He was extremely accommodating and made several trips in and out of the rain for me to test drive many cars. I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord EXL V6 Back in 2017 And also purchase the extended warranty And service plan.For the most part it has been a pleasant experience Other than a few hiccups and mishaps, overall I am satisfied with my experience with AutoNation.

Not sure if there is much to like about them. I got oil change and tire rotation done twice for my 2018 Honda Accord. They took almost 2 hours during my first visit and 1 hour and 40 mins during my second visit. I had appointment both the times. During my second appointment I saw them finish work for a client before me even though he did not have an appointment, I know he did not have appointment because I heard him explain that over the phone to somebody. Both times the representative went and checked whether it was done after I approached them after a long wait. They are not even apologetic about it. While making the appointment for the second time I had specifically asked them to be mindful of time.

Honest dependable and the best service you could ask for. Folks, you get what you pay for. Me, I have everything done by them. In the past I tried to go for example with a private tire company on my old car that was not a honda...headache! However, with Honda so many times I have brought my car in cause a light came on and they fixed it for free. Example when the low tire light came on... That being said I also like knowing that I am not going to be up charged. They are honest, dependable, reliable, and I can honestly say the best car experience I have had in a my 30 years of driving

The receptionists that take the appointment are always extremely unprofessional and rude. This is the second time I have waited over 2 hours for an oil change that I made an appointment for. Definitely will not be returning.

Awful...drove over an hr to be told that the appt I had for 10 days wasnt any good because they didnt diagnose transmission problems. How about you call me and tell me that before I take 1/2 day off to drive there. And offerred no help in fixing the problem. Suggested I go shopping to make myself happy....horrible sexist and unprofessional.
