One star may be too much. I dropped off a small piece to be machined. They said it might be a week or two and I said ok. I contacted them 2 weeks later. I was told that they hadnt done anything yet. They advertise about being a great community supporter. I know Im just one person, but thats no excuse for them to treat me this way. If they didnt want to do the work, they should have told me that. I will never recommend them or try to do business with them again.

This shop very quickly machined the hardware on my pocketknife so that it could be easily disassembled. Super quick and easy transaction, would recommend.
