Recently moved to the area - needed a few new yarns for some projects and figured Id check out Loopville. There was a very nice woman helping someone with their crochet and was adept at balancing the lesson with engaging with other customers. The selection was terrific, found the yarn I was looking for and saw some more yarn I couldnt say no to (most knitters/crocheters can probably relate). They offered to wind the yarn for me after purchasing it, which I had to turn down due to time, but was a phenomenal addition to the experience. I will absolutely be returning soon to snag some more yarn soon. If youre in the area and looking for some quality yarn or accessories - check them out!

Loved it! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The ladies helped me find what I needed. The store was clean and well organised. They have natural fibers and really cool colors! If you havent been yet, go! There is plenty of parking space in front of it and if that was full, park in front of bearden brickyard: it is less than a minute walking distance ☺

The lady who was working there was VERY knowledgable. I was wanting to start making lace and was unsure how much yarn I would and what kind. She walked me around the store and showed me which yarns would work and told me how much I would need. :) definitely a store worth going to!

Theyre friendly people and the yarn is beautiful. Places to sit too, though probably closed right now due to the world ending.

Love this place! Today was my first visit where I met Kendall who is super knowledgeable and soooo sweet!!! I learned so much just talking to her, not the mention the yarn is the BEST quality Ive ever felt! They definitely have my business for now on. And just a PSA: They have knitting classes and handmade beautiful work for purchase there. I love it!!

They have a huge selection of high quality yarn, needles, accessories, and patterns. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. This is the only place I shop for my knitting needs. Go on Tues or Thursday evening and there is usually a few people hanging out and working on their own projects. Its a good way to see different things and even get some inspiration or help if youre stuck on something.

This is my absolute favorite yarn store! Its very cosy and the women there are usually happy to help with a difficult pattern. Theyll also wind your yarn for free if you buy it from them.

The friendliest people and a great yarn selection with excellent prices. I used to live in the area and was stopping to eat at a nearby restaurant, when we saw the store. I just had to stop in and Im so glad I did. The ladies were so sweet, helpful and friendly. I didnt want to leave honestly. Definitely check them out If you live in or are stopping through.

What a cozy welcoming atmosphere. I loved it here. There is a big comfy couch to sit and knit.There is an astounding selection of crave worthy yarns.I was warmly greeted and received friendly personal service.

Great little yarn shop! Large variety of yarns and she even carries Addi needles in all sizes and lengths! All sorts of unique buttons, shawl pins, markers, and other tools!

Very friendly place. Accomplished in customer service and answered all my questions. And a great and plentiful discounted section for those on a budget.

They have an awesome collection of yarns and books and accessories, and it looks like a cozy place to hang out and do some crafty needle work. We received a rather terse greeting when we entered and then got ignored once we started browsing, however they do offer weekly classes and we might have interrupted a class or something.

The staff has spoiled me with their friendliness and helpfulness, so I always come here before starting a project. They help me with anything from picking a pattern, to purchasing it and fining the yarn and needles Ill need to make it.

I crochet, but Im often frustrated that a lot of the things I want to make are either knitting only or just way to difficult to crochet. My husband gave me a Groupons for Loopville that included a knitting lesson. Shelly and Elsbeth walked me through picking needles, yarn, and starting a fun project. Because I got my lesson during one of their social times, there were a lot of interesting women that were happily working and enjoying everyones company. Im looking forward to going back for more lessons as well as the social hours.

Pretty yarns, large range I think but two points stood out. They were not super interested in helping find anything and they were very expensive.

Stores a little crowded with displays but the ladies there are friendly without being overly so. For a small store, the variety and inventory are surprisingly vast.
