I had a horrible experience with their management team (3 managers). I requested 2 trucks 4 men, what I got was one truck at 8:30am and the second truck 4 1/2 hours later when the move was almost done. Then they consistently acted like they did me a favor by giving me 6 guys, when the extra 2 guys were do to the lack of the second truck. I spoke to manager Ryan that day which basically told me he was going to charge me for 1 truck for guys as if he was doing me a go or. You can’t charge me for people or a truck who were not there. Then I talk to Ron the Operations manager who basically co-signed for Trent. Then today I have a manager Ryan call me 4 days after my move and tell me the movers bonus would be impacted after I repeatedly stated the movers were awesome my issue is with the scheduling of the trucks. I then asked for the number to their corporate office and was told I could look it up and he then proceeded to disconnect the call. I will never recommend this company. Their management is horrible and lack basic customer service skills. I feel sorry for their drivers and really hope their bonuses are not impacted as once again they were awesome, unfortunately can not say the same for the rest of their team.

Tornie Braggs and Willie Roddy;  Movers with  Two Men And A Truck (Crystal Hill NLR, AR) took special care of my furniture during my recent  move. They were reliable,  provided excellent service and were  easy to work  with. They  communicated professionally and took the time to wrap items to insure they were protected. They made it look so easy and the whole experience  was stress free.  They were very courteous and helpful.  And followed through on my special requests and paid attention to details. They worked within the scheduled time and there were no surprise charges or unusual operating procedures.I highly recommend Tornie Braggs and Roddy as the crew to reserve  with Two men and a TruckLauvern

Hands down the worst moving experience Ive ever had. Where do I even start?!1. They made a huge mistake with the estimate that required me to rent a u-haul on my own, and pay for it out of pocket. This mistake alone added about 15 hours of work that I was not anticipating plus another day off work2. A lot of damaged furniture. Even with their coverage, the amount they want to reimburse would never cover a repair of this magnitude3. Movers were not covid-19 compliant. That alone should grant me a full refund. If you are a mover, moving on a hot day, wouldnt you bring your own drinks since we are in a pandemic? That was not the case with these guys. Also, did not wear masks so that was frustrating.4. Only sent 2 movers the next day to unload. My contract stated they would provide 3 movers5. Movers did not re-assemble furnitureEven after talking to customer service, they did not do much. Paying as much as I did for my move, I would expect a much more professional experience and ownership of the mistakes and factoring in the time it took me to personally move stuff and take an extra day off from work. Stay far, far away!

Suggested someone go through here after I had a positive experience a few years ago using this company. She was quoted $4000 to move a single dresser to a different state over the phone. I understand gas costs and all that, but I cant comprehend how $4000 equates to moving a single piece of furniture. Not sure if the person was just giving an incorrect amount or what, but went through a different company and was quoted a quarter of that, will be going through them instead.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I hired Two Men and a Truck in Santa Ana, CA because I thought they were a reputable company. Was I ever wrong. I am not going to get into all the detail of how unprepared my movers were, but instead the main issue.Because the truck was parked on a street with a lot of activity, I needed to stand outside and monitor the truck so my items didn’t turn into a free for all. I lived in an apartment building and when I saw them inside the lobby doors pacing I went over to see what was happening. The movers told me my bed was stuck in the stairwell. I opened the stairwell door and saw my ENTIRE bed (headboard, footboard, frame, slats) still in one piece jammed in a stairwell! I became very upset and they told me because they did not have needle nose pliers they couldn’t take the bed apart or put in elevator so they decided to try and just bring it down this way. The mover called his supervisor to send someone to bring tools and I called the office to let them know what was happening and asked they send other movers. The girl said she would call me back and I never heard from them. After 30 minutes of no help from Two Men and a Truck, I called the apartment building Maintenance and they were able to bring the pliers for the movers to take the bed apart. *See photos on my Yelp review for the Santa Ana officeAfter the move I called the customer service office again and told them I was completely dissatisfied with this experience and wanted to file a claim. My bed is damaged and I am throwing my mattress pad away there was no way I was keeping it. I sent the photos, emailed receipts, etc. *I had purchased the added insurance that if there was any damage they repair or replace the item. This is what I was told....After almost a month of not hearing anything (I sent a couple follow up emails) I received an email that said my claim was denied because I signed a “release of liability” that says they are not liable for any unsafe conditions. I called to speak to the manager, left VM, and did not hear anything back. Finally I called the corporate office. They tried to be helpful and reach out to them. Finally the manager, Ed Razo called and tried to tell me this was on me since I initialed a release of liability and why I would sign without asking. This was also being done on an IPad while I am being charged by the hour. I told him I did ask about that and asked what it meant since I was purchasing insurance? The movers had told me it was unforeseen unsafe conditions such as a tornado, bad weather, etc. Ok that is fine. So I then asked Ed Razo if I did not sign it would the move have continued and he said No.SO BASICALLY THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOUR ITEMS CAN BE HANDLED IN ANY MANNER AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE! This occurred because the movers made bad decisions, it has nothing to do with “unsafe conditions”! Then he said he would get a quote how much the repair would be and after almost 2 weeks he sent an email saying $125. I emailed back for the quote and got no response. So I called the corporate office again because he should send documentation and they are siding with his “word”. I emailed him again (because he will not return a call) and asked him for the name and contact info of the vendor and for my contract the states the terms of the “release of liability “ of course I still have no response. As of now I am filing a complaint with Dept of Household Services and they are helping with the matter. They said they cannot get me any money, but if they are in breach of moving terms they will issue a citation. Works for me!

