Clean and great atmosphere. Great prices $2.50 for the smallest washer on cold and accepts credit/debit cards on washer and dryers. Dryer is .25 cent per 6 min on lower dryer and 5 min for top dryers. The cleaning lady on hand was making sure eveything is wiped down after use. Would highly recommend.

Very clean with plenty of machines in different sizes with great prices. Enough chairs to sit inside of you want to, and card payment option on washers and dryers makes everything even more easier. Accessible by bus, bike, and ofc car (with enough parking spaces in front of it)

Plenty of machines, with different sizes so you arent paying more to wash a small load. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely making this my Go-To laundromat.

The laundry machines are great and the atmosphere is safe and great. But the soda machine took money from me. I just want a refund from the soda machine place.

Clean. All the washers and dryers work. The washers have several settings for washing clothes. For me, this one is #1. Several size washers.

Their machine definitely just bleached my most expensive jacket due to im guessing someone else before me using bleach. Maybe use dedicated washers for the ones with bleach so it doesnt get on other random peoples clothes. Thanks

This is one of the cleanest laundromats in town! The owner of the place went out of his way to help me. Stellar service, good price on the machines and the convenience of NOT having to use quarters or a Laundry card. Not sure owned it 3 years ago but the new owner rocks!!

I always go here when I need to get my laundry done. Decent prices and even ran a promotion once where you would get a discount by using the lower dryers. Clean, and All the machines seem to work just fine. Worth the drive from Cedar Bluff.

This place is very clean with updated machines. The vending machines are good prices as well as the washers and dryers. The dryers work tremendously.

This is touted as the best laundromat in Knoxville. Ive not tried every laundromat here but it is better than the rest by a wide margin. Wide variety of payment methods, clean and working machines. Youd think thatd be simple enough for every laundromat but sadly no. I drive half way across town passing many others to do my laundry here. Cant recommend it enough.

This laundry mat is by far the cleanest and most efficient one in Knoxville. The owner Randy is very nice and helpful. I look forward to seeing their upcoming upgrades that they are preparing to make soon. I definitely recommend The Family Bubble!

This is cleanest and most convenient laundry mat Ive been too. They have NEW machines at a reasonable price. Which accept cards or coins. They have TVs, a charging station, free WiFi, a kids claw machine (which had beats and a Bluetooth speaker in..... Which I couldnt win 😂) drink and food vending machines and clean restrooms! This is my 1st time here but will definitely be returning!

I tried this place: it was clean, safe seeming, reasonable, and not overcrowded. Unfortunately, it is a bit too far from where I live...especially since there are good places closer.

The WORST!!! The attendant allows her two preschool children to run, topple things, climb, SCREAM, SCREAM, SCREAM and generally cause constant, unabated mayhem. Every chair in the place is covered top to bottom with sticky, grimy goo. Im not exaggerating. The restrooms have signs that say do not flush toilet paper. Im not kidding. There is dirty toilet paper in the trash cans. The vending machines are empty. How can I wash my clothes in a place that makes me feel dirty?

Great place to do your laundry. The owner is a super nice guy. The employee is also really nice and helpful. They keep everything really clean and in working order. There is a drink machine, a vending machine and an arcade game on site. The quarter machines always work and so do the TVs. Wifi and a sitting area are both availble. With the dollar store and Subway next door, you should be good to go to get everything done in one trip.

Washing machines are kept in working order. Prices are good on the different size washers. Dryers heat really well. Facility is always clean.

I thought I was moving and sold my washer and dryer. I didnt move. Lol. Havent been to a laundromat in a long time and I got lucky to find this one. Very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. And reasonably priced. So much nicer then I remember laundromats usually being. Until I get another washer and dryer, this will definitely be the only place that I do my laundry.

Its usually pretty clean and maintained. The current cost of washing is 2 dollars and 25 cents or more currently, depending on what machine size and extras are added. Theres free WiFi for customers and 2 bathrooms. The manager is nice though Ive never seen him in person (only phone).The only thing I dont like about it personally is there are at least 3 TVs that are on. Its loud and a lot of distraction. I wish that they were off sometimes.

