rusty but still showed the overheating threat that I experienced. Musa went on to check everything that was attached to the cooling system and beyond even looking outside the usual.After alot of checking last checked was the condensor which had a lot of dog hair ( golden retriever mom here) & rocks blew that out and she was cooling as she should be.Made it home to AZ with no issues watching the Temps the whole way.I am so grateful to this shop for getting me in so fast and for the detailed determination to figure out the problem in a timely fashion.I cant express anymore how if you have ANY issue that needs attention or figured out hands down this is the shop to use.Fair pricing and pride in the work done.Thank you, thank you, thank you Musa for keeping my family & I safe.(In the middle of a heatwave too I might add)Best Regards,Natalie Gerardi

Had a great experience there yesterday. Unfortunately, my car fell off a jack while the tire was being changed on a hill. I then needed to have it inspected to make sure there were no problems. I had not heard of In & Out Tire, but it was recommended to me by a collision company. Im very happy that I was referred to In & Out. I had my car towed there and they were able to look at it quickly. They were able to determine that the only issue with the car was a bent brake heat shield, which they bent back into place free of charge. They were even able to repair the flat tire. The car ran great when I picked it up.Quality work, great value, and extremely friendly and honest service. I will definitely be going there in the future for auto needs. Thank you Sam and Musa.

Quick and friendly service

Maybe one the last honest shops around. Our 2008 Honda CRV was showing a battery light. The dealership said we needed a new battery and a new alternator. They wanted $1200! We took the car to In and Out Auto and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty battery only. They saved us a lot of money. The tested the alternator and told us the truth. It was still charging at over 12 volts so we didn’t need a new alternator even though we took to them requesting a new one. Since that’s what the dealership recommend. Thanks

Thank goodness for this place! Took my car here for a second opinion and they fixed it up in less than 30 mins, no hassle, no bull! Originally took my car to Discount Tire to get a tire patched. They said the screw puncture wasn’t fixable and wanted to charge me $120+ for 1 new tire. In & Out saved me a lot of time and money!!

Tire service is always done well at reasonable cost (I own Tesla model S with more than 150,000 miles on it so dont expect anything other than tires or wiper blades until after 250,000 miles).

My car went down and I had no idea who to go to so I went online. In and out was the highest rated and I can tell why. I went to another mechanic first and was told it was a large job and how much trouble i was in and received an estimate of over $1700!! I was very worried and went to In & Out for my second opinion. They had a clean waiting room and everyone was very friendly and respectful. Musa came over and took the keys and said he will look at it and call me back. About an hour later I got a phone call and he explained the issue and how he figured a simpler way to fix it and it would only cost $475. He said many other mechanics try to take advantage but my problem was not a big deal. He just saved me $1200!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave him the OK and he said hell have it ready by the next day. Sure enough I got the phone call that the car was ready. I picked it up and the noise was gone and the car was driving better than before!!! He even topped off the fluids and checked the rest of the car for me. How awesome!!! Its been 2 months and cars been running smooth. THANKSUPDATE: 6 Months later the car still runs great and I got a flat tire and he was able to fix it for me on the spot. There was a nail in it and he remembered me from before and didnt even charge me! A TRUE GENTLEMAN. Best part was I was still able to get to work in time. THANKS AGAIN

Second time i came to In&out tire and really satisfied with the outcome of both of my vehicles they both drove like new when i left. They replaced my tpms sensors and tires on my 2009 corvette.

Called into to these guys because of there great reviews. The gentleman on the other line was very polite and helpful. I could tell this establishment is run with integrity.

So far so good. I just picked my car up so if anything changes, Ill update. ANY WAY, I have a ford and my cooling fan went out. I originally took it into the Gaudin ford dealership to get it looked at. They quoted me almost $1,100 to replace the fan assembly. Not to mention they were going to keep my car over night when I had dropped it off at 7 am. I lost my s***. My coworker recommended In & Out Auto and raved about how awesome they were. Im really glad I listened. They did the job for literally HALF the price and they used a ford manufactured fan, WHICH THEY PICKED UP FROM GAUDIN FORD. I dropped my car off at 8 am and had it back by 1 pm. I also checked under the hood before I left and noticed they filled up my windshield wiper fluid. Absolutely Amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Came in from out of town after starting to hear a noise like that of a dying animal, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The mechanic working on the car quickly figured out there was a rock stuck in the brake shield and got me on my way. I hardly ever write reviews but needed to share the awesome experience.

Took in my old 95 Corolla due to issues with shifting during cold weather, and slight resistance when warmed up. Thought my clutch was going to go out soon and decided it was worth taking it in to have it diagnosed.Upon return, Musa informed me that they couldnt find anything really wrong with it other than low fluid in the MASTER CYLINDER. After giving it a couple test drives, they found no noticeable concerns regarding my vehicle.Price after return? $42 and some change! Wow, I guess Musa felt there wasnt a need to charge that a diagnosis fee since they really didnt need to do much at all. The diagnosis fee alone would have been a little over $100. I was was prepared to pay for, make no mistake.Thank you Musa for being an upstanding man with real integrity!

This is the only place I will ever take my car. The service is amazing and they really know how to take care of my car. I have a 2005 Nissan maxima with a little over 90,000 miles on it, so it is important to take it to someone that I trust to insure that it will last for a long time. I had a screw in my tire. Dropped in and Musa immediately stopped his work on a shop full of cars. He patched the tire and had me out the door in 20 minutes for $20. He also told me my tires were cracking and would probably need new ones soon, but didnt try to sell me anything. Ill go back when its time to buy. Overall great experience.