The Gambrills location is the absolute worse! I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism that their movers demonstrate. They all didn’t wear mask or keep them on, I guess COVID-19 isn’t real 🙄. The guys were careless, foul mouth, and rude. They did not protect my furniture from tears or nicks. I am missing items and have multiple things that are damaged. DO NOT book this company, spend your money elsewhere

The only reason I rated it 1 star is because I cant go lower! This was by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. First they booked my reservation for packing and moving, then I get a call a day before the move stating they dont normally provide that service however it will be handled and upon arrival they stated they only have 3 hours to do the job. The employees were very unprofessional taking personal phones, wasting time on wrap plastic cups and playing with our babies toys. By the end of the day they barely moved 10% at best to the new house which was down the street and when requested to fit more items in the 26 ft box truck they stated with the way we loaded it we cant fit anymore before leaving they promised us that they would return to finish the job with no additional cost. The next day after charging my card almost $1000 they never returned my calls or texts. This is the worst company that ripped us off after taking advantage of a family who suffered a house fire. Think twice before hiring these thieves! Not satisfactory and unacceptable!

As others have stated if zero stars were offered, that would be my choice. Your S.C. branch moved us three miles, broke a brand new TV, our 5 month old daughter’s dresser and completely ruined her upstairs doorframe at our new home. We have been made promises time and time again for over a month, none of which have been followed through with. We were promised a brand new tv replacement as well as for company employees to come TRY to fix our daughter’s dresser (which she’s laid on as a changing table) and doorframe (after explaining that our daughter is 6 months old - I highly doubt you want that on your conscience if you fix a dresser which has her changing station attached to it and it isn’t done correctly). All this because TWO MEN AND A TRUCK refused to do the right thing and simply reimburse us for damaged items...our other option was pennies on the dollar for brand new items that family members gave us as gifts to our newborn daughter. Oh and I forgot to mention an apparent scientist works for this company because he told my wife and his crew that our home had mold in the master bedroom which stopped and delayed moving our bedroom furniture into the home. We hired a company to comeIn and test. Guess what? Simply old antique rug residue/dust left from the older couple’s Persians who moved out. As we’re going through this process of trying to get what we we’re owed and promised, this was brought up to the Owner. His response, “ well we didn’t charge you for coming back the next day and putting your furniture into the bedroom“. Well if your employee wouldn’t have puked in my yard screaming “it’s mold”, this could’ve been done the same day. All the while, they don’t care about our damaged goods. Simply about saving a dollar. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I highly doubt corporate is any better than the local branch owners but I’m not letting this go quietly as I’ll be calling them tomorrow. We will find out if they truly are “The Movers Who Care”. A person can dream, right?PS- It’s pretty sad when nice, young men who probably don’t have much financially are willing to offer to replace your broken tv out of their own pockets because they KNOW that the company that they work for are going to be too cheap to replace things that are broken during a move. This is fact because it happened to us. It was said by their employee on our move. Also, it’s very sad (as I’ve read from multiple reviews) that your own employees AT A MOVE, ON SITE, talk about quitting TOMORROW and getting their CDLs instead of working for TMT. Again, this actually happened on our move. Nice actual movers, despicable company. I certainly hope someone from corporate reaches out because I’d love to chat but I highly doubt they have enough respect for their own company to do so.

It was July of 2008, being former military, I had moved often. Sometimes doing it myself, sometimes letting the big corporations move me with all their supplies and experience. So, I was no stranger to the challenges of moving. Looking to avoid the sore back, while not wanting to pay some big corporation instead of the movers, I latched on to the add for the company. Two men and a truck that sounds like your mom and pop shop right. Nope I should have done my research, I was still paying a big corporation to hire local cheap labor for pennies on the dollar of what I was paying. But then to make matters worse, I guess out of a desire to keep up this small-time appearance, they showed up with limited moving blankets or straps and just piled my furniture in the truck. Thank goodness I had packed all the boxable stuff beforehand, so it was well packed. Because sure enough when we got across town, my furniture was damaged, one piece completely broken. No problem, they have insurance right. WRONG, they have insurance for themselves and they will take your broken furniture, or make you sign away your right to a claim. So, I couldn’t hire someone to fix the furniture, and to this date all I have ever gotten was excuses about how they are having trouble getting it fixed. No check, no repair, and no replacement. So, hire two men and a truck if you want con artist corporation to damage your stuff and then steal it. Otherwise use a legit corporation that doesn’t act like a mom and pop shop or do it yourself with some friends and pizza and beers.

