I ordered a very simple address plaque in July and they got it wrong the first time. Forgot to put pre-drill holes in it, wrong back plate color and wrong number color. I dont get how you can get so many things wrong, but it happened. So they offered to redo it in August. They made no effort to try and get this done very quickly. It is now September and I still dont have it. Its not like this thing is cheap either. I have been calling and following up with the retailer for weeks. They staff of 4 know me by name because I have been in there so many times. On 2 separate occasions I requested a quote for the address block on their web site and never received a response. I was just messing around to see if they respond any better to their on line customers. They do not. It is very frustrating because the company looks like they can do nice work.
