Awesome store in a 3 story brick Victorian building. Margaret was just the BEST. So friendly and just the sweetest human ever. They have a great selection from the best brands in scrapbooking, die cutting, stamping and mixed media. I am definitely a fan and will return next time I am in the area. TOP TIP: gps took me to the parking lot next door. Dont do it. Turn at the light and park in their lot behind the building.

A fantastic shop for papercrafters. Great quality products you cant find at the big box stores (double-sided cardstock, etc) and really helpful but not pushy staff. They have a great selection of classes and events and an awesome clearance a couple of times a year. Ive browsed for an hour or more before buying and never been bothered. Quickly becoming my only place to shop for paper and embellishments and related gear. Love love love the loyalty program, too!

Scrappin’ in the City is my happy place! They always have the best selection of products in the cutest store around. The staff is absolutely incredible! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my scrapping goodies!

Figured I would stop in after scouring the city for scrapbooking supplies.. Im not big on the big box stores non collection products.. so usually shop online. However, after finding this store, Im hooked! I dont know the ladies by name, but every time I walk in, they almost Always know mine! They greet me by name, ask me if I need help with anything, then let me be. Such a tranquil enviornment, relaxing to shop, no pressure. spaced out product, yet many collections to choose from. All collections are grouped together, and thats a huge deal for me. So, A++++++ there.One of the biggest perks is, after 6 transactions (i think 6) you get loyalty cash. They add up your 6 purchases and give you 10% of the total to spend in store!! I had almost $70 to spend last time!!!! All Free! Who does that!!?! Well, its freaking awesome! Talk about incintive:)The only thing I would change, is to keep more new product. Or order more. It sells so fast, sometimes I go in and there are no new items to choose from. Blow out the old, and get some new stuff!! If its been there more than 3 or 4 months, (in respect to papers & embellishments) clear it out and get some new. Just my opinion.Overall, though, 5++++ stars. Way to go on having the best SB store in Knox and surrounding counties!!!!!!! You ladies, Seriously Rock!
