The service was quick and excellent. The issue is I have gotten the last 5 oil changes with this company and they have been around $35. This last time my bill was given to me after the oil change and it was $50. I wasnt made aware of the price jump until after the work was done. It was explained that this store was bought out by corporate and they increased the price. I will not be going back.

I have been going to them for about a year now and every experience has been wonderful. They are always prompt and willing to help in any way. I had them fix my blower motor and they were great at communicating with me about any issues that came up. I highly recommend them for any service you may need. Pulled up at 12pm on a Saturday and was welcomed in immediately. Service was quick, professional and friendly. They were honest about my vehicle after inspection and did not make any attempts to offer unnecessary things. I will definitely be coming here for my next oil change. They also offer mechanic services which I will definitely keep in mind if I need any work done.

They are honest, hard-working and professional. I brought in my Honda which had an imbedded nail. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they simply patched it for free. They asked that I keep them in mind in the future if I have another issue. I have been taking my cars to them for years. This business is trustworthy and professional.

Came in first thing on a Saturday and was greeted immediately. Someone was being trained during my oil change. I was very impressed how the trainer spoke to the new employee. Always impressed when I come here.

All I needed was a tire rotation and balance. Walmart said 4 hour wait. Tire discounters said 2 hours maybe more. They said here 30 minutes took 25 minutes wait then only about 10 to finish. Definitely going back they have made a tire customer for life.

These folks have been so wonderful and honest. As a woman it can be hard to find a mechanic you trust. Always professional, fair prices, and super quick oil changes. My husband and I won’t go anywhere else.

The guys here were super nice and upbeat! I didn’t even need to schedule an appointment for the oil change and they got me right in. They they were super quick and thorough, letting me know what they were doing. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing took less than 15 mins and the staff was great !! It was affordable oil change as well and i got a $5 discount because its ladies day on Tuesdays. The place was clean and organized. 100 % reccomend !! The tech who helped me was superb and his name is German .. he was so helpful and friendly.

The gentlemen who helped me out here went above and beyond. I had attempted to do an oil change on my vehicle and ultimately could not remove the oil filter myself. I ended up having to tow the vehicle to express. Prior to I gave them a call and they were incredibly polite and helpful. They told me to bring it on over. I had my car towed and the gentlemen there had me out the door within a few minutes. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicle back here next time I need an oil change and would highly recommend anyone take their vehicle here.

It was all great. From when I called him. To him getting me in right then so I could get to work after. The mechanic was good and he was fast. The waiting area was nice and it was clean. He wasnt pushy like some places about needing to buy more stuff. But he was very helpful when I inquired about more. They were very professional and I will definitely be going back.

I was at this location last Monday for an oil change.  Apparently they didnt check my fluid levels which is supposed to be part of their basic service per their website.  My low fluid light came on 4 days later.  Thank goodness I was near an Orileys Auto Parts.  Their associate popped my hood and found that my fluids were bone dry!  Even the reserve tank was empty!  It took him almost 2 gallons to fill it up!!!!  Such a ridiculous oversight that could have caused tremendous damage to my vehicle!!!!  Why pay for regular maintenance if they dont actually make sure your vehicle is maintained!  This is not the first time Ive been less than pleased with my service at this location but you better believe it will be the last because I will never be back!

They fixed a flat tire for us (my daughters car) the first time and was very nice, understanding and when we had another tire problem we went back to them and I am so Blessed we did. The guy showed me how bad the tires were and not once did they try to talk me into buying tires there. He gave me an estimate and said to shop around, I told him to put the 4 tires on the car, I wasnt going anywhere else. Im going now to get an oil change! They are great and I love the work they do.

These guys are quick and live up to their namesake! Oil changes done in 10minutes, and theyll even do small odd jobs for you like replacing bulbs if you have them already (for a small fee). Highly recommend Express oil on Chapman highway. Before you waist time and money going elsewhere, do yourself a favor and come here. I contacted them on a Friday and brought it in on Saturday at 12pm, by 1:30 pm they had my vehicle fixed, ready. I am so very thankful for these guys. They were knowledgeable and did not try to upsell Anything, I had to make him take a tip even. My truck was missing and they were able to switch the coils for the spark plugs. They got me back on the road and I was able to get to work on time. THANK YOU EXPRESS OIL ON CHAPMAN HIGHWAY!!!!!

Good service. I request you obtain a air cleaner screw kit to replace the missing ones in every third car. Offer them for a fee if you will but a lot of them are missing from service happening in this shop.

Update: The manager got in contact with me the next day and made things right. I am very pleased with the customer service and believe it was just a mistake. I will be continuing to go to them as they remedied the situation.Previous Review:I set an appointment two days ago and showed up right on time. There were a few people already waiting so I figured they were just a little backed up. I waited for OVER AN HOUR and still my car was not worked on. I went for a tire rotation and maybe alignment and left with nothing and don’t plan on being back anytime soon. Appointments shouldn’t be recommended if you can’t stick at least close to the time that I set for the appointment.

This was my first time going here and the technicians were very friendly and gave me info and prices for what I needed for my basic maintenance for oil,tire rotation,and wiper replacement.The wait was not bad and the tech working with me apologized for the wait which was not that long.I would definitely recommend going here to anyone.

