I went to three wedding dress boutiques in Knoxville and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Lillian Ruth. The atmosphere was classy and comfortable. Liz was amazing— she listened so well and selected the perfect gowns. I only tried on four dresses and I knew I found the one. I purchased off-the-rack to afford my dream dress so don’t let the price range deter you. Wedding dress shopping was fun and exciting with their help. You have to go!!!

What an unforgettable experience at LRB! Gracyn, Kerres, and the rest of the team were extremely helpful in finding my dream dress, which happened to be the very first one I tried on, and the personalized and intimate setting of the shop made us all feel right at home. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions ranging from dress modifications to shipping costs and never tried to pressure us to purchase unneeded additional items or dresses out of our budget. The team here are true bridal consultants and we loved every minute of our time with them.

I found my dream wedding gown at Lillian Ruth, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everything was so personal, from calling me before my appointment to ask what I was looking for and if I had any concerns or questions, to greeting us warmly when we walked in with a few dresses already in mind for me! Liz understood what I was looking for so well, I only had to try on 7 dresses to find the one. They also have the most beautiful selection of veils, and helped me choose one that was covered in pearls to really complete the look. I highly recommend Lillian Ruth to all brides!

WOW!!! Liz is literally the best bridal fairy godmother ever and she made the whole experience a dream for me. From the moment we walked into the salon I felt extremely hopeful and excited to find my dress here. It was my first bridal experience and it surpassed my expectations! This is a small little shop with a limited selection, but it is all made up for by the service and their willingness to go above and beyond to find exactly what youre looking for! All of their dresses are high-quality (unlike some at the larger chain-type stores...) but still affordable. And they have all their dresses arranged by price point.Liz is wonderful and fun to work with! She is not afraid to be honest with you, but she is always kind about it and loves to try different things to make sure you can find something you like. Shes also great at finding things that fit your body type and style. I found my perfect dress here, and it was a bit of a surprise for both of us, because it was very different than anything else I had looked at that day. She has been more than accommodating in coordinating appointments (sometimes after business hours) so my mom and grandmother who live out of town can attend! She seamlessly made the changes and had several discussions with the designer on my behalf to ensure the changes would not only be made but would reflect my taste and style. I said YES to the dress at WEDDING WONDERLAND. I could not have asked for a better experience! We were greeted with a warm welcome from Lisa and Liz at our first AND second arrival. One of my bridesmaids brought stuff for mimosas and Liz got glasses and made everyone a mimosa while we were looking at the dresses. Wedding wonderland was my first appointment of the day, so I went to a couple more places after. I loved two of the dresses I tried on there but I also could not get over the fact how comfortable I felt at Wedding Wonderland. Liz made my experience worthwhile and made my “dream dress” idea come true with her creative imagination. I knew at the end of the day after visiting the other places that I would be getting my dress from Wedding Wonderland. I love the fact that I could look at all the dresses and move the ones I liked instead of having to look at them through a bag or have someone else pick out dresses for me. This store has beautiful gowns and caters to many different price points. I almost didnt even consider this shop because I was told that you would have to give an arm and a leg for the dresses there. Wedding Wonderland was the first place I went to try on bridal gowns. I was nervous, kind of had an idea of what I wanted, and was feeling overwhelmed. Lisa greeted us when we walked in the door and was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was patient and very helpful, constantly helping with veils and hair to make it feel like the real experience and was so so sweet. I did end up finding my dress somewhere else but the experience was top notch!

My first time trying on wedding dresses was here and it was a ball! Liz is incredibly fun and patient. The dresses were beautiful and the whole place was laid back. I never felt pressured to buy a dress, pricing was upfront, and I got to go through the racks and pick the dresses I wanted to try one . I unfortunately did not buy my dress here but I strongly recommend any bride to be to go here.

