We have been dealing with WWE for several years and the reason for five stars is almost entirely due to the efforts the shop foreman Josh Barnes. The parts department seems to stock only parts you dont need, we almost always get charged delivery fees after complaining about it for 3 years, we stock many of our own parts due to limited availability of parts sometimes (even before Covid). We either have to pay for freight or wait a week to get the parts we need. The service desk seems to be a revolving door. In my opinion as long as Josh is in the loop you should have a positive experience.

Super busy place, service was was great! The owner have driver comfort in mind by providing large easy chairs, big screen TV, free laundry facilities, showers and clean wash rooms in the driver lounge. Easy on and off access from the highway.

Arrived as a non appointment, didnt matter these people are professional to the core. They have very good driver accommodations and within 10 min was working on my 2016 Volvo. I would highly recommend them even to my own familg.

I took my truck to this shop a couple of weeks ago. It took them almost 2 weeks to figure out what was wrong with the truck. When they finally figured it out they said they didnt have the parts to repair the engine that they can replace the whole engine which would cost a little over $58,000. To get my truck out of the shop I had to pay $1728 just for the diagnostics that they had to do to only tell me that they dont have parts to fix it.

Took a little bit to get to me no biggie was in and out sooner than projected.Very nice hospitable atmosphere and not as expensive as most volvo dealers.

It has great service. The only thing was didnt have the part to fix my truck. But they have speedy delivery it only took two days to get the parts in.

These people are very hospitable and in the surge of pandemic they took me in and replaced a coolant reservoir in less than an hour.

4 stars for now. They were very polite with a clean and organized facility. We shall see when the Piper calls to collect.

I purchased a remanufactured spicer 7 speed transmission from Worldwide who uses valley truck parts about 6 months ago. I paid local truck mechanic to install. We are a local company so we dont travel far. Within 2 weeks 100 to 150 miles 6th gear had gone out! I hired another mechanic to remove transmission. We dropped it back off at distributer to send back to valley. They took it apart and told me it was our fault and they were not going to warranty. Said I could pay 1700 to get it fixed. I have another bucket truck with same transmission and we have had it for 5 years with no problems.I will never buy from them again. Save yourself the hassle and use a local company! Spoke to manager the next day 8/28/19. He insisted that it was my fault and would not warranty. Their profits are more important than honoring a warranty!

I recently had my 2015 volvo vnl repaired at this location, after dave syverson a volvo dealership in Albert lea mn. Failed to make proper repairs arrived at this location on 12-18 appox 9pm. Did not leave this shop till 12-21 mainly due to problems finding the proper parts. some parts arrived only to find there were the wrong parts hmmmm you decide on that one. Finally got the correct parts and $2,271.00 later l left on 12- 21 at approximately 3pm. Its now 12-29 Saturday the same problem has returned after spending approximately $8,000 on this problem at 2 different volvo dealerships either i have the worst luck or just chose the 2 worst volvo dealerships in the country to try and repair my truck. Wouldnt recommend this location for any repairs!!!!!!! Repair order 118078

Slow,slower even slowest service.When I called Ryan promised to me they will check my truck within hour when I get there.I got there at 10.30 am and left 6.00 pm,whenever I asked what happen I been told they are still waiting for an estimate.To see how big LIERS they are check time in/out on my picture I posted.Dont trust this LIERS.I drove my truck to the other local shop even had promise they can repair by lunch time next day.

Kept truck for 18 day to replace clutch and clutch cylinder. They were blaming on parts shortages... how in the world u do business when u have to wait few weeks on parts???Quoted me over 5k. Ridiculous..... Ripoff.

Worldwide equipment is a commercial truck dealer and service center. The company I work for owns a Mack truck and worldwide equipment has always taken care of us when we needed it the most.

While Chad conduct has to be acknowledged as professional and helpful - after 2 days the cable connector from the battery to the alternator was loose and battery was losing voltage prompting a quick repair on the side of the road.Additionally, diagnostic port was completely loose as the pictures are illustrating.While you have to understand my frustration after spending 2500 dollars in your shop, I will defer it to you to take the right course of action to make it up to me .Thank you``They ignored my emails and my calls- never wanted to assume responsability for their sloppy jobJim Touissant you are a total disgrace, a caricature of a manager, a total disaster. Resign and do something else- you are totally unfit for your job as a general manager. Shame, shame on you!!!!!

Slow service. Stopped for pm (oil, filters, lube) In a 10am. Out at 6:30pm. Over quoted price by $200. Argumentative staff. If I dont want a certain service on my truck dont tell me I have to have it.

Great place to take your truck for service

I understand a business has to make money, however I came here to get a clutch fan on a 2009 Volvo changed, they priced this job for $2500. I went to MHC Kenworth at 1400 Ault Rd, Knoxville, TN. They work on Volvos with Cummins engines also. I got the job done for $808. The price markup here is incredable.

Had several places unsuccessfully attempted to fix an issue on a Volvo dump truck and after spending thousands it still wasnt fixed. WWE diagnosed it over the phone and I had it fixed with a $500 part in no time.