The movers who were sent out destroyed one of my items. I was offered compensation less than 1/8th of what the item is worth or none at all. The movers destroyed a $470.00 oversized bean bag(brand: Sumo, model: Titanium) when attempting to move it down stairs. They did not wrap it in cellophane of a moving blanket as they did other items. They attempted to throw it off a second story balcony in order to circumvent carrying it downstairs. The cover ripped as they were hoisting it over the side and the foam inside spilled out everywhere. They didnt even clean all of it up! The movers assured me I would be compensated for the damage to my property. The item is ruined and unusable so I wanted full compensation. They took the item with them after the move and said they would be in contact. I waited a week and had no response form them so I called them and at first they told me that since the item did not have a cover on it that they would not be compensating me. I told them that was unacceptable and the representative said he would call me back after he conferred with his supervisor. I waited a day for another call which I did not receive so I called back myself. They rep told me they were willing to give me $51.00 total which is .60 cents per pound for my loss. I told them that was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. Again none were available. I was told I will be contacted again later in the day but I was not. I intend to keep following up until I reach my desired outcome. I would recommended you stay AWAY from this business. They are movers who do NOT care unlike their slogan implies. I guess this is how they treat Active Duty Armed Forces Members.

If you work here make sure you get paid the right rate discussed. Because this company will screw you over. They will pay you as an assistant mover and drivers are supposed to be paid more. Very shady branches in Suwanee, GA and Lawrenceville, GA. Employed there are mostly unprofessional and ghetto employees. The manager there only cares about revenue and not quality workers. Shell brag about the 4 locations she runs. But cant remember interviewing you. And will ask you several times did you apply as a helper or driver. That right there tells you she doesnt care. The turnover rate is high for a reason. If you dont fit in with any cliques there then youre screwed. Theyre not looking for quality workers.

Horrible experience. They damaged my furniture, and the movers actually took pictures as well. They refused to even speak with me related to the damage, and a CSR/Claims Specialist, Austin Paradise, if thats really his/her real name, rebuffed my email with argumentative narrative. Very unprofessional local organization. Do yourself a favor, move with ANYONE besides this organization. Obviously I will be contacting the Michigan Headquarters to not only discuss my experience, but this sad customer service experience.

The Beavercreek location of Two Men and a Truck did NOT provide us a successful move.Due to their debacle of a move, we currently have a broken brand-new $4000 refrigerator. This companys insurance refuses to replace it.We have written a 3.5 single-spaced letter and will be sending it to the corporate office soon. If no resolution there, we will send out the story via multiple social media sources. We will contact the Dayton area news source Turn to 2, and then proceed further with our lawyer.I truly hope this company corrects the wrong they have created. If not, I will provide ALL details of this disastrous move. In the meantime - beware using this company.Kathy & Todd RobinsonLebanon Ohio

I booked a truck to go from Granger, IN to Fishers, IN. They called day before to confirm and to ask if they can arrive early. I agreed and they showed up an hour late with the wrong truck. The movers leave and said they were coming back with a bigger truck. I called the office to find out what happened and to complain. When I was done speaking, Jeremy asked are you done? in a rude voice. I asked to speak to the f$#@&*^ manager. The manger agreed what happened was wrong and said the general manger would call me. The general manger, I think Keith Zielinski, called me and said they cant fulfill my needs and cancelled on me after all this happened. Keith Zielinski was rude. They have not refunded my down payment. Do not use 2 men and a truck. They cancelled after they were late and havent refunded my down payment.

They reviewed (in detail) every item to be moved and told me we have the right size truck to move your entire home, but there may be a few items we cant load, we wont know until we actually load everything. They asked if Id like a second truck at 2x the cost for those few items. I declined since they told me theyd get most everything. Two very odd guys showed up, making hooting sounds at each other the whole time. My wife asked what they were doing there, they said something about some recent movie they had seen. Unprofessional or drugs? Or both. They only moved half my stuff. When I complained (to the local franchise, and also to the Corporate HQ), I was told our notes show you declined the second truck. I have to move the rest of my house myself, or they will come back and charge me double. the cost. The corporate HQ rep (Lindsey) said, we have addressed the issue for you, you just dont like the result. I agree.

DO NOT hire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK if I could give them NO stars I WOULD. Two men and a truck completely DAMAGED my dining room table and sofa table that I received from my parents as a gift. The operations manager Jake DOES NOT want to fairly compensate me so that MY ITEMS can be replaced. On top of everything he ignore calls and emails which is VERY very unprofessional. I was quoted $950.00 for my move but the lazy movers went over and my final bill was $1300.00. My items WERE NOT properly wrapped and protected and they hit every speed bump and pot hole in site. I will NEVER hire this company again. Anyone who is reading this DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT hire this company to move a shoe for you, it’s not worth it AT ALL.
