I purchased a truck from mark May 5 and the engine blew completely June 5. A month later I tried to reach out to him and discuss it to see if there was any way he could help me with it or explain anything to me and he would never return my phone calls back. The other person who answers the phone never passes messages along or knows much about the trucks to begin with. I’m highly disappointed that I paid cash for this truck at a high end price and there is no help coming from any direction. I would not recommend Bc all he’s focused on doing is selling the trucks and then that’s it. Not caring for long term customers.

Just bought my third vehicle from neader, my fiance got her first. Always a great experience dealing with Mark and Seth. Shortly after I got the truck home I noticed some humming from the left front wheel. I knew immediately it was a wheel bearing. I contacted Mark not even 24 hours later I was back on the road turning heads with a fully repaired truck. Highly recommend dealing with these guys. See you in a year when I get bored with this truck and need another one!

I looked at four trucks there were major things wrong with all four of them. Box broken off, steering linkage messed up. Didnt know before I took it on a test drive almost lost control of the vehicle. Should have told me up front. Next one check engine light on, I guess it needed a sensor fixed. And the 3rd one couldnt even start it. The ignition was messed up. Buyer beware if you purchase from them take it to an auto shop and have them check over the vehicle. Might save you from a 20000 dollar mistake.

Just bought a car from here. Seth seemed genuine, answered all my questions with patience. We booked the car a week ago and we were waiting on the dealer to get the title, he also did a great job communicating with us during this timeframe. Overall great experience!

Sales Manager, Scott at the dealership went above and beyond! I live in NC and flew to the dealership (in Wisconsin) to purchase the truck I had found online. They provided advice on local airports, transport and hotels. Everything I asked for was done pre purchase....all the way down to me nitpicking about removing the mud flaps. They filled it full of diesel fuel and detailed the inside (cant detail the outside in an ice storm)He explained numerous aftermarket accessories on the truck for me and how they worked. He did a complete run over the vehicle with me before I got on the road to drive it from Wisconsin back to North Carolina.Embarrassingly enough, I ran it out of fuel late one night on the trip home on the side of the highway in Gary Indiana (because the gas gauge is off due to the lift) and I immediately called the Sales Manager at the dealership on his cell. He walked me through removing the fuel cap and filter and pouring gas in through it and locating and bleeding my fuel lines. He stayed on the phone for a lengthy amount of time walking me through the process. He even called back after a bit to check on the situation. A few days later he called to make sure I was happy with the truck and my overall experience. Zero pressure dealership with a hometown feel. Lifelong customer now!

My girlfriend and I went here and had the worst experience I wanted to look at the Chevy Malibu and there was snow I went inside and asked if I could get it shoveled so I could look under the car and he replied “I’m busy” he was so rude and on top of that the Malibu was marked as a no issue vehicle but there was a flat tire and it is now posted on their website as a perfect vehicle...I advise not to come here.

.Stay away,run away, the vehicles are junk, all they care about is the money,Im surprised they are still in business...update I received a call from Mark Needer threatening me if I did not change my review I would be hearing from his attorney..I stand by my review and this only validates my experience with Needer Motors

Friendly, honest, no pressure and easy to work with. I came back for the atmosphere as much as the vehicle.

Where do i begin? I was going to purchase a used bmw from the sales manager scott. Upon test driving the car i found a few issues. 1. it has oil over the whole front case of the motor( was told it was just a power steering leak that was fixed, just never degreased and cleaned up). 2. there was a warning lamp on for a burned out halo ring in the headlight. 3. the climate control wasnt working properly, this being a big issue in 0 degree weather...we came to an agreement that i would still purchase the vehicle if and only if they addressed the issues that i pointed out. about a week later i got a call saying that it was all ready to be picked up. got a check from the bank for almost 13k and went to pick up our bmw. Well, when we arrived the car was still dirty, had about 1/8 of a talk of gas, still had oil all over the front case, warning lamp still on for the burnt out halo running light, climate control worked but only blew cool air. This sales manager Scott had the audacity to give me attitude the entire time and act like i was a huge inconvenience because i wouldnt just hand him 13k for a car that still needed work. i sold cars for 6 years and know that there are some shadey car dealers in our area, but this guy takes it to a whole other level. coming from a guy that has worked with cars for the last 17 years, avoid this dealer at all cost. it would be one thing if all they sold was crap cars, but the lies and deceitfulness on top just tops their shadey cake. If i can at least save one person from going and having a similar experience, id write 100 more of these reviews.
