I have been renovating and flipping homes as a hobby for the past 15 years. I take pride in the work that is put into each home I work on. Ive used several different granite installers/companies along the way and I highly recommend Anatolia Granite and Marble. On my recent project I needed a granite company that could help me with an infinity pool wall ledge at a lake house my husband and I are renovating. The granite ledge had to be precise and measurements perfect or the ledge wouldnt evenly send the water over. Marco, Mel and their team came out and measured twice (once while it was raining) to make sure it would all work. I told them the importance of having it done in a timely matter because the pool was being plastered in the next two weeks. Mel assured me that they could get it done before then and he didnt disappoint. The day of installation, they worked with my pool installer and spent several hours working on the ledge until it was perfect. I am beyond pleased with their work and professionalism. The price was very reasonable, they returned phone calls, things were done in a timely manner and everything they promised was delivered. Again, I highly recommend this company.

Just got my countertops and I Love Them! The guys that installed them were super helpful. My counters were measured one week and the next week I had my beautiful quartz. Negotiated the price to beat the competitors.

I will not use this company. Several weeks after signing the contract, we were informed that the granite we selected for our master bath was not available. So we decided to atleast change the kids bath. The granite for our kids bath arrived broken on 2 occasions. They have taken down our vanity and didnt replace it for weeks.. We have canceled the contract and they havent refunded the payment yet. And it takes so many phone calls and messages to get them to reply.

I would not use this company. I have been working with them since December 2020 on my granite counter tops. There is an area, after install that is scratched, long story short, several people have been out to look at them, everyone says they need something different that they dont have on the truck and will be back. No one ever came back. Last Tuesday someone was to come out, no call, no show. I called the company, they were to come out this week, again no show, no call. I called Mel, he states he will get someone and call me back. I have yet to hear from them and at this point am more than aggravated. I just want my counter tops fixed. This has been the worst experience ever. BEWARE if you use this company.

We were wanting to remodel our kitchen by changing our island configuration and were worried about getting the right look. We went to AGM and spoke with Emily. She was great to work with and helped us pick out a new quartz countertop that would go well with our existing countertops in the other part of the kitchen. She helped us out on the price and arranged for a piece of our old top to be cut down and polished so we could use it on our fireplace. She was easy to work with and always responsive to our calls and questions. Id highly recommend AGM and working with Emily.

Emily offered very good customer service and always answered my calls and questions promptly. The installers were great, showed up on time and installed our counter tops in a flash. They were very concerned with my satisfaction and made sure I was completely happy from start to finish. Ferno at the Kingston Pike location was great as well and checked in with me often. I would totally use them again and will refer them to my real estate clients.

Pros: the actual installers were great and deserve a bonus for all they have to do and put up with.Cons: they scheduled the install date without telling me and then said they couldnt change it or it would be 3wks later. I had to miss work to hurry and prep the kitchen and get the old countertops out.They scheduled for 7pm, then didnt show til 930pm. The sink hole was precut incorrectly, so the installers had to cut it correctly in my driveway and it took 2hrs. They did not leave until after midnite!Will not use them or Lowes installation services ever again.

We ordered our granite 6 months ago....finally today our quartz (completely different pattern and stone) was placed, definitely not granite after picking and paying for granite in the first place....for a place that specializes in stone, I find this unbelievably unprofessional and pathetic not to mention the total loss of communication that was guaranteed 6 months ago.We are still babysitting this business when otherwise it should have been a no brainer.Apparently they dont care about their quality or product. ....perhaps hoping customers wont, cant tell the difference while saving a dime.

We went to EVERY granite store in the Knoxville area and talked to sales people and got estimates at each one of them. Anatolia Granite and Marble offered the best product at the best price. We dealt with Mel at the store and he also came out to measure and make the template. He was always on time, friendly and most of all honest and trustworthy. The granite counters came out beautifully and we would not hesitate to use Anatolia Granite and Marble again. We already did all the comparison shopping, so make Anatolia your first and only stop for granite.

SO I called this company at the recommendation of the company that installed my kitchen cabinets. They highly recommended this company. I called and they had a designer out here in two days with a decent quote. We agreed on a price and we agreed on an install date of December 22. That would have been a month. Perfect timing. Well, a week later they decided to call me to ask if they could come early. Sure, I said. What time and day. Hours later they gave me a 3 hour window of 6pm-9pm. UH NO. so I said, lets just keep it at the original day. Two weeks go by and this happens again. Now its December 22, and I was told 12-2. It is 2:48PM. The installer swears on his life he never agreed to the time, the front desk scheduler, Emily, swears he did. I cannot get anyone on the phone and yet again, here I am, waiting. Its rude to waste someones time and even worse customer service not to account for your mistake and rectify it. I am sure they do a great job for people who have nothing better to do all day than sit around and wait.... but I am not that person. Especially at the holiday time. Irresponsible ownership and poor communication. Disrespectful to say the least.Then I get a threatening phone call from Emilys mother who lives in Tellico Village THREATENING my family and lively hood with personal attacks and destroying my business if I dont remove my comment.Uh, lady... I paid for a service and have been dealing with this back and forth for a month. The installers are FINALLY here and swearing on their LIVES they NEVER told anyone 12-2 today and that thats not how it works.This company is WAY out of line!

Starting with the selection of my countertops Mel and installation team were professional, friendly and courteous. Mel helped me understand the different types of materials and measured to perfection. The installation team were a day early and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend AG&M and team and will use them in the future!

