Isaac was extremely helpful in helping my boyfriend and I pick a mattress + base. He walked us through patiently and shared a lot of great information that we were both unfamiliar with. Just want to give a BIG shout out to Keith who stayed late to help us buy a mattress when we came 7 minutes before closing (we thought the store closed at 9 instead of 8, oops!). Shaun at the La Mesa store made my mattress purchase experience above and beyond pleasant. Greeted me right away but after I told him how I wanted to look for my mattress he said no problem I’ll be over here if you have any questions. I’ve had some back surgeries so I have a pretty good idea what works for me mattress wise and how to find it. No pressure whatsoever and Shaun was always a stones throw away if I had a question. Very knowledgeable and waited until I had narrowed it down to 2 mattress before he offered any feedback. When I finally found the one I wanted it was one of the brands that was not included in the sale. Shaun made sure to get me an adjustable frame that made up for my mattress not being included in the sale. He also helped my mom get an adjustable frame at a great price and made it very easy for us to pay separately with one order. Thank you for making our experience so fast and easy. We were in and out in an hour and had a great start to our 4th of July Sunday.

I went in today to purchase a bed frame for my daughters bed in a box that I ordered a year ago, I first called to see what my options were and spoke to a very nice gentleman @ the La Mesa store, he told me about my options, I went down but ended up at the wrong store😊 I explained that I had just spoke to someone on the phone and Keith explained that they were the showroom but could direct me to the store NOT to far from them BUT offered to show me what the frame looked like and called over to make sure they had it in stock and even rang me up so all I had to do was go and pick up my item ( show my receipt). Shaun was so helpful!! We had just set up our new beds and thought it would be nice to have new good quality pillows too. Called and he told us to come right over (30 mins before closing) and off we went. He helped us find the ones that felt best for us. Then called a store a mile away that had them in stock. Let me start with Will is amazing! A year ago I bought a $3000 tempur pedic mattress at a different mattress firm and my body just did not respond well to it. Nights were sleepless and my body is always in pain.yesterday I walked into the mattress firm in la Mesa and was greeted by Will. Immediately he asked me a couple questions, had me try out a couple mattresses all while he figured out why the tempur pedic doesn’t work for me. For some reason when I’m laying straight on my back on top of a foam mattress my hips lean to one side which causes my whole spine to twist which explains the constant pain and it probably doesn’t help that I have such a petite frame so the mattress can’t really “form” to my body as it should. He then figured out that my body just isn’t compatible with any foam mattress so he found me a traditional pillow top mattress that I’m so excited to try out!! Thanks again Will! There needs to be more experts like you ☺️

I really love this mattress firm.Ive been using this brand for a long time. In 2017, in NJ I bought a queen size (the price along with the frame was approximately $700). We slept like 2 queens for 2 years. And it was only when I moved to California that I gave my favorite mattress to my close friend and now she sleeps on it and says that she is very comfortable sleeping.Recently, I bought another mattress and also the queen size (the price of mattresses and frame with a discount was $1017). This mattress is already an order of magnitude more expensive and better quality spring technology. My back feels comfortable when I sleep.I also want to note that the personal in those stores where I was - is very attentive, friendly and satisfies all the wishes! Shops are large and assortment on any wallet! I love simple shopping (and really dont like online shopping).Value for money - perfect!Thanks to you

I’ve been having a lot of lower back pain and I realized that it was most likely stemming from my old mattress. I knew that I wasn’t ready to spend $3000 on a new mattress so I researched online and then went into this mattress firm store. Right away Wesley was extremely friendly and helpful and got down to the specs that I was looking for in a mattress. He showed me 2 that were incredible but definitely more than I wanted to spend so I had brought up a mattress I found online that had really great reviews, the 12park 14” memory foam. We were able to find one at an amazing price and he explained the entire process to me. I’ll be getting my mattress tomorrow and I told him I’d be stopping by to let him know how the mattress actually is since they don’t have a floor model. Thanks Wesley!

We just had a wonderful experience with Janet Z. We went in to purchase a new mattress because the side of our current mattress had caved in. As soon as she heard that we had purchased our mattress there six years prior, she immediately informed us that we were within warranty. She printed our receipt, explained what we needed to do, and then helped us find our perfect replacement mattress. I came in to check out a twin bed Mattress for my daughter’s bunk bed and I was helped my Will. He was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I desperately need a new bed and I have been looking around online for some time now but its just impossible to know whats good and not by just looking online, so I wanted to go to a showroom and try a few and get a better idea. So I decided to start there and originally planned to decide what I liked and what I wanted and figured Id probably end up going to a discount warehouse to make my purchase because Im on a pretty tight budget. BUUUUUUT I went to Mattress Firm first and ended up making a purchase pretty much right away. Julio is the best, he was super helpful and worked miracles. I walked away with a Simmons beauty rest, pillow-top mattress and base, originally a $1000 bed for just under $500. It was marked on sale for $699 and I ended up getting it for a final purchase price of $498. Im still not sure how he got me such a discount and I am still in disbelief that it went so smoothly and painlessly. I thought I was gonna have to shop around and haggle my way through this process but I got my dream bed well within my budget on my first stop. Literally the only problem is that it wont be delivered till Saturday. But I can handle that. Thank you so much! I am so relieved and cant wait to sleep on my new mattress!
