No record of my purchase when it was being picked up tho I had the receipt copy. Thought I bought two of them - huh? Sold me toilet without “ “mentioning “ that I needed two other pieces that were not included - how would I know? More $$$ for then!!! No effort in their part to consider making things better for a valued customer… would not recommend them because of my experience.

Great selection of quality plumbing and bath fixtures. Be aware you need to make an appt because of covid though. Courtney answered all our questions and was very friendly.

After I got someones attention, they were so great! They ask you to call ahead with your order to protect everyone. You should go there for your plumbing needs because they know what they are doing and they have what you need!

I worked with sales rep (N) in showroom and she found a pedestal sink I was looking for. I placed an order through Specbooks. Two months later, my order came in; when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong color. I had to leave two messages and an email and still no response. I finally got a hold of N and she offered no apologies for the error; just excuse after excuse of how busy and overwhelmed she is and that she cant possibly search all of the databases to determine that the color I wanted was discontinued. She never offered to look for an alternative. I was very short with her and demanded a refund on my account that day. She actually had the nerve to tell me that she doesnt have control over that. She told me that their traffic in their showroom has increased 40% and thats why she wasnt able to get me the right information. I told her that her traffic is now done 1% as I wont be shopping with them due to her serious lack of customer service.I contacted Kohler directly. Within 5 minutes, I had a customer service rep searching out alternatives for an almond colored pedestal sink AND she gave me a 25% discount! Two months of wasting time with BPHS and I resolve my problem within 5 minutes by contacting Kohler directly!I would not recommend working with Builders Plumbing & Heating Supply based on my most recent experience.

We have purchased several rooms of plumbing fixtures and every visit to Builders Plumbing has been a pleasure.I know what I do not want, but often need guidance finding what will suit our home and my style. Erin has been SO helpful in the decision-making process! She is patient and listens carefully, then is able to direct me to possible products. And, Erin has stayed with me until a final decision has been made. What an asset to the company!

Visited Builders Plumbing & Heating Supply in Lansing< MI yesterday (9/18/18) and was in need of a replacement part for a bathroom sink. Talked with Nicole Aldrich the Showroom Manager.She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, along with being very professional and personable. It made our experience a highly pleasant one.

Great shop! They had the odd little plumbing part I needed, but could not find at the big box store. Very helpful staff!

We scheduled an appointment at the recommendation of our general contractor. Chris, our salesperson, showed us around the display area. He was very helpful, explaining options and giving recommendations. The display floor featured several different brands of sinks, faucets, shower stalls, toilets, and other hardware, all at various price points. Examples of different finishes were also available. All of the items we selected were delivered promptly.

The staff were amazing and really went above and beyond to help us. They were able to order a faucet for me even though their computer system was down. I will definitely be back.

Builders Plumbing and Heating Supply has been a great partner with us at Odd Fellows Contracting for the last few years. They have an amazing showroom and have been great at helping our customers through the selections portion of their remodel project.

Had to go back twice cuz they put the wrong fittings in my order kind of frustrating travel an extra 20 miles and hold my two guys up from working for an hour or so while I did it there goes a 40 bucks labor plus gas and time and frustration not huge but still frustration I getting hurry too so I understand but still frustration I will say 95% of the time I dont have this issue they usually pretty good right on top of things

Excellent products with astonishingly terrific service. Honestly looks like a museum of gorgeous plumbing fixtures.

Horrible customer service. Called for help with a water softener part and the guy on the phone was rude, disinterested and would not help me at all. Were building a new house, so my wife stopped in to look for kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures and she was told no one could help her, as they were too busy. Would tell anyone who asks me not to bother with this business.

Worst service I have ever had at a plumbing supply and showroom. The store manager was uncooperative and rude. Will never stop foot in builders plumbing supply again.
