Very nice prices. I love the hair products as well. The wigs look realistic. Not only that but it is excellent customer service! First, I am a novice - and caucasian to boot so take that into account...LOTS of choices for black hair and the prices seem fair. In my circumstances, I would have liked to see a section on my hair type/color instead of it being mixed in with everything else. It would have helped define my choices where as it is its pretty overwhelming. Very nice customer service people though

I love this. Lady saw I was looking at wigs can back and asked what I was looking for. Said curly, dark, and comb in the wig she pointed out a frizzy curly. When then another the second is the one I bought. I get most of my hair products here, along with bows, ribbons, nail polish. Workers are friendly and have been every time I go in.

I go to Hair Plus for most of my hair care needs. Customer service is pleasant and the store is well stocked. Prices are reasonable. I like the fact the staff gets to know you once you become a regular customer.

I have been going to this store every month for the past 2 1/2 years to buy hair supplies for my family, but I will not be shopping there anymore. Last month, we were watched and followed throughout the whole store like we were criminals! My 13-year-old daughter cried because she has heard of racial profiling and discrimination of African Americans, but that was her first time experiencing it. I am very disappointed in their customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
