Cause I had an overall a good experience. The skincare can use some tidying up. But other than that we had a great experience. Workers were very friendly and super helpful. Check out was pretty quick! Found everything we went for.

Store is usually clean and with the Target Card/Circle program you can really save some money if you know how to shop. Customer service is great too. One time that stands out to me is when I purchased a wireless headset and I found it slightly cheaper at another store. The lady at customer service did even better and found it cheaper at Best Buy. So instead of saving $10 she price matched it for BB and saved me $50. She did not have to do that and could have just rang me through but instead she took the time to go above and beyond of what she was required to do.

The selection of Junior clothes is so limited at our store. My teens never can find anything there. Everything is cropped top which is not permitted at school so cant buy any shirts that are school appropriate. Wish their teen clothing line was A.) more school appropriate and B.) a larger selection.

I went inside and lady was so nice. item was heavy. They had me pull up and a nice target gentleman loaded it for me.

Store is easy to get around, convenient to where I live and I like their products

Good shopping experience. looked around a little as i am looking for the particular item i came in for. i never could find the item i was looking for. i asked an employee and he was courteous and sincerely helped me. he found the item in the back and i bought it. i used self check out, which was efficient. i recommend.

Worker at the front door chased me yelling I had to wear a mask, I politely informed her I had a breathing condition and she got an ugly attitude with me saying I had other shopping options and could go somewhere else. Says on their website it’s fine not to wear a mask if you have a breathing condition and before I left I looked around the store seeing multiple people walking around without a mask.

This location does does allow customers to pick up frozen food, diary products, and produce by way of curbside pickup. Which is weird because Walmart, Kroger, and Albertson do.

I understand it’s a busy time, but they can def have more checkouts open. You can’t even check out of electronics with out having a electronic item.... that’s about the dumbest thing I’ve heard. So disappointed!!!

Clean, organized, and a good selection!

As much as I love Target, this is the only store they have in Lake Charles. Its mostly Walmarts in the area. And the strip mall is amazing. Its set up like the one on Louisiana Avenue in Lafayette.

If you want to shop at a place that has terrible customer service, a store manager that does not care even when you call to talk them them about your experience, wait in line forever and check yourself out because there are no cashiers, corporate office that just replies thank you for your statement well look into it yada yada and goodbye, aisles of items disorganized with no prices on them this is the place for you. By far target has become worse than Walmart avoided at any cost I will for now on.

How easy it was, and I didnt have to wait even 2 minutes once I arrived for my order to be at my vehicle. The guy who delivered it to me was very kind a professional.

This is my go to quick trip store. They’ve been doing some remodeling and making improvements to the store so I’m excited to see how it turns out. Their restrooms are always clean. They also have plenty of cashiers and registers open too unlike WalMart. Only complaint I have is that it’s not a Super Target lol.

I do enjoy shopping here, but some stuff is more expensive than at other stores. Its usually clean and well stocked. Ive never had a bad experience with an employee. I cant help but have to get a caramel popcorn on the way out the door, the smell gets me every time! lol

Very disappointed! I drove an hour and a half just to get a Snow Barbie Set for my 12 year old sibling. Online it showed it was 50 dollars and it was on sale for 15 dollars at Lake Charles Target. I went into target to look for this doll set, and they did not have it on the shelf. They did have Skipper, so I grabbed her because it was the last one. I found a worker and asked her if it was in the back, she graciously went to grab the set with Barbie, Skipper, and Chelsea. She then told me they had not released the dolls onto the shelf which disappointed me. The worker told me I could purchase it for 40 dollars which was what the machine told her it was. I went to talk to the manager, who was highly rude, and not professional looking. I then told them that I didn’t want the set. They worker was the only one to apologize to me. I went to scan the Snow Skipper Doll on the scanner near the food, and it showed she was 5.89. I was very extatic that I would come out of the store with at least one doll for my sibling! I went to self-checkout and it showed she was 20 dollars. I clicked the help button and another cashier showed up to my rescue! I explained to her that I scanned it and it showed the Skipper doll was 5.89, I again encountered a very rude worker. She told me that she could not sale me this doll and proceeded to ask me when and where I scanned this doll at. I felt belittled, and I felt accused of being a liar. I am highly disappointed in the workers and staff of target at Lake Charles, Louisiana. I will not be shopping there again.

What has happened to this store? 7:15 on a Friday night and there are no baskets in the store. They are spread all over the parking lot. NO cashiers. Everything is self-checkout. The store is filthy! This used to be my favorite place to shop. Management has gone downhill at this location.

Making their own individual rules on coupons stating only one coupon allowed per transaction also stating that if an item has a cartwheel coupon you don’t qualify for the gift card ( ex buy 20$ of cleaning supplies get 5$ gift card and buy 3 laundry detergents get 10$ gift card) horrible customer service and lack there of.

The ordering process was very easy, and the pick up of the item, was even easier than that.Ive done online ordering with store pick up at other stores, and Targets process has been the most satisfying thus far.

