I have been using the same personal mechanic since 1989 and he has always sent me to Rons. As a female I am always leary of being misled when it comes to car maint or parts. Ron has always taken the time to explain the parts that Ive come to purchase, calls my mechanic when needed to ensure hes selling me the right part and if he is out of stock and wont have it in the next few days, he has helped me look for other quality vendors to purchase from. I am now teaching my daughter that Ron is the man to go to for car parts! Great person and customer service.
