Yall, if youre in the market for hardwood, vinyl, etc, you need to go here and speak to Robin. He was SO patient and helpful as he helped me and my mom comb through what felt like every hardwood in existence to find the perfect one. He was extremely knowledgable, honest and straightforward, and never felt like a pushy salesman. He truly gave us the impression that he was just there to be helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Robin and broadway carpets!

Quality carpet for a fair price. Installers were excellent. They worked very hard from the moment they walked through the door and left the house spotless and the carpet flawlessly installed. Highly recommended.

I would give zero stars if I could. Highly disappointed that even though the sign says masks required, this only seems to be for the customers. The employees were not wearing masks! So they want me to protect them, but won’t take the time to protect me.

After my initial negative review we received several calls-and ended up speaking with the owner. They came out last week and replaced our flooring. Happy customer.Original Post: Had a good experience with our lvp flooring for about a year before the problems started. Weve spent the last 2 months and counting trying to get action on an installation thats buckling in multiple locations.

They do a good job and do it quickly at a fair price. We have used them many times for LVT and Hardwood flooring.

Had a wonderful experience at Broadway! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Customer Service was top notch which is the MOST important thing to me. Prices were great and install was flawless! Fun Fact: Almost everyone working at Broadway has been there for over 10 years. That tells me they treat their employees well, which is probably why the Customer Service is so good.