This is a poorly staffed location. I have had terrible experiences over the last two years from the store being dirty to fitting rooms being closed and poor service. Today was the last time I will go there. Many aisles were blocked with carts and flats of stock, merchandise was unorganized, and there was ONE checkout lane open and a huge line. Self-checkout also with long line. I used to love the experience of shopping at Target, and this store has ruined it for me!

I have always been a Target fan! Even with our store being under construction it is still clean and easy to navigate, also helpful staff always available!

They were very efficient in getting my order to the front. It was there within 10 minutes of me ordering it. I was already in the store when I ordered it.

I needed a pair of new sandals, after finding the only pair that would fit me out of the only two styles they had, I realized why its been nearly 10 years since Ive been to a Target store.

The store in clean, the workers are friendly and they require masks of all customers and enforce that requirement.

Considering it was the Friday before Christmas, there was a lot of people in the store; they were calm and seemed to really have a good handle on things.

I need a motorized shopping 🛍 cart. There were 4 charging; but not rideable. I was upset. As I walked away, I said what a shame that no one was in charge of “charging”. Then, within half a meeting, KAMMY came to my rescue. She took the initiative to check the carts, found one ready, and came for me!! She was so gracious and smiling! I’m humbled by her wonderful attitude and dedication to me. Thank you KAMMY 🙏👋👍

In general i love target, most of the employees are ok. I must say sadly at this location the lady at the food center, rude, and felt as she is racist,. Its sad bc its not first bad encounter Ive had with her. She does fine with white people though guessing its an 👌 .

Love the family bathroom!! Super-cute clothes for all ages. Was a bit disappointed that all of the Halloween costumes were almost gone tho. 2wks till, & just a few left on the shelf. Had to resort to that other place-GgrrMart-to get this years costing for the kiddo.Other than that, it was great. Plenty of registers were open-(unlike GgrrMart). We bought several movies too since they were on sale & 5$too.Love the Target shopping trips!I wish they would do a thing like Amazon Prime. Id by more stuff from them too.

The store is clean and now theyve added self checkout which makes things faster. Im disappointed the items I wanted werent in stock, even though the Target Cartwheel app indicated they were there.

The quality of the products are much better than Walmart. And shopping with the Red Card saves you more money

Frequent Target shopper, weekly.Highly disappointed with Targets inability to ship from store to store or store to home!I traveled 50 minutes to and 50 minutes from the nearest store showing this item was in stock! Ive located this item in a store in Philadelphia after contacting nearly 25-30 stores. College State, PA has has 3 in stock they have physically verified/ touched and placed on hold yet I cannot get it and I am told by representatives I can go to the store to pick it up. A store that is nearly 20 hours away.I have family living in Philadelphia but this store is 5+ hours away from them. Even if it could be shipped to their home address or nearest store to them since is within state would be helpful, but again for some reason a store as large as Target is incapable of fulfilling this. I worked for GAP 10 years ago and we had this feature there! 10 years ago.Im am now highly evaluating my future purchases from Target. Everyone I have spoken with thought this was a feature Target had! Pay in Louisiana its shipped from Pennsylvania because thats where its available. Instead Im being told, theres an item available and in stock but I cant get it.Disappointed Customer,

Ease & convenience! Pickup service in Lake Charles was awesome!

Wasted a trip due to an item not being in stock when their website clearly said it was. Workers were very unhelpful in helping me obtain the item. The 1 800 number says their website isnt very accurate. Ok then, why have it state which items are in the store if it isnt accurate? Thats just lying and wasting customers time!

Very good store didnt have what we where after the day we went in. Employee didnt offer to look for the items either even though said they had them on hand.

Wife loves taget up until we moved to lake Charles, on her first visit she found open pakages of games or movies hiddien between the childrens clothes section were ppl have been stealing. She was hoping this was a one time thing but this went on for a couple months, making out visits so uncomfortable since all the stuff was expensive stuff thats usually behind glass doors making us think an employee had something to do with it, since it was quite a lot of items making it kinda ridiculous an employee didnt notices or they just plain didnt care. They have gone a long ways and not the store is always clean and well organized. Just which they had more stuff.

I love to shop here. Ladies dept is always nicely stocked and neat. Clearance has items, ladies friendly at changing rooms so if you need help, just ask. I always find something that fits with their Lg, Xg, 2X, they have 3X, 4X sizes as well for ladies who need the other sizes. If you are in between, take a peek in the maternity area...ok so they have cuter clothes, shoot me. I have a few. Some of the bras will fit if you are in between too. If you are losing weight, too, bras dont fit right, so maternity bras will normally fit. lol Yes I wander over there :) So...Oh well, I can pretend like Im buying it for my daughter...maybe? But they are cuter and prettier colors. But honestly when you are in between sizes, or maybe bigger in the mid section like me, you need a bit more room in hips so these clothes might fit the bill. Just a tip. Oh did I mention they are cuter? Better colors, maybe go a little longer over my hip area that i want to cover perhaps....not that I can hide anything. lol...am still losing weight hopefully in a year wont have to...but meanwhile am still resorting to...this method.
