Misti was great, she matched the color I was in love with, from a picture I brought her. Her design was great and she made it happen in our budget. I showed before and after photos. I am so thrilled and would highly recommend Kitchen Sales and especially Misti.

When we finally decided to update our 15 year old kitchen, I was a bit apprehensive as we have not had good luck with contractors. Tina Holland came out to discuss what we could do to make the kitchen more open and “user friendly” with more counter space. It is a long narrow space so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Tina came up with a design idea that was not only on the lower end of our budget but it came out beautiful!! The contractors that do work for Kitchen Sales are very professional, do quality work and take great pride in the work they do!! If I ever do another kitchen or bathroom remodel, I would definitely reach out to Kitchen Sales! Thank you Tina & Roger!!

I did a kitchen design and could never get the designer to call back. Ive tried 2 different times to work with them and could never get them to call me back. They lost out on two kitchens and 4 bathrooms.

Updated - my original post was two days ago. Almost immediately, the sales manager called us and apologized for the situation. He worked with us on getting the sink replaced at less than cost, as well as addressing the missing/ broken hardware. His team arrived this morning and had the sink replaced before noon. His efforts were above and beyond, and for that, Ive updated my rating to the full five stars. I highly recommend working with him!I want give ZERO stars, only Google wont let me. Our dealings with our rep have been unacceptable. In the spring of 2019 we started a bathroom remodel. Upon the recommendation of our contractor, we used Kitchen Sales for sinks, countertops and cabinets. We waited several weeks past what wed been told for the countertops to deliver (delaying our completion). Our rep didnt order our laundry hamper, she insisted wed never ordered it, except that wed already PAID for it. She didnt apologize until we asked to speak to her manager and asked for a refund. Once installed, our cabinets were missing specific hinges to keep from hitting the walls - our contractor indicated they should have included with our order. Within two weeks of us using the sinks, some of the hardware just popped right out of the sink. One of our sinks is now scratched after less than four months of basic use. When my husband reached out to Kitchen Sales, the response was He (the vendor)said the porcelain shouldnt scratch so Im not sure what happened with the other sink. No offer to come take a look or to see if something is defective. Our rep just completely blew off a customers inquiry. I have to assume she doesnt work on commission, her behavior is astonishing. We didnt buy the top of the line product, as it doesnt make sense for our house, but we didnt buy bottom of the line either. The service at Kitchen Sales is abhorrent; our contractor is aware, and likely wont be recommending this store again. Im disgusted.

We loved working with Connie at Kitchen Sales! We have a small kitchen but we believe we were treated with as much importance and care as any other client. Connie gave us great suggestions on the design and never tired of giving us options so we could work within our budget. We never felt pressured on anything. Connie was absolutely wonderful and we actually miss her now that our kitchen is finished!

Very helpful staff. Kevin measured for our large vanity. It fit perfect. Angie helped with design. Not pushy at all. Will defently use them again.

We worked with Angela Raines to design our kitchen, bathroom cabinetry, laundry room, desk nook area, and lower level kitchenette. Since we were building a house, the choices house-wide were overwhelming! Angela designed a suggested kitchen layout without even getting much detail from us, and her suggestions were almost all exactly what we wanted. If you dont know exactly what you want, Angela knows from experience what works best for most people, but of course comes up with the best kitchen for you with your input. We had some minor issues in the 3 years we have lived in our house, and Kitchen Sales has been great in taking care of them.

This company was excellent to work with. Everybody did a great job and their customer service was fantastic. Thank you so much for updating our kitchen it looks great.

I just completed a second kitchen remodel with Tina Holland at Kitchen Sales. The first kitchen was at a previous home, which we sold about a year after renovating the kitchen. Both remodels exceeded my expectations! During the first renovation, I started the project thinking the big box stores would be cheapest for cabinets. Joanna Gaines always has a small cabinet budget, so why not? I thought. I went into Kitchen Sales just to look at their selection of countertops and was sweetly approached by Tina, who offered assistance with my project. I told her we were going with Lowes because we didnt have a huge cabinet budget. Tina kindly told me that Kitchen Sales also does lower budget renovations. She quickly put together a quote based on the dimensions and layout I provided her. Her quote was $3000 less than our cheap cabinets from Lowes. AND the cabinets from Kitchen Sales were real wood, not just laminate covered particle board. Kitchen Sales was also $500 cheaper than the lowest price cabinets at Knox Rail Salvage, which totally won my husband over. Tina came to our home to do a final measure and was just the kindest person to work with. She didnt mind that our house is 60 years old or that our kitchen was a perpetual construction zone. She didnt mind that we had a tiny budget or that the project wasnt huge. She treated us with kindness and attention to detail as if our cabinet budget was $20k+. In our second kitchen, (which is 87 years old!) Tina was again, so helpful, and didnt mind that she had to spend hours making the modern cabinet design fit in a tight space.With both purchases, the cabinets arrived promptly to the warehouse and they held them a week to reduce any crowding before our contractor started. The delivery guys were fast, careful and efficient in loading/stacking the cabinets in our home.I HIGHLY recommend working this company. Every single staff member I encountered were kind and helpful.As an aside, I walked into Dixie Kitchens and was not even acknowledged after walking around for 15 minutes. So glad I kept looking and found Kitchen Sales!

Went by the strore talked with a sales rep, we scheduled an in home meeting I was told we would have plans or estimate in a week or two. Waited about 4-5 weeks to give them some time and I understand things happen I went back into the store to talk with the sales rep, she said she had been busy, but would have our plans/estimate in a few days . As of date have not heard anything from the sales rep. Probably the worst customer service we have had with a business in a long time. No phone call or excuse totwhy she didnt have plans/estimate . Sad we arent going to get to work with them, I thought the sales rep was nice at first, but not dependable .I would not recommend this company or business to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel .

Service was great and installation was fast. I would highly recommend the kitchen sales team to anyone putting in granite countertops.
