One of my favorite stores at the mall. Its a must stop and check out whats new!! I get coupons in the mail and this stop today is to see what i need to get and use my coupons! Bath & Body Works, Grossmont Shopping Centre, La Mesa, CA, The lady at the door welcomed you W a great high spirited hello! and directed you to a table right by the door before you walk-in, suggests that you use their sanitizer, grab a single use shopping bag and take it with you when you go inside to shop. A great sanitary covid protection protocol for everyone. There was Plexiglass screens at the cashier counter. Staff was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Of course, i bought more than what i had planned, and am sure, i will be back for more!

The girl on the frontdesk are very sweet and Nice. Great service ❤️

Of course everything smells amazing. As well as a good selections for both men and women. But the way the employees are SO IN YOUR FACE makes me want to shop elsewhere. Dont get me wrong, nothing wrong with a greeting, but leave it at that. Everytime its like hi try this, and look at this, and why are you here, and we have this new product, have you smelled this. Great people with a smile and let them shop 😆

Bath and Body Works has many San Diego locations but this one is by far my favorite and first choice. Every experience I have shopping here is consistent. Friendly staff, just the right amount of customer service and of course, awesome product deals. Today, one employee at the cash wrap in particular really made a difference by taking the time to chat with me without making me feel rushed(the store was near empty, don’t worry LOL). Another employee on the floor gave me excellent customer service. I know this may be silly but these employees really made me feel cared for during my visit, especially the one who rang me up(I wish I had gotten her name).

Quick in and out transaction. Went going in to get 1 wallflowers plug, and. Left with 5 additional bath items. Trying a few new scents since I got 2 free. Very happy about this. Friendly associates who did a good job with social distancing and keeping the customers sanitized bwfore we shopped. We will be back soon. Especially since I earned a free item!! Yes!!

Extremely rude service and unwilling to serve people with thick accents.... this was super disturbing to whiteness Never come back to this location. drive the extra mile if you have to and I’m definitely telling All of my friends.

I Love Love Bath and Body the store in Grossmont center is always so clean, so stocked they always have what Im looking for . The prices and the coupons and free gifts l get are amazing. But most of All the beautiful and sweet and helpful Ladies that work there they are AWESOME

Lorie and Liz were the best shop-erones today! I dont recall the name of the sweet curly haired lady who rang me up, but she is always so pleasant! I have been to B&BWs all over San Diego and this is my favorite one.

This Location has a Great Store Set-up and is well stocked. The Ambiance is great and the associates are welcoming and helpful.

Wow its been a long time since Ive been to this place I bought something new hand sanitizer lotion and all the smells were so beautiful and relaxing is it a good place to buy a gift or to get lotions and candles and massage creams everything that you need to know

I love the grossmont bath and body works. Not a fan of the Santee one. Had bad customer service numerous times there. .. I love the grossmont location. The girls at the grossmont location went over and beyond to help me. There names are SAM and LAYLA. They were amazing. Great customer service. They helped me with every question I had. Listened to me. They tried finding products for me or another location that had it. I felt like I wasnt a problem. I liked the layout at the store much better. Im handicapped and the Santee store was hard for me to get in and out of in my wheelchair. So different at the grossmont location. Pleasant shopping experience

This is a store I can go crazy in. I love all of there soaps and they have a great variety of hand sanitizer s. And if they are having a sale you get even better deals. That is usually when I stick up on everything. They have some great fragrances I know I can always find something to love. They also come up new stuff all the time.

I love this store because of the many scents it offers. There are different scents for the many moods we have. Also, I like how many of the items can be returned or exchanged, this way you walk away from the store satisfied!

Amazing customer service! Stopped by on Saturday to buy some fragances, and the lady at the counter was so nice! She noticed I am hispanic and made the effort to talk to me in Spanish! A good and fluent Spanish, by the way. I dont care what some supremacist people might say about this review, I just know Im so thankful with her for making me feel more comfortable about buying there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Usually, there is a line but its not as bad as other locations like Fashion Valley

All the workers were incredibly friendly and really helpful introducing me to the new scents of the season as well as helping me find a new favorite scent. They also made sure I knew which products were on sale to really help me get the things Id like to purchase for myself and my friends birthday.

Got what I wanted!

There was a completely filthy homeless person coughing all over the products and spraying tons of all the sprays. They had one shoe and were acting very erratic and unstable, talking to themself or invisible persons. The staff did not ask them to leave or call security to do so. I did not want to buy anything because it was gross how the person was coughing and blowing their nose all over the store. I felt I would get sick! I usually love the products here, but I dont want a free sample of whatever sickness that person had.

Recently my daughter and I were having a morning together. We were in the shop smelling the scented candles. One salesperson interrupted us to see if we needed help. We politely declined. She then attempted to direct us to another set of candles that we may like. I was a little perturbed and said I didnt want to be bothered. She politely left. A few minutes later another salesperson approached us and ask how we liked the candles. We said we liked them and we directed our attention away from her. She then attempted to direct us to another display of candles that were similar to the ones we enjoying. I said I didnt want any sales people interrupting us.I was very unhappy with the agressive sales approach. If I need assistance I will ask for it. If two people are enjoying a morning and appear enjoying the products does it make sense to divert their attention. Im very weary of aggressive sales. I work long days taking care of other people and like some peaceful times with the ones I love. It is not all about buying more. I will think twice about continuing the use of these prodicts. It is a shame because I have been a customer for many years.

Customer service is one thing, creeping is another. They will NOT leave you alone. I hadnt been in a while, so I just wanted to check out all the new scents, and it felt like they thought I was going to steal stuff. Not a comfortable environment.