Lillian Ruth Bride was my first bridal appointment experience ever. From the conversation over the phone confirming my appointment to the moment we left the store with my 2 dream gown ordered, my experience was pure magic. I had the best experience at Wedding Wonderland with Lisa. She is personable and accommodating, knowledgeable and creative, and went above and beyond my expectations for my appointment. Because of that I am returning to purchase my dress from her tomorrow! This is the best place to get your wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses! They are always so polite and helpful. Picked my dress in March, came in in October with plenty of time to get alterations before my July wedding! Plus it was the same sales person helping both times and she remembered me and things that I had told her back in March! Also, they didnt mind a bit every time I called to check and see if the dress had come in yet. Wonderful place with wonderful service!

I came to Knoxville from out of town to buy my wedding dress. The first store I went to I did not receive good customer service (overbearing salesperson.) I was very emotional when I left the store. We called other stores and explained that we were from out of town. No one would let us come by without an appointment, no exceptions!! So my mom called Lillian Ruth Bride and explained my situation and they said come on in.I was so impressed with the customer service that I received. Liz was GREAT!! I brought my mom, grandmother, aunt, future mother-in-law, and five of my bridesmaids. They were all very satisfied with the treatment we received. Needless to say, I said YES to the dress (and the veil!!) I would recommend this store to any future bride, especially my five unmarried bridesmaids!

Im the mother of a very picky bride. I cannot say enough about Lisa and Wedding Wonderland. We spent two months trying on dresses, even going out of state for a three day visit to the Cincinnati bridal district. My daughter tried on over 100 dresses. She made at least three appointments to try on dresses with Lisa, each time walking out uncommitted. At each visit, Lisa was as warm and willing to help as ever. She never showed any impatience and never pushed us in any way. She spent hours with us. She would comb through inventory in other stores, and borrowed dresses for my daughter to try on. Finally, my daughter bought the last dress she tried on. Now the dress is being made, and Lisas in frequent contact with us about the customizable features. Lisas service, diligence and kindness cant be beat. She genuinely likes her customers and she likes her job. Its such a nice store to visit.

When I walked into Wedding Wonderland I wasnt that impressed with my choices. They only have around 4 or 5 rows of dresses to choose from and the dresses werent in any bags to preserve them and some of the dresses even had holes in them. The first dress I tried on had a bug in between the netting of the dress and I did not like that at all. The second dress was beautiful and I loved it and the third one was just as beautiful but all of the dresses I tried on werent my size and of course they didnt have more because they only had one of each dress and only one size. Dont get me wrong. Some of the of the dresses were beautiful, but the cons weighed out a lot more pros.

Wedding Wonderland is truely the best! We had the best experience working with Lisa and staff. They have absolutely gorgeous gowns, beautiful bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. The knowledge and expertise is second to none! I will refer all of my friends to Wedding Wonderland.

I went here with a friend to help her pick out her wedding dress. Everyone was very sweet there. The only thing that was a downer was that there was only one big mirror (although it is gorgeous) and you have to share it with another bride, which made both girls feel uncomfortable. :(

I cannot say enough nice things about Wedding Wonderland. I had an appointment at a different bridal store in Knoxville earlier that morning and had left feeling really down. When we got to Wedding Wonderland for my afternoon appointment I walked in afraid it was going to go the same way. Not the case! My consultant, Kelly was a dream to work with. She was knowledgable, friendly, and supportive. The dress selection may not be the biggest in Knoxville but they are DEFINITELY well worth your time. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on and she still let me try others and have a little fun to make sure I was making the right choice. Once we narrowed it down and decided that the second one was everything I wanted, all the ladies in the store were so sweet and excited. It was so refreshing and I couldnt have been happier to do business with them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Finding my dress at wedding wonderland was effortless, mainly because of the great staff there. I found my dress on my first visit and didnt even want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend stopping at wedding wonderland first before anywhere else.

This place is wonderful! I did not really know what kind of dress I was looking for and Liz was extremely helpful and patient. I spent more than I was hoping for on my dress, but I dont regret it! I absolutely love my dress!
