Amazing store. The people who work there as very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love this store. They have a wide selection and are VERY fairly priced. Ive found so many unique beads here to accent special jewelry I made.Seriously, this stop it TOPS.

Nice selection, and very friendly people to help. I wish they had more weekend classes, though. Working adults just cant make it to workshops offered mid-week during normal business hours.

These folks are friendly and knowledge about their products and what their customers might be interested in. I was able to make a bulk order for lever back earwires with no problems at all. They also offer classes in several areas.

We stopped at the Bouncing Bead to get some beads for a necklace we are making for my daughter to signify all she has been through in her battle with childhood cancer. After hearing a little bit about her story, the owner gave us the beads we needed free of charge. It was such a kind gesture. We will definitely be stopping in next time we are looking for beads.

I set up for my daughters girl scout troop to have an activity here. The owner was so helpful and each girl got to make a bracelet. There were lots of beads available and they learned a lot. The owner knew all the things that she was supposed to cover for the girls to earn the jewelry patch. It was a great afternoon!Ive also been in at other times, wanting to make something for friends, and theyve been sooo helpful in offering advice and teaching me this or that to make the pieces Ive wanted to make. Its a real Gem in La Mesa!

Every time I go in there I am greeted warmly by staff and helped with grace and knowledge. I am just starting to branch out and they help me with tips, materials and it all comes wrapped up in a nice clean inviroment with lots of choices in beads, wires, cords, findings and everything else I have neded. I reccomend this store to anyone with a desire for a wonderful experience.
