I was surprised to find I could get your reverse osmosis so reasonable. I had the water container which was good but to get the faucet on my sink is so easy. I so love the water. Culligan people are so friendly and reliable. Thanks for your service

Craig was amazing from beginning to end!! He was available to take my call. I missed our appointment to meet at my house and he was very polite about it. The installer was very professional and quick. Very pleased with everything. The system is amazing and affordable.

Have been a customer for about 15 years and I used to get pretty good service but lately it has been a mess.1. No service hours outside of the regular working hours so I have to miss work everytime something isnt working right.2. Technicians came out, spent the day servicing my softener and it still doesnt work.3. The staff who used to provide customer care over the phone were helpful and nice, however the lady who is answering the phones now is quite rude and very impatient. I do want to let you know that it is mostly due to the treatment on the phone that I have decided to purchase a whole home treatment system from rainsoft, they were very nice through the entire process and even installed in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. I will be calling the rude lady at your office on Monday to coordinate the pick-up of the rental unit that I no longer want or need. I started an account here earlier this year after having difficulties with another location. They have been over the top helpful with all of my needs. I mistakenly ordered the wrong kind of filter for my water purifier and they were more than willing to exchange for the correct item without any hassle.

Culligan gentleman that delivers is great. Only issue Ive has is an older woman down right nasty on the phone. Dont know her name but twice I thought to take my business elsewhere. She is mean nasty and could careless if I had salt delivered.

I called for service on my Culligan water softener. I received a call the next day and the repair man was at my house within 1/2 an hour. He knew exactly what was wrong and quickly replaced the small part. The best part was that the repair was less than $70.

My wife and I are both retired and because of that we really appreciate our Culligan deliveries right into our basement! What a great service. They let us know when they are coming so we can watch for them and then they carry the softener salt downstairs and even put it in the water softener. We have had the bottled water service for many years, which we thoroughly enjoy. Recently I reached out to Culligan for a water treatment system as our well water is extremely high in iron and causes staining on our sinks and toilets. Craig came out and with his astute wisdom quickly created a plan that would help. This was one of the easiest decisions to make for my company and the installation was quick and exceeded my expectations. If I could give zero stars I would!! I called this company 3 days ago to get a quote to have my water softener inspected. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me right off the bat. I simply requested a quote—and before I could finish saying water softener, she interrupted me and asked what the brand is. I told her it is a whirlpool; she quickly laughed and said “there’s no way you’ll ever get that fixed; we refuse to work on that brand, plus there aren’t any available parts for it.” I said okay, well thanks anyways. She then said again that Culligan doesn’t work on that brand and was bashing the whirlpool name. I hung up on her. She was awful. I suggest hiring a friendlier receptionist!!

I started having the big bottles delivered when the Pandemic hit. Their staff is always very friendly and informative. My daughter bought a chargeable pump that sits on top which makes it very easy to use. Its very cost efficient, convenient and I dont know why I didnt do this years ago.

My service has been outstanding! Delivery is right on time, they are quick to assist with questions and at set-up, I was ready to go in about 5 minutes!

I love how fresh and clean the water tastes. I love the convenient monthly delivery right to my door. I love the reminder text messages when it’s time to put my empty bottles out for a refill. I am so happy with our new RO water system from Culligan. The faucet matches perfectly (it was a special order) to the existing one. We like our water softener too and it has really made a difference in everything from showers to clothes. With soft water, your soaps sud up better. We have city water, so it also helps with removing minerals. The RO system is basically like having Dasani from the tap! The guys were great, very kind and courteous. They worked fast, and had everything installed within about an hour or so. I only wish I’d done this sooner.

I have had culligan for 10 years now. They are very professional and courteous when they change out the reverse osmosis filters and any other softener related issues. I also appreciated the updated website so you can pay your bill online now. Price has also stayed the same for a long time.

When I mess up my order, you work with me to fix it and when I run out of water early, you add a delivery, drama-free. Ive only had a couple leakers and I see your bottles are being replaced with new. My delivery guy is friendly and polite, and of course the water is good. Im a happy customer!

We used this Culligan in at an office in Lansing for 5 years and were very happy with the service and water quality. They were always nice and helpful and any minor issues were taken care of quickly and fairly. Courtney always replied to emails promptly and was helpful, the delivery staff were great and another man I spoke with once about the taste of the water of one jug (out of hundreds) was very helpful to me. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend this Culligan.

The Culligan technicians DJ and Butch squeezed us in today as a part on our very old Culligan water softener broke. They were very speedy and super nice. Above and beyond expectations - THANK YOU! Also very reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

Convenience and Courtesy!! Weve had Culligan service all our water needs for many many years. Just recently they reached out to us since we hadnt called them for service lately (we were having no problems with our water). They came out to do a system check and found we were in great need to replace our drinking water filter. We had no idea the filter need a change badly since our water tasted just as great as ever. Everything else checked out A-okay and it was nice that we found our system working flawlessly. Culligan is the best!

Culligan of Lansing has some of the best customer service (not to mention quality water!) around. After calling about an issue with our water cooler at the office, not only did a member of the Culligan crew arrive the same day to address our concerns - he was here within a few hours!We were so excited by this wonderful and above-and-beyond service. Our water cooler has been taken to get a deep cleaning, but was replaced with a temporary system and jug to hold us over in the meantime (we didnt even have to ask!).I appreciate that our problem was addressed so quickly and with such kindness.Weve relied on Culligan Water for our office needs for as long as I can remember and look forward to continuing to working with them for years to come.

Very good service and high quality water, very friendly staff and I definitely recommend them for residential and businesses .

The hours are listed as til 5 pm and Saturdays, however, we were refused service and salt delivery for any day after 3 and no Saturdays. So basically, when we needed our unit serviced - we had to take time off work and for salt delivery, either take time off work or they left it outside which defeated the purpose of paying for salt delivery and bad backs. So, we are ending the year contract as soon as we are able to. Buyer Beware!! It is fraud to advertise business hours that are flat out wrong when offering buyers a year long service, in my opinion.

Terrible customer service. I pay $25.00 a month& it takes them a week to come & fix their softener . Called on a wend, her comment. Well it will be next week, cant tell you what day ?? They will call you that morning when their in the area ?? I called fri & had someone talk me thru the problem.Finally got a call 5 days Later the following Wednesday. Oh you got it fixed.