Drove from SC to TN to look at purchasing a used truck. Bob and his team checked it out for me from top to bottom and confirmed what I was thinking, it wasnt a truck just an overpriced lemon! I appreciate the fact that you are receiving a super quick oil change without losing the extra care of checking EVERYTHING else. And they always keep track of whats been done to my car and what is going to be coming up soon for needing attention. I was on a tight schedule with closing on a house. They didnt have the tire I needed replaced, at the time. But, the manager personally drove across town to get tire and take care of me. The is a rare and very respectful personalized service. I highly recommend this business!

Store manager Bob and staff took great care of me during a very trying time. My AC quit and even though there were some bumps along the way they completely fixed everything. They went over and above what one would expect. Not only is this a great place to get your oil changed, they take care of many other car repairs. Good guys but need to update guys knowledge of lifted vechiles and how to reset after doing alignment. Had severe death wobble afterwards and they couldnt fix and took me whole 15mins once I got home to reposition it properly

I would put Bob and his guys up against anybody when it comes to mechanics or just personality and being on the job professionals. These Guys have been invaluable to me since my Divorce in 2007. I needed a place and people that I could Trust with my taking care of my car. I still stop regularly even with my new car to have them double check things .. even though I have a bumper to bumper warranty now ..because They earned my Trust! I would Highly recommend ~

I had an issue with my car that I originally had the Honda dealership look at. Honda charged me $50 just to diagnose the problem. They were VERY confident in their diagnosis and told me I needed to shell out $1000 for a new alternator. Well, I called Express to see if they could do it cheaper and they told me that they could do it about $250 cheaper. When I got there, the mechanic (I really wish I got his name) convinced me to let him take a look at it; to be sure it was the alternator. I said sure, but honestly had faith in the diagnosis that Honda gave. I think I may have even hesitated when he asked. To my great surprise, the Express mechanic came back with a different diagnosis and a WAY different cost estimate. It ended up costing me $130. Express saved me $1000. This is a very big deal, obviously; especially during the holidays. Im seriously impressed by their honesty. They were also very cool guys and kept me in the loop the entire time. I realize this review sounds a bit extra, but this is one of the best customer experiences that Ive ever had. Thank you!

I know nothing about my car except that I need to keep maintaining it, and Im so glad I found these guys! Theyre not playing around, theyre fair and trustworthy and keep your best interests in mind. Not to mention super fast and cheap! Despite their name, they do more than regular maintenance. I wrecked my car to the point that it had to be loaded on a flat bed. I called them and asked if theyd look at it and they said yes, so I towed it to them. They fixed it up and got me back on the road THAT DAY. I didnt pay far off from what my private mechanic would have charged, and he would have taken at least a week from experience. Theres more. I could write a book. We have taken our cars to Express on Chapman in Knoxville, TN for many years and have always appreciated their service. Back in January, we took one of vehicles to another mechanic due to convenience. This vehicle has caused us MANY issues. This mechanic told us our car was on its last leg and we should start looking for a new vehicle. We took it back to Express and they gave us a better diagnosis and helped us repair our car back to “like new” condition. It was an expensive fix but much better than purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you Express!

Theyre not kidding when they say 10 minute oil change -- I was in and out in a flash. But dont think that because they work so quickly that you will receive poor service. Thats certainly not the case. The men that worked on my car were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The thoroughness with which they inspected my car was pretty incredible to me. I am very pleased with my experience and I will be coming to Express for all of my car-related issues from now on.

Just had my oil changed and was very satisfied. Bob was very personable and professional. Explained what he was doing, what needed to be done in the future and I was in and out with my oil changed, fluids checked and tires aired up in a short amount of time. Very happy!!

I’ve had both ball bearings replaced, both upper control arms, tie rod, breaks several times, tires, windshield wipers, oil, transmission fluid, filters.....etc all replaced here at the Chapman highway store. I won’t have my truck serviced anywhere else.

Ive been coming here since 2014 and Ive always felt like I get great service. They tell me what they think my vehicles need, but never put any undo pressure. Whenever I come in with minor issues, they get me in and out quickly with no fuss and plenty of friendliness. For major issues, they work with me allowing me to carefully consider what I need to do.

I normally dont take the time to post comments about service but in this case Bob Browning and his team went above and beyond when it came to my tires. I bought my tires at Express Oil in June of last year and every time i got my oil changed id have my tires rotated. The tires were wearing on the inside and wasnt noticed in time so when i went in this week to get my oil changed and tires rotated i was told they could not rotate due to two tires being bald. i was surprised and explained i had bought the tires there. Bottom line Bob said his team should have caught this before it got to this point. Bob put two new tires and did an alignment just to make it right. You cant get serves like that these days. Bob will always have my business

Amazing service and great technical guys, I am so thankful they caught the bent tie rod during alignment. Would recommend these guys to everyone I know. Been a regular customer here for many years. I bring all four family cars here for every oil change. From the manager to the newest employee, they are great! Very customer service focused. The service is fast, friendly, and detail oriented. They all seem to get along very well and I have noticed very little turn over in employees. That is a sign of a well run business. Ive been coming here for quite a while to get my oil changes. They are super efficient and quick. I love not having to get out of my car. I can easily do oil changes during my lunch break. Thomas was great to check everything out and give me informed options on additional services I might need.

Usually I would give them a 5 star, but I came today for a alignment. Granted I get that its memorial day, so I showed up at 8am because it didnt say Any diffrent online. I didnt see anything posted on the door for hours this day . Big inconvience! I sat there for about 20 minutes still nothing multiple people came by as I waited... big let Down

Went to have my BMW serviced here and service was awesome. Logan is great. He is a very honest individual and knows what he is doing when it comes to European cars. I will be back to have my car serviced by Logan any time I need work done to my BMW.