Im giving it 5 stars to pump the rating because NEW OWNERS shouldnt be blamed for past owners. Store is very clean, new seats, vending machines. Magazine to read and even a small kids corner with kids books. My favorite thing is the step stool that i can use to put detergent in large machine. Im short. :-)Plenty of rolling charts to use. Only downside is other people leaving their dryer sheets everywhere. Come on people garbage cans are everywhere.

A lady who is in there showed me how to use the machine she was very nice. I dont know if she went up there or if she was just being helpful. The machines cleaned my clothes and the location worked out for me

New owner of the company who is very awesome, and has a great place. Credit card on washers now! Hes there to ask questions and maintains the place new floors and paint.They have different machines $2.50 $4.50 for large, and dryers are based on time one quarter gets six min. Its clean theres Wi-Fi, TVs, plenty of parking, safe, not crowded, and 30 minutes to wash a load any size!

Im a busy student at UT and barely have time to eat, let alone do my laundry. I decided to take my overflowing hamper in and give it a try. They had all of my clothes done that same day, when I got out of school. And everything was so soft and fesh smelling, folded without and wrinkles. Sorry mom, but this place has one up on your laundry skills. I will be coming back for sure!

Best laundromat in town.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a laundry mat. The women that was working had her children with her, on a week day. One looked about three and one probably around six. These kids were not supervised at all. She was letting them kick people, hit people, and although there are signs that say not to let your kids play with buggies she was letting them run back and forth with them and run into people with them. The only reason i gave this one star is i couldnt give a negative rating.

I chose this laundromat because I felt that it was in a safer location than some competitors and had “family” in the name. I thought the pricing was a little over priced. I like that they have onsite change machines however I think an $8 atm fee is very unfair. They have acarde games for children which is nice. I did visit on the weekend, however the place was unclean. I like the family friendliness of the facility but did not like the cleanliness and pricing.

Just washed clothes here for the second time...my clothes still smelled coming out of the washer ($4.50) and I paid around $2.50 for my clothes to be in a large dryer for 60 minutes. I get to my clothes when the dryer is done and they are still soaked after 60 minutes. If you want to buy soap you had better have cash or change, the soap machine doesnt take card like everything else in the place does. But they do have an atm you can pay $3 to take out a minimum of $20, so you can then get $20 in quarters at the change machine to buy soap for a dollar. Stupid. Also got asked if I had any cigarettes just outside the door...I dont smoke. The area is a little grimy, tbh.Both times I have been there I noticed the dryers are terrible at drying laundry and will just milk you for more and more money. The first time I waited over an hour and a half and just took the clothes home damp.

Here right now and have been trying for 15 minutes to connect to the Wi-Fi. It said avoided due to poor internet connection yet it states the connection is excellent. Also, the lady that opens sat in her car drinking coffee until 5 after 8 although she seems nice when I asked her about the password to the Wi-Fi. Would love to give more stars because this is a clean laundromat.

DONT WASTE YOUR TME!! NOTHING WORKS + NOBODY HERE+ RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Came in...and there was NOBODY HERE! except a piece of paper inside saying be back in 2 hours...yet the None of the coin machines were working. I loaded a small machine, put soap in...and had to scoop the soap out because it didnt work! 😡Finally, when somebody comes an hour later, I told them about the difficulty myself and 2 other customers faced...and these people said its fine! We were at the bank! These people give small business owners and minorities a bad name!

Was here on a weekday. The place was relatively empty and the machines worked fine. The place was clean and had seats and desks so you could work/relax while waiting, xfinity hotspot as well. Change machines and ATM onsite. Washing machine costs $5-$7 per load and dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes. There didnt seem to be anyone on duty when I was there, but it wasnt too hard to navigate.

An older man, Im assuming the owner of the facility, gave me a hard time because I wanted to get change from the machine before bringing my laundry in. He even went so far as to call me a liar. I was so aggravated by the exchange that I walked out.I will never set foot in that establishment ever again and suggest others do the same.

DO NOT USE THE CARD MACHINES.Unauthorized charges to my credit card after swiping it here, been a frequent customer wont go back . So petty.SCAMMER