Mel & his team were AMAZING, I would not recommend anyone else when it comes to your granite (marble, tile, quartz, etc.) needs! If you want it, chances are he has it or will find the perfect fit for you! His “showroom” on Kingston Pike has some of the most gorgeous slabs for the picking. New to Tennessee we chose Anatolia Granite and Marble because of the great reviews. These reviews were right. Our countertops are GORGEOUS!!! From the first time I spoke with Ferno on the phone, I knew this was the place for us. When I described what we were looking for, Ferno immediately texted me pictures and even offered suggestions. His expertise is priceless! When I went in to the store he spent a lot of time showing me different countertops. There prices were great too. Even though it is the holiday season and they were busy, they were on time with their installation. Everyone involved in the process from measurements to installation was super friendly, professional, and very helpful. Ferno always checked in throughout the process and was always on top of things. If that were not enough, my husband had an unexpected surgery during this process. Not only did Ferno move things around to accommodate us, he made sure it all happened so we would have a countertop for Thanksgiving. If that were not enough he even checked in to see how my husband was doing! Who does that? Anatolia Granite and Marble does!!!

We shopped around for a granite counter top for our kitchen. The competitors were great but much higher in price. Mel was our salesman, very friendly and professional. Came over quickly to our house to measure and gave us a preliminary estimate. The next day he provided us the written estimate which was the same, no hidden fees or up-charges. Paid a deposit and installation was a few days later, very quick turnaround. The installers were excellent and Mel was present the entire time of the installation. My husband and I are very pleased and happy about our experience with Anatolia. Our granite counter top looks beautiful and Anatolia did a super job. Great price, selection and service.

Fantastic experience!!!!! While doing a large home remodel this was the one part that was done perfectly. They showed up on time for the estimate, walked through difference ideas on colors and certain cuts. They always were in constant contact with me and even remeasured for accuracy once tile was done. They completed on the day they gave me and the work is phenomenal and I could not be happier with the experience. Our salesman Ferno was helpful at our initial visit at Antolia and we felt the price was very competitive.

My experience with AGM started out great and then quickly declined. At first they seemed genuine and their prices were competitive. However, I learned later on that they lack decent management and communication skills. I was told several different things from their employees, missed two days of work for nothing (one paid and one not paid) and had to push back other contractors coming into finish up work on my kitchen that needed to be completed once my countertops were completely finished. If you’re reading this, take the time to read the review I posted on their Facebook page for details of my experience. Google reviews does not allow enough room to spell out the absurdity I had to put up with from this company. Save yourself the headache and pay a couple of hundred bucks more to go with another company. When I asked the manager, Mel, to explain to me why I was getting told one thing and experiencing another, I was never given an answer. I’ve even emailed the company, still no response. I wouldn’t recommend this company to someone I don’t like.

Good place to shop for granite counter tops. After visiting a few warehouses we decided to go with Anatolia Granite. One stop for picking granite, fabricating, and installation. They have a wide selection of product and their personnel were outstanding in helping us with our granite selection. Wonderful company. Very impressed with the service from start to finish.

Disappointed with our experience with this company. Sales person was very unresponsive on a number of occasions. Workers arrived 7 hrs late on the day of install with no communication until 5 hrs after time of appt. Workers did an okay shop on install, but back splash and one side splash wasn’t up against wall and no caulking was done on any back or side splash. Workers also hemmed and hawed after being asked to take off muddy and very wet shoes to walk on carpet. They didn’t always do this. When we tried to communicate with sales person about our disappointment, he only came out after we called him twice. He said he would review with his manager and get back with us and then have the work corrected. That was weeks ago and he has completely ignored us and his commitment to have some work fixed.

This is the second time we have used AGM for our granite. Ferno and Mel came out to measure the kitchen. The installers were great! We highly recommend AGM for your granite needs.

We recently had quartz installed in our kitchen by AGM and we are beyond pleased with the service. We requested information on the website on the morning of 1/30/20 and we received a call shortly after that and the sales associate, Ferno Aydin, came by that day to show us samples and give a price. He was very down to earth and professional, he really made the decision process easier for us. We ordered our quartz on 1/30/20 and it was scheduled for installation on 2/20/20 but to our delight is was installed two days early! The installation team was very professional. We were impressed with how respectful they were and how they left everything clean. We HIGHLY recommend AGM.

When the time came that I needed new countertops, I didn’t know exactly where to go to. A good friend recommended that I call Mel Bridal with Anatolia Granite & Marble based on an experience they had. Mel came and measured our countertops and gave his recommendations on what type of countertop would work best for our needs. He showed us all the different color patterns available. We picked our new countertops and Mel had them installed within 2 weeks. Needless to say we’re very pleased with the end result of our countertops, and Mel’s customer service is top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing countertops

After a lot of research and estimates, Anatolia was our selection. Our contact there, Rick Manley, was very helpful and he personally came out to measure for the install. Since granite is a natural stone product, there can be variations from what you select in the showroom to the actual piece of stone that is delivered. My stone is exactly what I wanted and will match perfectly in my remodel. The installers were running late but let me know so that was fine. After seeing all that is involved in tearing out the existing kitchen countertops and installing the new ones, it’s quite understandable how things could arise to cause them to be late. When they were almost finished with the install, there was one issue I didn’t like. Without complaint they removed the entire piece and completely reinstalled to my satisfaction. It was about 3 hours start to finish and they even cleaned up after themselves!
