Great prices on mattresses! Loved working with John! He delivered for free and helped me set up the whole bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a mattress! Great place!

We bought our mattress less that five years ago. We also bought a 10 year warranty. The day we purchased it, customer service was amazing. You could not have melted sugar in their mouths, they were that sweet! Fast forward to now. We have a mattress that is two inches shorter on one side. One side of it top to bottom also runs down hill. We have tried multiple times and done everything we were supposed to do, We still have had no luck getting our mattress replaced. He assured us when the process first started four months ago (as well as at time of purchase) that he would be bringing us a new mattress. At one point he even said he would see us Saturday. That was about two months ago. Our last contact with him was via text. He asked my husband when he could come help us. (I’m not sure with what, I assumed he needed to see the mattress himself since all he had were pictures). That was about a month and half ago. Now we can not get any response at all. He will not answer any calls or texts. Buyer beware. They are fabulous. Until it’s time to stand behind their promises.

John was so helpful with everything we needed and all of our questions. We had a lovely experience and would absolutely recommend to all of our family and friends. Quality staff and product! Thank you so much John!!

I would give more then 5 stars if I could ! Customer service was amazing and John did such a great job and meeting me to my available and working around my price range and schedule 😄 I will only go here from now on for beds etc ! They even have frames. He loaded the truck up for me and I was in and out within 30 minutes ! Highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment only to have it changed to a different day which I completely understand that sometimes things happen. What I don’t understand is why you would make an appointment only to not keep it or even notify the person that you can not make it. They already knew that I work long hours (12-15 hrs a day sometimes 7 days a week). I leave work early to go to my appointment and message them letting them know that I was on my way and would be there in 45 minutes, I could see that they looked at the message so I assumed everything was fine. I drove all the way to the other side of town in 5 o’clock work traffic only for them to not be there. I messaged again telling them that I was there but the door was locked, again seeing that they looked at the message. I waited 30 minutes and left. Later that evening I decided to message once more to let them know that their behavior was very unprofessional and that I would be leaving this review. Now they decide to answer me only to lie and tell me that their phone was dead. So you knew about the appointment 3 days before but just decided to not go? Also depending on your settings on your messenger people can see when you read their messages and just decide to not reply. Very unprofessional, rude, and a total waste of time. So if you got plenty of time to waste then definitely check them out....

UPDATED REVIEW 9/24/18========================%After having some issues with the mattress we originally purchased, I spoke with John @ Mattress by Appointment and he rectified the matter in a very timely manner. My husband & I are now very happy with our purchase. I want to update my rating to 5 stars. John went above & beyond to make this situation a very comfortable one and am very thankful for this.**************************************I have to say the owner was a really great guy. Very nice & very helpful. However, the mattress is extremely hard. My husband still cant sleep on it comfortablely. We even had to put 2 mattress toppers on and still very hard. The prices were not really that much different than a mattress store for the quality of the mattress we bought. We didnt have a whole lot of money to spend, so we had to purchase a really cheap, hard mattress. Again, the owner was super nice. No complaints there. Sorry to say..but I just dont think its as great of a deal as you think it will be.
