Ordered ONE spirit wear shirt for my daughter over four months ago. Still have not received the order. When I call I am told that they will call me back by the end of the day with an answer and never receive a call. I am all about supporting local but are frustrated with their customer service.

Ive used Brown Bear Printing many times, and they provide outstanding service and products.The turn around time is faster than I expect, even when I need to have part of the design changed after initially approving it.The staff is always friendly and very willing to help me get exactly what I need. I recommend Brown Bear to anyone I know looking for a product they offer, because theyre the best of the best.

Not open on weekends, and when you do call during the week it always always goes to voicemail which says they will call you back in 24 hours... of which Im in the third day now without a call-back. Decided to go to KCK for a lot better initial customer service.

I have ordered from this company only twice. You cannot rely on the delivery of your items in a timely fashion.

I ordered 70+ shirts for the University of Saint Mary Physical Therapy basketball tournament and they were great. Brown Bear worked with me multiple times to get the perfect design and also helped with last minute changes. They had my order completed in less than a week and half. They provide a lot of shirts for the University of St. Mary and I will continue to utilize them in the future!

This place was incredibly cheap with amazing quality shirts. They make the entire process easy even from a remote location. I will recommend them to all my family and friends and strongly urge them to use this local business rather than something online.

They will print your stuff onto banners, shorts and probably other items.

Would not recommend order two shirts was told they would be there on a Friday which I needed them Saturday they did not have them. I called the Wednesday before they assured me they would be ready Friday.
