Decent selection. Prices were way too high. If this is supposed to be a place to get cheaper materials, I could go elsewhere and by brand new for less for most items they had there. How are people supposed to afford that? Very disappointed.

Lately theyve priced their prices higher on used items and donations. Most of these products, I can just get brand new of the same item from home depot or walmart for lower reasonable price. This used to be one of my favorite stores and now most of there prices are ridiculous. Not sure if they are under new management or what. They are asking insanely ridiculous prices in the past year, year and half or so. Now Id rather go to menards .

The prices are too high the stuff is donated to them but yet the prices are so high you could go buy the stuff brand new for what they want for it sometimes they charged double of what something actually is I recommend just going in buying the stuff brand new they get it for free try charging for people what it would cost new I think they take advantage of people but thats just my opinion Im sure theyll come back with they help the homeless and they helped us and help that but who knows are they really

Wont be going back there soon. Lady in charge was ridiculous. Ill buy new from now on. Forget buying used to help an organization. Used is used. If I had new item to donate, I wouldnt be in there buying used for myself... good bye! NEXT!!

You never know what you will find here. I needed 2 shingles to repair my roof. At Menards I would need to buy 3 bundles of shingles, at $20 a bundle, thats $ 60. To repair one ripped shingle. I shake my head. Always consider habitat for humanity.

Review №16

Cleaner better organized store and higher end goods since new manager. Not as much clutter to look through but prices are higher. To the converse, there are fewer niche items. Over all I always seem to find at least one of the items I am looking for much cheaper than purchasing new. Its a worthy cause to support and it keeps useable items out of landfill.

I cant really say enough good about Habitat for Humanity they have a lot of really nice things in there. That are very reasonably priced. Granted you have to pick and choose your items, but for the most part they really do have some very nice offerings.Reasonable paint reasonable home supplies. If they have what you need, its usually a good deal.

I had items to donate which needed to be picked up.Josh called the day before to give me a 2 hour window and called the day of pickup to say they were on their way (a bit early). He and Mario were courteous, professional and very pleasant.Just wanted to compliment these two guys.Give them a raise and keep them around-they are an asset to your organization!

Hugely overpriced building materials with no way of returning damaged merchandise. I bought several light fixtures, none of them worked when i installed them. They would not give me a refund and were incredibly rude to me for asking if they gave refunds.... The building is tiny, stuffy and their is no where to park. Save your-self the headache and go buy new stuff for a better price at Menards.

This place is definitely hit and miss. Unfortunately more miss than hit these days. The volunteers are great but the staff seem to be really out of touch with their pricing, no sense of moving products or what new product cost at the regular hardware store. While I would like to support this non-profit I think they need to realize theyre not a regular store and stop charging like it.

Manager charged me $55 for a microwave, that was unmarked, when ALL the other microwaves were selling for $45. She said, through her worker, its a Magnavox thats why. Well, she had two other Magnavox microwaves that were being sold for $45.The manager had NO intestinal fortitude. She wouldnt answer my questions face to face she only communicated through her worker.I only gave the two stars for the nice young lady that was helping me.

Terrible prices!!!! Just about everything here is over priced! I dont waist my time anymore looking for things here. And ONLY negotiable if the item has been there 7 days, I trying asking asking about something that had been there 6 days and they said I had to come back tomorrow that it still might sell for more. Just not worth it.
