Me and my family shopped there and they have bad customer service, they are more focused on people stealing than delivering good customer service. in order for my 2 year old son to try on a costume, I had to go in with him, they wouldn’t allow my husband (his father by the way) to go into their makeshift fitting room with his son to try on the custom. They said women are uncomfortable and might think men are looking at them. We suggested they separate it and have men and women fitting rooms. Fitting room was guarded by an employee and she actually removed the costume from the bag for us, like I couldn’t do it myself, as if we were going to steal it. The fitting room was super dark no lights, you couldn’t even see. My 2 year was crying because He wanted to keep the costume on but we couldn’t take the packaging to the register the guarded fitting room person had to, just a mess plus they had security but the employees acted more like security than him. Bottom line we will never return..I see why they’re only seasonal and local.. they deserve zero stars

You will get upcharged on regular costumes that are sold anywhere. However they have costumes that are not anywhere else that are worth it. Like mask that move with your face. Start at 24.99 and up

Racist as hell.. Me and my boyfriend and my son first walked in we didnt get a greet or anything they stared at us like we were crazy and some walked off and one of the white employees approached us very rude about my boyfriend trying on their mask. Never coming back again
