Great place to get your lumber. They have plenty of stuff in stock and some hard to find larger pieces of wood as well. The guys there are helpful and nice. Prices are on par with most other places in the area as well.

Lumber is in excellent condition without the need for culling. The staff have a great attitude from the front office all the way to the guys working hard to load you up in the back. A+

We walk in and put in our order. Within 25 minutes, we are driving out. Other supply houses sometimes it takes a couple of hours. Never have had that problem with diamond. Highly recommend this house. Lance.

So I went there three days ago and bought a few items and it was over $90.0 very expensive I couldnt believe it example a small sponge for cleaning tile with $8,32 when you can find them at Lowes for $ a dollar and bigger size I mean come on so I went and try to return a few items I didnt needed the next day and they told me no returns at this time like what the 😤 i know they raised the prices at least 8times on some items and not returns means screw you. I mean why not??I understand when the Hurricane happened there was not room for that but know everything is back to normal

As a woman going into a mans world, I never am sure of how seriously I will be taken. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I needed to see what they offered because I didnt know the numbers related to The Post in The Wire. Shane was awesome and showed me everything I wanted to see and then checked me out very quickly. Even with me taking time to look around I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Best of all they are going to deliver!

Sure its expensive and overpriced on some items, but Im sure they dont get the same price breaks the big box stores get on bulk purchases either so thats probably what they have to charge for it. That being said if you dont feel like traveling from ragley or Moss Bluff all the way to Lake Charles to Lowes or Home Depot its worth stopping in. The owner and his son, I guess thats your son or very helpful. I personally never had a bad experience in here everybody seems to be willing to help you when you walk in, checkout process is also seamless and for one reason or another they always seem to have exactly what I need. Ill definitely be back!

I got there at about 4:30 and looked around and the purpose for the visit was getting some exotic Lumber that I had called about earlier. Well I looked around for about 10-15 minutes which is barely one eighth of the stores and the guy came up to me and said hey lets get the lumber now because were about to close, it turns out they didnt have any Exotics except for maybe one or two that were outrageously expensive. Maybe it was just at their tired and wanted to go home but I wouldnt go back for lumber. I would only go back for the items inside the store that are a little overpriced but top of the line.

If you need hardware, plumbing supplies, lumber, etc., no need to drive to LC or Sulphur. The store area is compact, but very well organized and fully stocked; great selection of treated lumber, too. You dont have to wander across an acre of floor space from aisle to aisle to find what you want.

I love this store. They have just about everything a hardware store should have. Lots of hand tools, PVC/copper/brass/galvanized plumbing fittings and valves, bolts, screws, rivets, anchor bolts, sheetrock anchors, cleaning supplies, paints, and of course, a bunch of treated and non treated lumber. The prices are competitive with the big box stores too. They also have the best selection of Case XX knives I have seen in a store. There are hundreds of Case knives in over a dozen different display cases.The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended store for the DIY community.

Its amazing what Diamond Lumber carries. From an odd sized appliance bulb to every AC filter you can imagine. They know you by name and will order anything you need. I did my Christmas shopping for the men in my family there!

My elderly father went here to purchase pipe for a water leak. He told the owner,(I believe) what size he needed. Owner said are you sure that doesnt sound right. So my father calls and doubled checked size. The owner talked to my husband on phone and questioned my husband on size and my husband said I measured pipe thats the size I need. He still questioned it again and my husband said Im telling you what size I need. The owner hung up on him. The owner got the pipe and gave it to my dad. My dad got all the way home (Ragley) and it was wrong size! My husband measured it and it was not the size he asked for it was the size the owner insisted it would be. So my father goes back the next day to return it he gives my dad refund minus a restock fee. Really!!! My elderly father on fixed income pays for your mistake! The rudeness we received also made our experience not a pleasant one!! Just want Diamond Lumber to know you lost several customers!
