If you’re looking for quality artisan soap, look no more. This place offers a variety of soap products made in house. Pricing is about $7/soap. They offer deals (we cashed in on buy four, get one FREE!). They also offer Mystery Boxes, laundry soap, facial products, beard soaps, and various accessories. They also have a [supervised] area for kids to make their own bath balms!I recommend this place for everyone who likes to be clean!**If you are fully vaxed or someone who does not wear a mask AND have a sensitive airway, I recommend wearing a mask while inside due to the soap making process being mildly irritating to those of us who may be a little more sensitive to air particles.

Although somewhat expensive, Buff City is a wonderful place. It smells amazing and all the soap is very high quality. They had a cute treasure box for kids one year, and the soap lasts forever. Ive had one small bar of soap last almost a year now, and thats amazing because I wash my hands a lot and i use that bar almost every time. The soap is great quality.

This is a great store with great products and the employees know their products. I bought the magnolia laundry detergent and magnolia scented fabric softener balls, our laundry is clean and softened better than any other products Ive used. The fragrance throughout my laundry area is divine. I also purchased several bars of soap. Im currently using the blueberry scented bar that is wonderful. Two others soap bars are in my cabinet that make my bathroom smell great. I am now a huge fan of Buff City Soap and will be returning.

Buff City Soap has the best soap selection and scents in the entire world.And the customer service at the Turkey creek location was so sweet and kind.This store was so fresh and clean, that you could eat lunch off the entire floor.I love the mystery gift boxes at this location for only $5.They always load their mystery boxes with Buff City Soap goodies.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Their soaps smell marvelous!! The laundry soaps are wonderful. My favorite laundry soaps are Narcissist and Coconut! ❤️ I also love the bars of soap. My two favorites are Pink Sugar and Coconut!

I have never experienced customer service of this level. Its was genuinely mind blowing. The products are absolutely top quality but the workers made this experience amazing. I was expecting high end soaps; I wasnt expecting this level of service.5/5 will be making this my designated soap spot

I hope they continue to expand product lines, because they have some really nice scents. Makes me not miss living near a Lush as much. Also, their mystery boxes are the biggest baby for your buck, and the best way to REALLY get an accurate sense of the fragrances.

My daughter had a great time shopping with her friends this weekend! She loved painting her own bath bomb and the soap samples.

I went to the shop in Turkey Creek. We were looking to get birthday presents for my mother in law. Well my wife couldnt decide between all the good scents there were to choose from and we ended up with 3 soaps for us 4 for the birthday gift and a shower oil spray. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly. And we love the soaps but the favorite was the shower oil. It helps with dry skin.

They give out free soap samples which is great. There products are very high quality. A little pricey but has a large variety of scents.

1st time going today and I LOVED it!!! The young man that helped me was so nice and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. Also loved the free samples!!! I went to the location across from the West Town Mall in Knoxville.

We love going there. The staff is excellent in customer service. And the soaps are amazing and make you feel so clean and refreshed. I don’t really use my body wash anymore since using there soap. And they have great deals on certain days along with getting text messages of sales. Also it really has helped with clearing my eczema when having a flare up. Will continue to get soaps from there along with washing detergent for clothes.

Love their soap and lotion bars! My favorite scent is cherry almond. My husband is in love with their scrubs. I can’t wait to try the laundry detergent next. This is definitely my new go to place for bath and laundry products.

I absolutely love this shop! Think of it like a mom and pop version of Lush but with more scents and friendlier staff! We got the 2 piece gift set that included a bath bomb and a good size soap bar for 12 dollars. I absolutely loved the aqua spa scent along with love potion.

Everyone who was working on 04/07/21 deserves 5 stars. VERY nice and kind young staff who are more than willing to help answer any and every question you have. I would go back just for the friendly staff. But the products are phenomonal. They smell so good and work so well. I will definetly be back

Love the facial serum, on my 2nd bottle but they quit carrying.... the girls that work there are super sweet though...I wanted cuban sunset body butter and they made it for me, wish they could make the facial serum come back!

I was looking for some all natural laundry soap and saw some friends raving about BCS on social media, so I decided to stop in and check it out. Every time I try an all natural laundry detergent, my clothes never actually smell clean and sometimes they don’t even feel clean, so I was skeptical. When I came into the store I was greeted immediately and the salesperson explained how the laundry detergent worked, and that they can add any scent throughout the store. One thing I noticed that was slightly annoying (but an easy fix) there is no pricing for pretty much anything on the shelves. Theres a few bars of soap with a price of $7-8 but I didn’t see a price on or around any other item. I didn’t know what the detergent was going to cost me, but decided to go with a fresh cotton for my first try (but they have some other lovely scents as well) and for an extra $2 you can add extra scent so I went that route since that’s my biggest complaint about all natural laundry detergent ($18 for detergent, $2 for extra scent, 30 loads.) I was also given a sample of Bomb Pop soap which looks and smells just like a firework popsicles. When I got home I washed a load of towels and a load of sheets and WOWWWWW I am amazed. They smell sooooooo good. This is my second morning waking up in these sheets and they still smell like I just took them out of the wash!!!! I’m hooked! I’ll be trying the scented dryer balls next!

Couldn’t find a certain soap that I had gotten for Christmas, turns out it was seasonal. However, Maje was great with helping me find a new scent (Kraken). Shout out to Maje!!

Stopped by today with my son and we were spoiled rotten! We got to smell every heavenly scent and toured through the store. We were helped my a very knowledgeable and sweet girl named Summer. My son said she was so nice and helped him find some new soap! Definitely going back!

Amazing selection of very unique soap scents that make you happy while showering

I received a sample from this company and was intrigued by the amazing scent and the how they claim to use natural ingredients. However, I was floored whenever I saw how the soap literally made my grey towels and rags turn orange! At first I thought maybe someone mixed my cleaning rags with my bath rags, but I just looked at my wash cloth that I used last night (and was perfectly dark grey) and it was almost completely orange. If I could post a picture on here I would. This soap has ruined 3 towels and 4 wash rags. I cannot imagine what this is doing to people’s skin. Do not recommend. If you do, make sure to not use any nice wash rags and do not dry off with any nice towels.

Ahhhmazing. It makes me happy to just walk in to the store. They give samples freely, because they know it will hook you. I dont want to wash my clothes in any other laundry soap after just 2 uses!! My children love the bar soaps and soft scrubbies. Super friendly staff is an added bonus. Great products and great people, you cant go wrong!

We have absolutely never had a better shopping experience! Dakota, Makenzie, Aliyah and Zhya went above and beyond for me, my sister, and my mom! They made sure my sister got every product possible in the “Morgan Wallen” scent and packaged it special just for a tik tok she was making. These girls were like our new best friends at first sight, absolutely the best customer service ever! Loved it so much we even got t-shirt’s to rep buff city all the way down in central florida! cannot reccomend enough!
